Especially when I didn’t tell my wife’s birthday that day, they actually found out and gave me a birthday cake. I’m really touched. HYATT never disappoints you! I mostly traveled with only Hyatt in every county I visited since everywhere I go Hyatt is in the best location and provides best food and service. For Hua Hin, resort is connected with beach so you can enjoy both pool and sea. Gardening is amazing and it makes me feel like I’m surrounded by nature while having all convenient service. Very clean night market is 5 min walking from the resort as well. Highly recommend!

We stayed there two times and all the time we found their staff very attentive and friendly. The receptionists (especially the male that was on duty that night we checked in, on our second stay) were very accommodating. He really looked for ways to fulfill our room request. Kudos to him. The club lounge is also very relaxing and everyone there was so accomodating. We had the swimup pool room and the suite room. The beach when the tide is high is great for swimming. The water slide makes the stay more fun especially for kids.We will gladly go back there again!
