Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Resort was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the variety of amenities and activities available. The large-sized pools were a highlight, providing ample space for both relaxation and fun. The lazy river and water slide added an extra element of excitement, perfect for both kids and adults. Speaking of kids, the kids club was a fantastic feature that kept our little ones entertained and engaged throughout our stay. One of the unique activities offered was archery, and we have to give a special mention to Mr. Tor. He was incredibly patient and encouraging with the kids, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. The dining options were impressive as well. The food was delicious, and the happy hours were a great way to unwind after a day of activities. The variety and quality of the meals exceeded our expectations. The staff at the resort were another highlight. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Lastly, the location of the resort is excellent. Being within walking distance to the night markets was a convenient and enjoyable perk. Overall, our stay at the Hyatt Regency Resort was exceptional. We highly recommend it for families looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and had an absolutely perfect experience, deserving of a full five stars. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable service and warm hospitality. The suite with pool access was a highlight of our stay, offering luxurious comfort and direct access to the beautiful pool area, which was both relaxing and beautifully maintained. The hotel grounds are stunning, with lush tropical gardens and a pristine beachfront that provides a serene and picturesque setting. The facilities are top-notch, including multiple swimming pools, a world-class spa, and several excellent dining options. We particularly enjoyed dining at McFarland House and Figs Restaurant, where the food was consistently delicious and the ambiance was delightful. The staff at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin truly go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Special mention must go to Pim, who was exceptionally attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable with her friendly and professional service. Her efforts in accommodating our needs and providing excellent recommendations were greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel is also ideal, with easy access to local attractions such as the Cicada Market and the night market, both of which are just a short walk away. The convenience and vibrant atmosphere of the surrounding area added to the overall experience. Overall, our stay at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin was flawless. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and beautiful surroundings makes this hotel a true gem in Hua Hin. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

It's rare for a resort to exceed my expectations, but this resort has done it. All the staff are kind and helpful, I hope Management can appreciate them. The condition of the resort is well maintained. I love the pool is all connected and the slide was thrilling for many people. Access to the beach is easy and i loved the walks. Breakfast selection and quality is very good, in busy times the staff manage to keep things under control with their best efforts. There are daily activities in the resort which is great but hard to work around with your own schedule 😅. Location is ideal for the Cicada and Tamarind night market. You'll have to catch transport to head towards the busy city center but it's only a 10 minute drive.

A superb hotel with lots of amenities, massive pool with a slide which can be enjoyed by everyone. Their breakfast was as well good, however we had an unpleasant experience when the croissant wasn't labelled that it contains HAM, although they are known to be halal friendly hotel. However, when we raised the issue to them, they rectified it, next day onwards it was properly labelled. The property has a beachfront, however we never got the time to go there since we were mostly going for attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the check-in and check out process was very seamless and quick.

The Hyatt Regency Hua Hin is an outstanding hotel with a beautiful beachfront location. During my two-night stay, the overall experience was great, especially booking a Club Access room. The private club lounge offered excellent amenities and made the extra cost well worth it. The service was also top-notch.
