We had such a wonderful stay! The staff throughout the property were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The Globalist benefits were excellent — we received a room upgrade, and later during our stay they were able to move us into a spacious two-room connected suite. Having the extra space made a huge difference and was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a pretty good selection with plenty of options to start the day right, and the breakfast team was very accommodating and attentive. The lazy river was so much fun (even as adults!). It was also lovely to spend a few hours at the private beach, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. I recommend reserving the boat early, as they book up quickly. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunset views from our room patio — the perfect way to end each day. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would happily return!

Our wedding at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa was everything we dreamed of and more. TRACY was extremely helpful! From the moment we first visited the property, we knew it was the perfect place to celebrate such a special day. The setting is absolutely stunning—lush tropical landscaping, beautiful water views, and elegant event spaces that created the most romantic atmosphere. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our day seamless. The planning team was incredibly organized, responsive, and attentive to every detail. They truly cared about bringing our vision to life and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. On the wedding day, everything flowed perfectly—from the ceremony setup to the reception décor and timing. The food was phenomenal and beautifully presented, and our guests are still raving about it! The service throughout the evening was impeccable, with staff members who were friendly, professional, and genuinely excited to celebrate with us. Our ceremony backdrop was breathtaking, and the reception space felt both elegant and warm. It was the perfect blend of luxury and tropical charm. We are so grateful to the entire team for creating such a magical experience for us and our loved ones. Choosing The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day.

I’m a Fort Myers local and did a quick Saturday-to-Sunday staycation here, and the hotel was perfect for a vacation-style getaway. The food was very good, and the lazy river was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and fun. Valet and front desk staff were top notch, with service that felt genuinely focused on the guest. It’s a perfect hotel for families with kids, especially for a weekend trip or a few nights. A big plus is that they offer a separate adult pool and adult hot tub, so everyone can enjoy their own space. The rooms were adequate and comfortable. Very accommodating team and excellent overall experience.

Nice resort with water slides, lazy river, young kids pools and slide, adult lap pool and adult Jacuzzi. Although the hotel isnt directly on the water it does have a private beach with a boat shuttle to get you there. Excellent breakfast buffet with omelet station and a few of the hot items changed daily which was fun. Went during Presidents day week and it didn't feel crowded, would visit again.

I have stayed here many times over the years and it’s always an enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean and modern, the service is friendly, and the property, especially the pool area, is beautiful. The fitness center is great and has everything you need to get in a nice workout. The food on property is just alright. Room service breakfast is fair to middling at best, and not worth at all the price to be delivered in plastic containers with zero presentation at a Hyatt. The pool side restaurant, Corkscrews, is much better with a selection of mostly handheld food. The jerk chicken wrap was tasty, and our server Christopher was top-notch. What a great dude!
