This was my second time staying at this hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful and serene. I really appreciate that they have a separate pool for adults in a quiet and peaceful part of the resort. The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful, and professional. The food is also excellent. The only downside this time was the room. While the rooms are a bit dated, the bigger issue was the air conditioning unit, which made a very loud noise. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t bother asking to change rooms. However, the noise was loud enough that I had to turn the AC off to get some sleep. As a solo female traveler, I don’t feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night, so that caused some discomfort. Other than that, it was a lovely stay, and I’d still recommend the hotel for its atmosphere, service, and amenities.

Perfect stay, nothing to fault. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best in Bali. We travelled as a group of 5 ladies and they were able to arranged one interconnecting room for the 3 of us, so our friend didn’t need to be on her own. This was my second stay at the Hyatt and they wrote a cute welcome back message on the room mirror. Plenty of great restaurants and spas nearby. Pizza was delicious from the Hyatt Italian restaurant.

An amazing hotel with huge lush gardens! Amazing breakfast! Staff super friendly. Kids had an amazing time here on the water slide and kids pool. Beach is clean without waves. A special thanks and mention to Chef Pranidya, who custom made the kids meals to perfection. Loved it and will definitely be back again

Hyatt Regency Sanur is a beautifully designed beachfront resort that strikes the perfect balance between luxury, relaxation, and Balinese charm. The grounds are lush and impeccably maintained, with peaceful gardens and direct access to the Sanur beach path. Rooms are modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully styled. Staff are genuinely warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The pool area is stunning, and the breakfast buffet is generous and high quality. Whether you’re staying as a couple, family, or solo traveller, this resort is a calm and elegant base in Sanur — highly recommended.

Stayed at Hyatt Regency Bali in Sanur and found the experience to be generally pleasant, but there are a few areas that clearly need improvement. Facilities & Rooms: The resort has a beautiful layout with lush greenery and beach access, but the overall property is beginning to show its age. Rooms, particularly the garden patio area, need maintenance and a refresh to meet expectations of a 5-star hotel. Some parts of the outdoor areas look tired and could benefit from more consistent upkeep. Breakfast Service: Breakfast was inconsistent. On the first day, hot beverages took far too long to arrive—even though we were seated earlier than others who were served first. While service improved over the next few days, it shouldn’t take that long for basics like coffee or tea in a hotel of this level. More importantly, pork items were not separated clearly on the first day, which could be insensitive to international guests with dietary restrictions. I did appreciate that the setup improved on subsequent days, showing the team was responsive to feedback. Friday Surf & Turf BBQ Night: The concept was appealing, but the execution was lacking. The grilled selections were mixed with pork, which made it difficult to enjoy for guests who do not consume pork. Having clearly marked and separated stations would have made a big difference in the dining experience. Staff: Staff were polite and generally helpful. Housekeeping and common area cleanliness were well maintained. However, service at the dining venues could use more attentiveness and coordination, especially during peak hours. Overall: A decent stay with a relaxing atmosphere, but Hyatt should look into refreshing the property and improving the inclusivity and consistency of its food service. With some fine-tuning, this resort has the potential to deliver a much stronger and truly five-star experience.
