We’ve now stayed at the Hyatt Regency Sanur three times in the past year, and it continues to impress every time. The resort feels luxurious yet relaxed, with everything we could possibly want for a perfect Bali escape. The rooms are Balinese in style and beautifully appointed; spacious, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. Ours featured a gorgeous bath and a balcony overlooking the lush gardens and tranquil pond. Waking up to that view, complete with the cutest ducks waddling around the garden, was such a peaceful touch. The beachfront location is easily the best in Sanur, with food and drink service available while you relax right on the sand. I must admit sometimes the beach service was very slow and we had to find the host back at the bar to make an order or follow up our drinks order. The three on-site restaurants are all excellent, but the pizza bar was our favourite. Sitting there at sunset with a glass of wine and live music was a nightly highlight. The prawns were absolutely delicious as were the pizzas and crème brule, but we’ll be honest, the cheese plate was the only disappointment. It tasted more like rubbery plastic than cheese….definitely not on par with the rest of the menu. We also loved the shaded pool area which was a perfect cool-down when the ocean was too warm. The day spa was stunning, and the daily use of bikes was a huge bonus! we rode every day along the beach path. The resort also offers fun water activities like aqua aerobics, which added to the experience. It’s truly a beautiful stay that combines beachside luxury with warm, authentic Balinese charm. We’ll definitely be back again.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Bali and was absolutely delighted! The hotel is located in the Sanur area, surrounded by stunning nature — a huge, well-maintained green area that provides a sense of privacy and peace. The hotel has direct access to the sea, but it's important to note that swimming is only possible during high tide. The breakfasts at the hotel are a whole other story! It's a true paradise for food lovers: a vast selection of dishes from various cuisines, plenty of fresh dairy products, and an abundance of seasonal fruits. I especially want to highlight the staff — the service is top-notch! The staff is very attentive, and all guest requests are fulfilled almost instantly. I’d particularly like to mention the waitress Listya — she was incredibly kind, sweet, and professional. She perfectly anticipated our wishes, and we always felt at home. Additionally, the hotel offers an excellent spa area with a separate adult-only pool, where you can enjoy peace and quiet. The gym is also impressive — it’s superbly equipped and perfect for those who don't want to interrupt their workouts during vacation. I would also like to note that the rooms are soundproof, which is very important for me as it allows for complete relaxation. Overall, I was very happy with my stay at this hotel and would definitely return!

I had the absolute pleasure of enjoying Easter lunch here yesterday and I genuinely don’t have enough words to express how phenomenal the entire experience was. The food? Exquisite. The view? Amazing But what truly set the day apart, what left the deepest impression, was the service. The staff were beyond exceptional. Attentive without ever being intrusive, warm without feeling forced, and so genuinely kind and present that it elevated the whole experience to something unforgettable. From the moment we arrived to the very last sip of coffee, it felt like we were being looked after by people who genuinely cared. Every detail was handled with such grace, ease and professionalism. It’s rare to encounter service that not only meets expectations but completely blows them out of the water. This team did just that. They made us feel welcomed, celebrated and completely taken care of. I’m still buzzing from the experience. Thank you to everyone at The Hyatt for making Easter so special. I’ll be talking about this one for a long time!

The hotel itself is stunning. Lovely staff. Soo soo green. Right at the beach. The AC in the rooms is super quiet. You can hear noise from hallway ie cleaners in the morning, people walking in hallway etc. could have better noise insulation. Have a lot of nice activities and reasons to just enjoy being at the hotel. Love the walk right outside Oceanside - super long and can even bike

Resort is absolutely beautiful! VERY impressed with the staff, they are engaging and friendly! Staying in a family suite...great room, designed well very spacious! The property is incredibly maintained. The koi ponds, lily ponds and foliage throughout is gorgeous. The beach is beautiful and the pools are lovely!!
