The Hyatt Regency Bali was hands down the best hotel we stayed at during our time in Indonesia. The property is stunning—beautifully maintained, impeccably clean, and effortlessly luxurious from the moment you arrive. The grounds are gorgeous and the hotel sits right on the beach, which really elevates the experience. There’s a beachfront restaurant on-site with lovely views; while the food there was just okay, the location itself is fantastic and hard to beat. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotless—nothing feels worn or outdated. However, the true highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet, which completely exceeded expectations. It was the most impressive hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The buffet featured rotating international stations representing cuisines from India, China, Korea, and Indonesia, in addition to an enormous selection of dishes from around the world. Every morning felt exciting and indulgent. While the hotel’s main restaurant didn’t quite live up to the incredible standard set by the breakfast, that was a minor drawback in an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, I would absolutely recommend the Hyatt Regency Bali. It’s in a great, walkable location and offers a truly memorable hotel experience.

First visit to this property and what a great experience. We were here for 7 nights and weren’t ready to move on when the time came. Warm welcoming team from the minute we pulled up to when we left. You couldn’t walk by someone that was part of the team without an acknowledgment which made you feel appreciated as a guest. The choices at breakfast were pretty standard for a SE Asian hotel but in the club there were less choices with the food seeming to be more flavorful. One of the best clubs we’ve ever been to. Small plates for evening hour were all great with rotating choices every day for three days. The adult only pool was fantastic, secluded, with no rooms overlooking it. The grounds are expansive and so well taken care of. Applause to the gardening team as from the reviews I’ve read they don’t get much recognition. We stayed using WOH points with a SUA as a Globalist and believe they were points well spent. The one awkward thing was the balcony, the squeeze furniture out there which makes it tough to move around or enjoy(see pic). There are several team members that we would like to give a shout out to but just know the entire team is top shelf! We will stay here again when visiting Bali. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff for the wonderful hospitality during our stay at Hyatt Regency Bali. We stayed in the Family Suite (Room 3132), which was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The shower had good water pressure and worked perfectly. The only small note was that the bathtub water took a little longer to get warm, but it did not affect our overall comfort. We truly loved the canapés and cocktail menu at the Regency Club. A big thank you to Gede and Krishna — your hospitality was exceptional and truly took our experience to another level. Special thanks as well to Trisna, Sri, and the host (I regret that I missed her name) for kindly arranging Bubur Ketan with the chef. I really enjoyed breakfast at Omang Omang Restaurant. The only thing I missed was more authentic Indonesian breakfast options such as ketan, bubur kacang ijo, and jajanan pasar. As an Indonesian living abroad, when I come to Bali, I really look forward to enjoying Indonesian food. I was a bit surprised to find Korean food at breakfast, as I had just visited Korea in November. When I was in Korea, I did not expect Indonesian food — instead, I looked for authentic Korean cuisine. Similarly, in Bali, I hope to enjoy authentic Indonesian flavors. Overall, we had a lovely stay, and I truly appreciate the warmth and care shown by your team. Thank you once again, and I look forward to visiting Hyatt Regency Bali again in the future. We had an excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Bali. The hotel is amazing, with beautiful gardens, a great beachfront location, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and other facilities were well maintained. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding, especially at the Regency Club, which was a true highlight. The staff there — Adam, Ariana, Gede, Pande, Nanda, Merta, and both Oka and all the other staff members — were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, making every visit feel personal and special. The kids club was fun and our kids enjoyed it during our stay. It is a great hotel and we would happily return.

We just spent 5 nights at this resort and it completely exceeded expectations. The room was cosy and well appointed. The pools were warm and clean and the staff were so helpful and kind. The location is right across the beach which was clean and calm. The kids club staff were kind and my child never wanted to leave. I personally loved the Club house and the food there was spectacular. It was a feature that made our stay extra easy, just having a close option with delicious food and drinks. A special shout out to Ricky who helped me find my lost phone and was my hero 🙌 I was really panicking and having his help saved the day. I will definitely be back.
