Our family was torn between several hotels, but ultimately, choosing to stay at the Hyatt was a very satisfying decision.
Every staff member was incredibly friendly and always eager to assist us. I especially appreciated their warm smiles and cheerful voices. The room was both clean and comfortably cool. The garden, in particular, was stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The pool area was pleasantly uncrowded, providing a relaxing atmosphere, and there were plenty of sunbeds available. Lying on the sunbed, feeling the gentle breeze, was pure bliss.

We had a great experience in this hotel. Although it seemed fully booked, the service was very friendly.
Love the whole setup of the hotel with different places to eat and drink and a few nice pools with a proper menu to order food and drinks.
In the evening it has a very nice vibe as well
Customer Review
Be cautious reading glowing reviews saying everything is perfect. It is not. As others have stated, check-in is excessively long, which takes time from your stay. Rooms are dated. Floor mats are stained, torn in rooms. Few rooms have an actual view. There are bugs in living areas. Management is rigid and unhelpful. We had basic requests that were ignored. Some managers are good, others are simply unhelpful. Guests are viewed as nuisances rather than people to help. Food is average. As a positive, the location is fairly quiet. However, the property is nowhere near five stars. Avoid if expecting a good experience. This property is underwhelming and a disappointment.

Very disappointing, especially as a Hyatt Globalist who spends 100+ nights a year at Hyatt… upon arrival, they said it would be a one-hour wait to check in.
Despite having hundreds of rooms and hundreds of guests, they only have one person working reception.
They were also rude about it and were very dismissive of us when we were kind of annoyed at having to wait so long as a Globalist member.
The place is a complete mad house with way too many guests and way too few staff. Every interaction requires getting into a queue and waiting for an hour. If you need help with anything, you’re out of luck. The air conditioning was broken in our room and after three separate requests to have someone fix it, it wasn’t fixed.
The room was also dirty upon arrival, with bugs, dirt, and even what seems to be bird poop by the window.
Because of the issues, we asked to shorten our stay… of course, reception was so overwhelmed that they told us to wait 30 minutes or go to our room and call to get help. After waiting 30 minutes on the phone, we were told to go to reception. 😑
It’s just unacceptable for a hotel like this charging $400 per night to offer a worse product and experience than the hundreds of hotels in Bali charging $20 per night…
There was also construction going on outside of our room in the hallway (we weren’t told about this upon check in) which was really loud and disruptive… apparently the walls are paper thin, and this made being in the room quite uncomfortable.
They brand this hotel as a luxury, relaxing beach getaway, but it is neither luxurious nor relaxing. It is just pure chaos.

This is the first time I'm writing a review for a hotel, and it's because their service truly exceeded our expectations. The rooms are impeccably clean, the beaches are pristine, and everywhere we went, the staff greeted us with warm, friendly smiles.
During our stay, my daughter was poked by a sea urchin, and the staff immediately jumped into action. They took care of everything—sending her to a clinic right away and making sure she felt comfortable. They even went the extra mile to brighten her day by giving her ice cream and cookies! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole experience, even providing vinegar to ease the sting. I dont know all the staffs name because of the whole chaotic experience, (grateful for all of them) but Siwi the front office has been amazing (please give her a promotion)
The level of care and attention we received was remarkable. The service here is outstanding, and we are so grateful for the kindness of the team. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and hospitality!
I have visited many other 5 star hotels and villas, been to Bali many2 times but this hotel is really top management and service. Highly recommended
