I recently had the pleasure staying at Hyatt Regency Bali, where I experienced truly exceptional service in the restaurant. The male manager Mr.Gunawan of the restaurant exemplified professionalism, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. His genuine attentiveness created a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, making the restaurant stand out as the finest service venue in the hotel. I was particularly impressed by his thoughtful gesture of personally teaching us how to prepare the yellow ginger shot and ginger tea, both of which I greatly enjoyed. This personalised touch significantly enhanced my stay, leaving me with wonderful memories.

We stayed twice at the Hyatt Regency Bali and absolutely loved it. The staff is incredibly attentive, the food delicious, and the breakfast buffet amazing. Everything we asked for was handled quickly and with care. We were lucky to be upgraded both times, which made the stay even better. The only small downside was that our ground-floor terrace wasn’t covered, so we couldn’t sit outside when it rained. But most are, so just ask when booking. Everything is designed to make travel easy. even after checkout, we could return in the evening to shower and change before our late flight. It was my first Hyatt experience, and I’ll definitely keep choosing them for future trips.

It’s one of the best beach resorts I’ve stayed at. The location couldn’t be better, the room was stylish and comfortable, and the food was genuinely great, I especially love their breakfast, with a wide selection of quality dishes served until 11 AM (don’t skip it!). The private beach is clean and peaceful, and there’s always something interesting on the activity schedule. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help. My favourite moments in Bali were at the Hyatt Regency.

Overall, the experience was as expected. Check-in and check-out staff were a bit underwhelming, and the hotel itself hasn’t changed much since my last visit 15 years ago. The Regency Club still offers great service, but with its larger size now, it feels less exclusive than before. Overall, a nice hotel to stay at in the Sanur area for our initial 2 nights in Bali.

We were lucky enough to stay here for a few nights in June and enjoyed every minute of our time at this hotel. The rooms are well equipped, and the entire facility is clean and very well maintained. But above all, it's the people who make this place so special. The hospitality is second to none, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. The food, especially the breakfast, and the pool area round off this great impression. We would definitely like to thank the staff at the fruit stand and the food stalls—we would come back again and again! 😊
