We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Regency. The service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive; they even remembered our names, which made the experience feel very personal and special. The resort itself is surrounded by beautiful nature and a relaxing environment. The food was also excellent, with plenty of delicious options every day. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We will definitely come back again next year. Highly recommended!

Great location, very comfortable room and a quality dining experience, -but even more excellent was the staff - who stand out as most remarkable in their fine qualities. For me, they made my stay at the Hyatt regency in Sanur stand out as an enjoyable experience. Every day they were delightful to meet, making me feel like family, with their smiles, kind compassionate words and their grace. At reception I cannot forget Ode, Giri, and Gede, fine gentleman, who I was privileged to get to know. At breakfast every day I enjoyed meeting many friendly and hardworking staff- for their diligence and kindness I commend them- Yoga, Dwipa, Wayan Perdi, Tia, Ika, Deko, Yoshi and Tania. I always looked forward to meeting with Buda, Ardi and Irwan by the pool and by the beach, three more fine gentleman, who were a pleasure to speak with, and very diligent in their duties. Another remarkable person I would like to compliment and commend for her delightful, diligent, gentle and caring service was Anggi, at the Pizzaria, an extraordinary and fine young lady. At the Hyatt in sanur, the food is wonderful to taste, the ocean is beautiful to the eye; the warm breeze is soothing to the skin, and as the coconut fronds move gently and gracefully- they make lovely, soft sounds, I would say,- very pleasing to the ear. These are qualities of the environment I will not forget.— -But the gentle kindness of the staff is, the most memorable, to me, -they are, for my feeling and in my mind- More wonderful, more beautiful, more soothing, and more pleasing.

First visit to this property and what a great experience. We were here for 7 nights and weren’t ready to move on when the time came. Warm welcoming team from the minute we pulled up to when we left. You couldn’t walk by someone that was part of the team without an acknowledgment which made you feel appreciated as a guest. The choices at breakfast were pretty standard for a SE Asian hotel but in the club there were less choices with the food seeming to be more flavorful. One of the best clubs we’ve ever been to. Small plates for evening hour were all great with rotating choices every day for three days. The adult only pool was fantastic, secluded, with no rooms overlooking it. The grounds are expansive and so well taken care of. Applause to the gardening team as from the reviews I’ve read they don’t get much recognition. We stayed using WOH points with a SUA as a Globalist and believe they were points well spent. The one awkward thing was the balcony, the squeeze furniture out there which makes it tough to move around or enjoy(see pic). There are several team members that we would like to give a shout out to but just know the entire team is top shelf! We will stay here again when visiting Bali. The Hyatt Regency Bali is outstanding in all respects, we had a wonderful stay. The site is huge and a map is provided to navigate it. All that space means is never feels busy or crowded at any time. There are a few pools and also many loungers available on the beach front. It’s hugely attractive and very well maintained. The rooms likewise are well appointed and well maintained, everything is how you would want it. The staff are always polite and extremely helpful at all times. I used the gym which I found to be well equipped and never busy. We selected the option to use the Regency Club which I highly recommend. Breakfast there is a far less busy affair than using the main restaurant. Also in the evening they serve complimentary drinks and food, it’s ideal if you don’t want to go for a full restaurant experience every evening.

As indicated, this is a nice hotel with lovely grounds, breakfast is pretty good. lots and lots of options. The other food in thier restaurants has been OK but I did not experience anything 5 star We optioned to pay for a bike to get around and visit different places along the foreshore including bali icon. The bike also OK, But be aware when booking that taxes are added on so maybe make sure you know the whole cost.. I don't think I did and got a bit of a surprise when i arrived
