The hotel was breathtaking and we had a very relaxing holiday. The staff were very attentive and wanted to ensure we had the best possible experience. The food was a combination of local and international food which tasted delicious and enabled me to experience the local foods. The rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard. There was always beach towels readily available both pool side and at the beach. A regular shuttle bus service to & from the beach was very good and reliable.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming! It’s a nice and modern hotel, we never struggled to get a sunbed etc which was good. Breakfast was really good, a mix between traditional continental and some Moroccan dishes. The free shuttle to the beach and into Agadir was fab, but also think one into and back from Taghazout would be really helpful! Our room was spacious and the bed was really comfy, but the bathroom could do with a small refresh Really enjoyed our stay, would defo recommend

We stayed at their stunning villa, but the room service and customer service were absolutely awful for such a reputable company. We have stayed in other Hyatt hotels whilst abroad, but this was by far the biggest disappointment, especially considering what we paid. We traveled with two toddlers, and every time we phoned to ask for basic toiletries or towels, we would have to call back after an hour or even two hours chasing it up. We had a private pool and needed towels and toiletries; I specifically mentioned that my children needed to be dried and needed a shower. They promised to send someone ASAP, but sadly, they didn't even bother. I also asked for some cot blankets, and it took three reminders for them to finally drop off the blankets after 4 hours 😔 When I finally had to walk to the main hotel reception to request room service in person, the staff were too busy flirting with young girls who were staying at the hotel. This is not the standard or professionalism I expect. Very, very disappointed and would not recommend this place if you are traveling with toddlers. They clearly are either lazy or short of staff and simply not bothered to do their job. Shameful and unacceptable. Avoid.

Overlooking the Taghazout-bay-area with the Hyatt-Regency (10 Minute shuttle-drive away down to the beach) very friendly Moroccan-staff everywhere, a pleasure to stay at the Hyatt Place Hotel. And here’s a note for those guest who are complaining … find another Hotel better suitable for your stupid complaints. At the Hyatt Place Hotel they do their best to satisfy everyone and as the guest you should appreciate their hospitality services, be kind, be generous, be flexible with a good attitude, the staff deserves it

Absolutely amazing place. Took my family with 4 kids (from 0 to 11 years) and we all really enjoyed it. Restaurant and pool staff go out of their way to ensure you are having a great time, and the reception staff were also very nice. All the rooms have great views, and we were lucky to have an amazing view of the ocean and pool. As we were 9 people travelling, we didn't want to risk it with transport from the airport and the hotel staff helped us tremendously with this. Brahim booked our transport to and from the hotel and it was very comfy for us and the kids. Restaurant staff are very efficient and very kids. They helped out with my baby too when they had a chance and it was really appreciated. We booked a villa, suite and a room and all were above expectations. The food is amazing, and the variety meant that everyone had something they liked. The chef is also great and accommodated our requests. The spa and hamam staff were also very cheerful and professional. They made the stay even more enjoyable and only made me wish we could have booked a longer stay. Overall, best experience in a long time and looking forward to returning there soon.
