Lovely hotel, the staff are very helpful and friendly. We are vegetarian so the chef made special veg soup and chips for my baby. Lovely view of the the beach. Bit too far from agadir market or central but you can hire a taxi. In the night there is always a great atmosphere with live music and dance. Nice pools and sitting area near the beach. The private beach is also lovely but best time to visit would be in February as it was pouring in January so we did not get to see the sun much. All staff are very helpful and their service is excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Place. I have never met such hospitable people, the whole team were friendly, attentive & always going above & beyond for us. They helped us move rooms when we had noisy neighbours & helped with printing out our boarding passes. The breakfast was lovely, fresh every morning. The main attraction is for sure the swimming pool area & beautiful surrounding gardens, it feels so peaceful and they take such good care of the area. Looking out to the tranquil sea is an incredibly special feature of the property. Also a big shout out to Karim, Jamal, Hassan, Ghizlane, Brahim, Mohamed & Khadija! Love Jess & Evo x

The resort is nice but the service at this place is the worst I've ever seen anywhere across the globe. The staff is non-cooperative and unprofessional. Anything we needed - be it housekeeping, baby cot, etc. - we had to request everything multiple times to get someone to do it. They just forget the requests and then tried to blame it back on us. On Thursday night, the resort organized a party for a group that played such loud music till super late in the night that it was impossible for anyone to even hear their thoughts. If you're looking for a peaceful place with a relaxing time with your family, this place is definitely not a good choice. It ruined our vacation and we regret booking Hyatt.

We loved this hotel, best of our roadtrip in Morocco. Fantastic staff at reception and in the restaurant, beautiful rooms, very good beds, outside breakfast (great buffet!) and a heated pool, perfect for the colder days in January. Also the dinner buffet is the best. Highly recommended. We will be back!

A truly special stay at Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay Our stay at Hyatt Place was an absolute delight from start to finish. The property itself is stunning, perched between the desert and the sea, with breathtaking views, peaceful grounds, and that perfect Moroccan balance of calm and warmth. A special mention goes to Brahim (Ibrahim) at the travel desk, whose attention to detail turned our days here into seamless adventures. Every excursion he organised was beautifully thought out and perfectly timed. We also had the pleasure of travelling with our driver, Allarabi, who was unfailingly kind, patient, and full of local insight, the sort of person who quietly makes your trip extraordinary without ever drawing attention to it. I’m honestly blown away by the kindness and hospitality of everyone I met here. There’s a genuine warmth that stays with you long after you leave. Add to that the sheer beauty of this stretch of desert and coastline, and you’ve got a place that feels effortlessly special. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
