Not the best impressions, unfortunately, considering the price (around 250 eur per night) and 4 stars which the hotel claims to have. The room looks very old and needs to be renovated. Plus, they are no cleaned well which can be seen in the bathroom (say hello to mold as well). And we had 2 towels which were dirty. Wifi is just awful and only can be used for checking emails; no videos or smth. There is a safe in the room, but you have to pay for it which is weird considering the price. And no water in the room. It’s the 1st European hotel with 4 stars where I stayed that does not have any water in the room - paid or free. What I liked here, is food (but again, no drinks are included, even water). Everything other makes me feel like hotels decided to increase prices after covid without improving the rooms and services.

Quiet hotel full of Spanish pensioners. The food isn't the best but it's atleast edible on the all inclusive. Rooms were neat and tidy although temperature got very warm at night and air conditioning didn't work very well.

The entertainment team are the absolute best. They made the whole experiance perfekt. And expressed happines in Evert moment. Perfekt service from Rachael in the bar With the best drinks ever. She and the entertainers are the best

Be sure to add drinks to your dinner. No drinks is an unacceptable practice. It's better to make the price higher and add drinks, because this lack causes unpleasant situations with the service. This is a huge surprise. We have already been to many hotels and this practice is a shock to us. The bathroom in the room is in terrible condition. There is fungus, stone, a broken shower head and cockroaches. The room has disgusting walls. The bed is terrible because it has springs, is hard and squeaks. The pillows are also terribly hard. We wake up many times at night because it is very uncomfortable. The bar staff (older gentleman with glasses) were a disaster. He made the drink for 10 minutes while reading the recipe on the menu, and he also cheated me because the price was supposed to be 8 euros, but he asked for 10 euros.

Stuff and service is wonderful, but the hotel is for teens. It was very loud, screaming and shouting all night long, till early in the morning, no sleep at all.
