So wanted to give this place the full 5 stars. However, as an 'All Inclusive' you should not be expected to pay for bottled water!! Surely this basic of requirements should be free! Very dissapointed about that. Moving on, the rest all superb. Staff - very friendly & helpful. Rooms, spotless - credit to the cleaners. Entertainment person - Manny, a delight. Loved him - Applause, applause, applause! Lol. I'd come again, but wouldn't like having to pay for water!

We have stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. We have been in holidays.in many other countries,but this one was by far the most disappointing hotel. Rooms very nice and clean, nothing to complain....but the ladies who are cleaning the rooms have no consideration about guests resting in the morning (they are slamming and bashing things around-you could feel the rooms shaking from above rooms.).We are not a fussy family,and aware in what we pay=what should expect,but we have been staying in hotels where half of that was in construction and didn't have that much of noise... This hotel is full of people with no manners or considerations about other guests...slamming doors,running on corridors,big group of people deciding to chat on corridors next to to other people rooms-had personally to go out and tell them nicely to chat outside or at the bar if laughing and being loud at the sleeping times..Bear in mind we are a family with a child but by far more silent than other adults were or teenagers. Food extremely poor quality,same menu over and over again....not much variety. When asked staff to refill few things who run out, they made faces or when I asked to add more milk,told me to go to the coffee machine. Drinks- very diluted with water ,obviously to lengthen them(double the quantity). We are aware that All inclusive is to feed people rather than taste, about quantity rather than quality ..but not in such a poor way .we have had to and eat outside most of time to have a better quality of food ..of course adding that cost on top,we could of go somewhere else with the money spent for the holiday at this hotel+money spent to eat outside. I repeat,we are not a fussy family,who likes music and parting ,but in comparison with other hotels,that we have been here in Spain ,or in other countries,this by was the porest in services...

Maybe the hotel is not the newest as the majority in touristic destinations like that, but it's still decent and clean. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Variety of food, everyday something new, they make an effort to satisfy any preference. Good location, just a few minutes walk from the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Don't forget to give some tips in the hotel, you will be certainly rewarded for it 😉

A lovely hotel and just a ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach. A bus stop is right next to the hotel, here you can go to Palmanova or Palma, further up on the left is another bus stop. Here you can get the bus to Santa Ponca. The hotel was in it's last week of opening, some of the food was a bit hit and miss, cold potatoes now and then. But on the whole it was nice and we had plenty to eat and drink. We booked an all inclusive package but you still had to pay extra for bottles of water. The pool area was very clean with plenty of sun loungers, the pool was cold but you did get used to it. The rooms were vey clean and we had a lovely view over the pool, the shower did tend to go hot and cold without warning. The staff were very helpful and the lady running the bar, Raquel, was lovely. She could not do enough for us and told us how to get around Magaluf. A really enjoyable 5 days spent here.

For those seeking tranquility in summer you’re not in the right place. The hotel is very noisy because of disrespectful guests who make too much noise and let their children run in the corridors. Plus, the sheets of my bed have never been changed during 9 days. The mopping has never been done during my whole stay. The is ok. Food is good, the swimming pool is good and the receptionists are very kind❤️
