Just got back from 10 days all inclusive. Arrived to being told our room was on sixth floor which was fine but lifts only go to floor 4 not good with 6 cases. Never changed our bedding in the 10 days (advertised to being changed every 3-4 days). The food was not good. Wanted omelette for breakfast had to pay extra (we were all inclusive) had to pay for ice creams too. We queried the food choices and was told chef would cook us some chicken. We we're served with 2 pieces of chicken for 6 of us and when we cut into it it was raw. I will say the hotel had some silly rules regarding the pool but we got over that. The hotel was in a good location and if I did go back to the area we would not go all inclusive as there are plenty of lovely restaurants around to eat at (we tried a few of them) and are reasonably priced

Just arrived home from our first holiday at this hotel and I’m so happy we chose to stay here. The animation team are truly wonderful!! Felt absolutely no pressure to join in with any activities but were always given the option and they were so good with the children. Lisa, Daniel and David went out their way to build up a relationship with us over the week which made it feel like we were seeing friends every day. The mini club and disco were perfect for our daughter, a shame the dance floor isn’t bigger! We went with our 4 year old and 7 week old baby, it was never an issue to get water for our baby’s feeds, Alejandro at the pool bar made our lives very easy and nothing was too much trouble for him. The hotel is absolutely spotless, although our bedding wasn’t changed the entire week which would have been nice. Our room had the main bedroom with a travel cot set up and then the sofa bed for our 4 year old but had a fair size gap either side and at the back so decided to swap as we didn’t want her to get stuck down them! All in all we had the best time and hope to return next year.

A lovely hotel with a brilliant buffet for both breakfast and evening meals. Has a small indoor soft play area for small children and an interesting walk way on the ground floor. The hotel has car parking, but unlike other hotels on some of the other Canary Islands, they charge to park here. There is direct access down from the pool area to the beach to avoid having to go up from the Ground floor to the Top (ground) floor and then down again. The main downside to the hotel is the neighbouring show bar, Scallywags, which seems to want to blast their music at the hotel guests rather than entertaining their own customers.

We had a lovely week and enjoyed some much needed winter sun. Our room was great ...a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with sea view(an excellence room which is well worth paying a bit extra for) The service was good and staff were lovely. The location is excellent with the beach on the doorstep as well as shops and restaurants. Can be a bit noisy due to this but we didn't mind. The pool area is clean and we always got sunbeds. We were all inclusive with 3 teenagers. The breakfast each morning was lovely. We ate in the smaller restaurant on the seafront which again was for 'excellence' guests. Freshly cooked omelettes and crepes were delicious along with standard continental breakfast and freshly squeezed orange juice ! Lunch was good in the snack bar with burgers, meats and cheeses, chips, pizza on offer. Dinner was a bit hit and miss. We didn't overly enjoy dinner in the buffet restaurant but did enjoy the seafront restaurant one evening. We also chose to eat out 3 nights as the dinner options were not really to our taste although the offering was plentiful. We would definitely recommend this hotel

A wonderful family stay! Hovima La Pinta exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, right by the beach, and the views from the room were stunning. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Noemi for helping us with room issue. The food was varied and of good quality, and the entertainment team kept both kids and adults engaged. We felt very welcome and relaxed. Highly recommended for families!
