Fifth time back to the lovely hotel, staff are very welcoming and friendly, feels like you have returned home each time you stay. Hotel is very clean, food is lovely, entertainment is great, rooms are clean, tidy and up to date. Day time entertainment if you want to join in, pool is nice and there are a couple of pool bars which also do snacks. There’s many other things in the hotel too. You meet some lovely other guests, and over the years we’ve made good friends, just sat at the out side bars or entertainments. Highly recommend this hotel to all adults. Well done to all the staff who work in this wonderful hotel. Room 108

Just returned from our third january holiday and we enjoyed. Great location hotel with many positives. Food was good and only slight issue was couple of nights food could have been warmer and more varied. Al a carte was great with steak option on chosen night. Superior rooms are nice and fresh, rooms on bottom three floors still to be updated. Very clean hotel plenty of sunbeds and good 4 star. Staff friendly and a special thanks to Noami in reception. She sorted a room issue quickly and was very helpful at all times. We will be returning next January.

On entering the atrium you are wowed the reception area is also impressive our room was so disappointing. Longe had no tv that was in the bedroom who wants to watch tv during the day in a bedroom. The bedroom had no drawers so had to keep underwear etc in our suitcase . The bathroom was very tiny and getting in and out of the shower was problematic as it was so very close to the toilet the balcony was also tiny all in all I am less than impressed . The cleanliness of the room and the whole hotel was perfect . The food was very varied and good as was the waiters who was constantly clearing tables . It would have been good to have a welcome pack in the room as it took us a few days to find some of the facilities. We were told that there was a roof terrace whim would open at 10am so off we went at 10am only to find that there was no beds available and that you had to queue to get one and you had to join the queue at approx 9.15 to try and get a bed . Our first time of queueing was a waste of time because we were third in the queue but was overtaken by Germans who were running . Would we stay at this hotel again . Sorry no there were just too many negatives . We have another 2 weeks here so will have to make the best of it

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, and the food was great quality - cannot fault it! We stayed on the 8th floor with great views over the hills and sea. The air con was good, and rooms clean and comfortable. Spend and evening watching people parachuting off the nearby mountain range. Was a very relaxing stay. Probably busier in the summertime however found it easy to navigate, no queues and overall a pleasant experience. The gym was great too, decent selection of equipment plus the outdoor cross fit area to work off the beer! Location was good too. Can walk around the local shops or to the beach no problem.

The hotel is situated in Costa Adeje, a few mins from beach, not far from Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Bars and restaurant very spacious. Free wifi in rooms and communal areas. The rooms are clean and well kept, serviced each day. There is plenty of choice for drinks both alcohol and alcohol free. Sun loungers by the pool and on tiered level are very comfortable with a couple of outdoor bars that serve drinks and snacks 11am to around 6pm. The buffet restaurant is perfectly fine, and if I had to give it marks out of five it would be 3.5. I just wish they would do proper bacon. Open 7.30 to 10.30, 1pm to 3pm and 6.30 to 9.30pm. It probably needs a bit of variety but I was ok with it. I was on all inclusive and there was a higher level "Excellence" which to be honest, I never really felt that would be so beneficial. Minor gripe, the TVs in room did not appear to have English News channel Sky News, but thats not too important as you got BBC1, 2, ITV1, 2, Channel 4, 5 and Film 4. Another minor issue was first and second floors adjacent to entertainment meant sound travelled and so was noisy, but I managed. I could not see a communal TV, so had to venture out to watch sports. Therevus a spa,at extra cost, but I did not use it. Overall its a 4 out of 5. If the food was a little better and if some rooms on first and second floor had a bit more carpet to deaden th e sound. But its a lovely hotel and staff are great. A very nice Christmas break in the sun.
