Room 901 Great staff aldo and mike so friendly and funny and such great characters. All the staff in excellence are amazing The room service and turn down service and bar replenished daily room fragrance access to ocean restaurant and staff there amazing xx The staff in the excellence private dinning are so friendly and helpful and remember your name and drink preference x The staff at the excellence bar are so friendly helpful served great measures. They also come around with snacks all day. The infinity pool is amazing The day activities are so much fun but no pressure to join in but if u do it's a laugh very comedic such a credit to the hotel and they work so hard long days x Only slight criticism is the quality of the wine and choice of beer in mini bar and a couple of the tribute acts but most I got up and danced to and was a lovely evening. It's a great location for the beach and bars so glad I chose this hotel amazing staff amazing memories xx Keep up the good work everyone at this lovely hotel. I've traveled the world a lot but I have to say the staff are such an amazing asset to the whole holiday experience keep up the good work xx

All staff are extremely polite and courteous. Restaurant staff service excellent the first week, second week when hotel was full they struggled a bit, but were still good. Food quality and choice very good. Housekeeping staff very efficient and pleasant. Cleanliness excellent. No problem with sunbeds, regular reminders that reserving with towels for any significant time is not allowed and warnings are issued, but some good old Brits still don't trust the system. All I can say is we had no problem. Pool sizes are relatively small, just for dips rather than swimming, or for using for the daily Aquarobic Exercises (very good), but provide welcome cooling relief from the sun. Entertainment Team provide activities each day, without being pushy. Evening entertainment bit below par for us, so could be better, but I suppose you can't please everyone, usually quite busy so seemed popular with others. Absence of under sixteens led to a more peaceful, relaxing environment. Overall would recommend if you want to visit the area.

From the moment we stepped into reception we felt extremely welcome and valued. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The pool is a perfect size and chilled. Sunbeds are easy to get and no crazy dash in the morning. (9am you can put your towels out) A little back ground music would be a good touch. The food and drink are fantastic, great selection and tastes amazing! BBQ on Mondays! ALL of the staff here have treated us like family! It feels as if we have been here before. They are all warm and welcoming, nothing is ever a problem. I need to say Carmen our evening bar lady has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

Another excellent holiday in this lovely friendly hotel. The food is great with lots of choice. Our room 448 is a good size with a balcony. Fabulous days by the warm heart shaped pool overlooking the palm trees and sea. The animation team are always offering a range of activities for the guests. They are friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic hotel! Ainara, the Receptionist was so helpful in getting us a lower floor with our rooms on the same floor as my friend does not like to go in lifts. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food delicious with lots of choice and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The evening entertainment has been great with visiting guests. Great animation team. Will definitely be back! 👏
