Having a brilliant time here in the hotel. Room 713 has wonderful views of both the sea and the mountain. Evening entertainment is brilliant. Mike really does an excellent job and makes everyone have a good time. Food and drinks are excellent. The bar staff are great. Would come back again

First stay at the Hovima hotel for 10 nights and we are unable to fault it! Beautiful room, great staff who couldn’t do enough for us , including food and a bottle of wine for our anniversary on arrival. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas. Food is great , the location is amazing , the whole thing is just fabulous. We are a couple in our 20s and although there is a lot to ‘older’ people it has not put us off at all and the other guests are great too!

Wonderful hotel, wonderful location - the rooms are spacious and the service is multilingual and always happy to be of help. The buffet is tasty and the variety is great, prices for drinks (if you don't have AI booked) are reasonable, also in the bar. The spa is newly renovated and has everything you dream of. We booked the valentine's day special package with massage for two, 2 hours spa for ourselves and a plate with fruit and a bottle of cava. First class experience! We were here for the second time and will surely book again.

Just back from an 11 night stay. Superb hotel, the choice of food was amazing and all the staff were very polite and helpful. The entertainment all day was very good. My husband’s sheet had a faint stain of blood on it. We didn’t complain because they changed the bed regularly. Towels were changed every day.The area itself was great for limited mobility. The signs were up saying no shorts or bathers in the dining room but these rules were ignored and no one addressed it. Also, no putting towels on sun beds and then going away. This rule too was ignored. It was pathetic watching people queuing at 8.30 a.m. for the gates to open for the pool, then leaving. However, I would recommend this hotel. We spoke to people who have been back every year for 5, 8, 10 and even 15 times! That speaks for itself. ☺️

Great hotel. We were inroom 626, which had a great sea view. Well worth 4 stars. Good food all round, and the a la carte was great, contrary to some opinions. Great staff from the cleaners to the entertainment team. Michelle's Tina Turner dance is fantastic. Nice wee February break 👍
