Traveled here with my family (spouse, teenager, infant). The resort is nicely laid out with lots of unique pools and hang out areas both indoors and out. They had a special pool area for toddlers which was nice too. 24/7 room service and a ton of different restaurants offering different types of cuisine. Staff was friendly and always willing to help point you in the right direction as it took a couple days to figure out where everything was! There were concierge walking around which was convenient for when we wanted to book an excursion. Never felt crowded. Really peaceful at night as well. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is nice, but it left me with a slightly bittersweet taste in my mouth. The food is extraordinary, with plenty of options, numerous swimming pools, and a lot of staff available to address any questions or concerns you may have. In my opinion, the overall service is quite good. The parks are very enjoyable, but more suited for adults rather than young children or older people.
It was disappointing that two of their restaurants were closed during our 7-night stay, which meant we had to stick to the other options available.
My main issue was with the presentation they invited us to on our first day. It turned out to be a nightmare and a complete waste of time, starting with a lie. The person who invited us claimed it was a breakfast to celebrate the hotel's 7th anniversary. When my dad asked if it was a timeshare presentation, they assured us it was not. However, we were required to stay for at least 90 minutes and sign a document saying we couldn't leave once signed.
During the presentation, the person who showed us around and had breakfast with us was very nice and polite. Then he brought us to a sort of tower where he showed us a video, and afterward, he took us to an office where he attempted to sell us an Xcaret membership. Since my dad had already stated from the beginning that he was not interested, the supervisor of this person, named Noel, came to us and tried to aggressively sell us the membership. When my dad finally decided to leave, saying that we had only agreed to 90 minutes and it had been almost 3 hours, Noel became quite angry and gave us a rude response before leaving.
We ended up alone in an awkward tower, unsure of where our rooms were anymore. Thankfully, we found someone driving a truck who gave us a lift back to where everyone else was.
Honestly, I would have given this hotel 5 stars based on its amenities and food quality alone. However, the anxiety caused by the coercive nature of the presentation prevented me from giving more than 3 stars to this experience. I strongly advise others to avoid the presentation at all costs.

This was my first time in Cancun and I went for my sister's wedding. To begin with, exceptional service from staff. My room was kept clean and the fridge was kept stocked. Furthermore, they have a variety of restaurants and bars but be aware of the times they open and close. Also, they have activities that you can do but you have to take the bus. Lastly, it is expensive but highly worth it. Overall, I would go again but do more research on the activities, restaurants and bars at the resort!

Beautiful views. Lots of things to do at the hotel including dinner shows, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, and water slides. They also have live music at the restaurants on Friday nights and some other nights you just have to ask who will be where. Water was safe to drink. Lots of food options. Their parks that are included are amazing. If you're bored, it's because you didn't look hard enough for something to do.

No matter what happens, DO NOT go to the sales presentation or any time share "free" buffet. The salesperson promised it would last 1:30 hours, but we were there from 8am to 11am. They wouldn't let us out of the resort until someone came in to guide us out! That was another 30 minutes wasted.
The hotel is pretty, all the workers are nice, except for the salespeople. As soon as you say no to the time share, they start keeping you hostage and rolling their eyes at you.
Just go to the Xcaret park instead.
