Very nice hotel with super friendly and welcoming staff. They are genuinely kids-friendly, which we really appreciated as a family. The hotel has a slightly older feel, but renovations are currently underway. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the city center. There’s no dedicated kids or toddler play area, but overall we had a pleasant stay.

Great receptionists! As a local Boat Charter business, we’ve had many mutual guests and the team has always been incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. They often organize taxis and contacted us directly for our guests, making everything smooth fand effortless. Truly appreciated thank you!

Just got back from staying at the hotel. My wife and I had an absolutely amazing time and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Palma. The service and guest experience was top notch. The food was great, the staff was great and just an overall great atmosphere that starts on arrival.

While being a paid for guest at this hotel, I decided to have a night in and order take out for a change. Upon arrival of the delivery, I did not have cutlery. I asked the staff onsite if they could provide cutlery and was informed that since I had not ordered room service, I was not entitled to cutlery. That is appalling behaviour and excuse, especially since I am a paying guest staying at the hotel for nearly two weeks. And don’t get me started on the facilities in the room half of which are broken or not clean…5* rating is delusional, this place is 2* at best… I would stay clear of this hotel, needless to say, I won’t be staying here again.
