We had a 5 day break at the hotel in mid March. We chose bed breakfast and evening meal. The hotel was excellent, just as you would expect from Melia and their 5 star hotels. Everything from arrival, concierge, check-in and check-out was fine.
The restaurant was very good at breakfast and in the evening. A great menu, well cooked and presented and a comfortable dining experience. In particular, we were looked after by great restaurant staff, we had our disabled son with us and he was catered for very well. A couple of particular thanks go to Olympia, one of our waitresses and to Fernando in concierge who was so helpful with cases, parking and information.
We will be back. Thank you.

Our stay at this hotel was a great pleasure. The services of Red Level were amazing, here I would highlight the most from the staff Claudia, who was always helpful, willing and human, she is a woman you can see that she does her job with love.
An unforgettable experience was how the hotel takes care of its guests, all the little things that awaited us as a surprise in the room to make us feel at home, we felt really special and we would love to come back again.

Im not the type to give 1 star reviews but this was crazy and really ruined my trip staying here. I’ll never go back here again. In general the food was bad, I got stuck in the elevator and they over charged me and refused to apologize or even give a gesture. Christina, the manager, was specifically disrespectful and not helpful at all. Would highly recommend to never stay here as you may get false impressions and then end up having to pay. They did not treat me well - I also wonder if I was not a black woman with an Arab woman if they would have treated me this way.
