Such a wonderful stay here. The energy and ambience of the hotel feels so luxurious and relaxing. Food is sensational too, so much variety and changes every night. Bonus that a lot of the meats are cooked to order and so fresh! Debbie is such a wonderful member of the team, and she brings such a light to the hotel. Really was a 5 star stay here.

Ensure you have a pool view room, those that do not look out on a main road or onto the sides of other apartments/hotels. Rooms are very spacious however we noticed a smell coming from the drains throughout our stay, we had been made aware of issues with water/pipe work during our stay so not sure if this is related. We have previously stayed at this hotel shortly after it’s renovation and on return we did notice that the place was starting to look slightly tired, however the hotel was cleaned to a high standard on a daily basis, there was a wide selection of food available at breakfast and dinner and the staff were extremely friendly/helpful, in particular the pool bar staff.

Overall good. 10 days with the privilege upgrade. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Waiters/waitresses were mostly lovely but let down by a few that seemed to have no customer service training. Bed was very comfortable with a nice view of the pool. Would’ve never upgraded the room if we knew we’d be directly beneath the rooftop bar where on 4/5 nights there was loud entertainment on until 11:30pm. Impossible to sleep through, nearly impossible to enjoy a film to pass the time. Would’ve been nice if the coffee/tea was refilled daily rather than having to take supplies from breakfast. Food was okay. Very little change in the 10 days but it did the job. Quite frustrating to find the water fountain was switched off for dinner so we spent another 50 euros on water. Games by the pool were great. The entertainment team were a lot of fun. The privilege lounge is on the bottom floor and you can’t take food/drinks out. I appreciate it’s all included in the package but we wanted drinks by the sunbeds on the roof so ended up having to pay for most of them. Overall we enjoyed our time here. Ultimately though we feel the £500 extra for privilege was a complete waste and would’ve covered all of our lunches and drinks with change leftover.

We came here with my husband for our honeymoon and we are more than happy with our choice ! Great hotel, we felt very luxurious, the rooms are spacious and clean. Big choice of delicious food. The swimming pool area is quite big and water in the swimming pool is warm. Plenty of entertainment so you don’t get bored but it doesn’t disturb if you just want to chill. The staff is very welcoming, always smiling, always ready to help. Overall we had a great stay and we will definitely remember it 🫶

Just back from an amazing 2week holiday in the Tigotan.Fabulous room overlooking the pool very comfortable beds, towels changed daily and hotel is spotlessly clean. Food excellent so much variety and staff very friendly and accommodating. Pool area well kept and maintained with comfortable day beds a little bit of luxury in the sun ,very comfortable and relaxing as well as sun loungers. Great entertainment during the day at the pool area and in the evenings. Special thanks to Nicolas and his staff for making us feel very welcome.
