Our experience here at the Tigotan hotel tenerife was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff..the food..the entertainment..the rooms was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles and processco. The entertainment was absolutely fantastic from morning to evening we really had a great time. The efforts the hotel and staff went to was out of this world from Michael,Julia and all entertainment staff, they gave us a fun filled holiday without having to even leave the hotel. There were activties like cocktail making, foam party, music bands, minigames and lots more. The attention to detail the hotel went to was above and beyond. We had an absolutely amazing time and we will definitely be back. The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic I cannot recommend this hotel enough it was amazing 🙌 😍.

We stayed here for a week and had such a fantastic experience. The hotel itself was amazing—clean, modern, and really well looked after. Our room was lovely and very comfortable, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly throughout our stay. The food was lovely with a great selection every day, so there was always something for everyone. The entertainment in the hotel was also brilliant and gave us something fun to look forward to each evening. Overall, we genuinely couldn’t fault the hotel. We had an amazing week and can’t wait to go back. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Stayed for 2 weeks, we had a top floor romance room, which in winter is well worth the upgrade as it has evening sun and fantastic views. We could also listen to the music in cafe del Mar or shows by the pool. We enjoyed the huge jacuzzi and they left us some cava and chocolates 💕 Great pool areas, well maintained and friendly staff and animation team. My only issue is the sun bed situation, it’s beyond a joke, they try their best but it’s completely reserved by 8am ! The poor guy then goes around wasting paper with a written note, he then takes towels off, but then places them on a table next to the bed.. yep then whoever comes back to their moved items has an argument with the person who “ Took their bed” As we booked exclusive upgrade we could book daily beds on the rooftop - there is no shade but stunning views, it’s a shame as we just felt out of it, there is even a nice section of double beds downstairs by the exclusive lounge but again this was taken daily. I normally start work at 8am so I needed a rest and just couldn’t deal with the embarrassing sun bed wars.. Half board exclusive came with a drinks lounge, this was nice with beer on tap and premium drinks from 10-6 the snacks were pretty poor and heavily picked over. They have such a nice selection at breakfast and dinner of meat/ cheese etc I’m not sure why it’s not utilised in the lounge? Meals were fine, they are catering to a large crowd, we felt there was a large selection at both and it was well managed and very clean, the food could have been a hotter temperature is my only complaint .The Santa grill was a nice change in with our package. The pool bar food was nice as was cafe Del Mar at extra cost. The night time lounge was comfy and good drinks prices. We felt the hotel really make efforts to entertain guests throughout the day and in the evening. Highlights are the staff, in all areas of the hotel , especially when we had storm Claudia they tried especially hard to look after everyone and keep the water at bay ! Given the location of the hotel, and facilities,adults only, we would definitely return , just a few small changes would make it perfect 🤩 Thank you for a fantastic holiday 💕☀️

Clean and convenient hotel. Reception has a very good bar and nightly entertainment in reception. Beds are much nicer once mattress topper applied. Pool outside is heated enough to take the chill away in the winter ( Xmas time ). Pool bar also has a good food and drink selection with reasonable prices to what you get ( food portions huge ). Buffet is of a good standard and has a reasonable selection but from the couple visits doesn’t massively vary too much night to night Location is perfect with a 5 min walk to the golden mile with surrounding bars right outside the hotel also. All in all a good stay

Brilliant hotel. Visited many times. Staff are so friendly especially Alessio on reception and Lucille in the dining room. The rooms are extremely comfortable. We had a gorgeous pool (and sea) view. The beds are amazing. The food is excellent, huge choice and everything is exeptional quality. The entertainment is top class. Brilliant acts each night. The animation team do a great job and aren't pushy at all. Location is really good. Only a 5 minute walk from shops, restaurants and the beach. It's the full package. There's nothing I can criticise about the hotel.
