All of the staff are super friendly and the food is amazing! The guest experience team are brilliant and are always really helpful when it comes to booking sunbeds and excursions. Unfortunately the rooftop pool was shut for the second week so the bookable beds were moved to the main pool which was definitely louder but the animation team definitely made up for it and kept us supplied with constant entertainment. The restaurant was fab as always. The staff in there are super attentive as always especially Lorena and Panchi and the chefs make some of the best food I've had. I would love to take David and Abdul home with me to cook omelettes, pasta, and grilled fish every day! Definitely one of my favourite hotels to stay at and 100% will be returning.

First time stopping in Tenerife and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Our stay was absolutely fantastic with the most professional and friendly staff who are tentative to each guests needs. Special mention to Lorena and Louis from the hospitality of the hotel. They couldn’t have done anymore for us whilst making us feel so welcome and cared for. They both put a smile on our faces everyday. David, one of the chefs, makes both breakfast and evening meal enjoyable with lots of character when make the food fresh to your order. The entertainment at the hotel is second to none, always something going on throughout the day and night to suit all guests, abilities and needs. Debbie was amazing at getting people involved in the activities and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back to stop here.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. From beginning to end. This hotel brings so much joy. Happiness and laughter. Our stay was absolutely fantastic with the most professional and friendly staff who are tentative to each guests. The food is amazing, I like to hear the sound of the chefs singing and getting our food ready from our room.both breakfast and evening meal enjoyable with lots of choice. With buffet cuisine lots of character when they make the food fresh to your order. The entertainment at the hotel is second to none, always something going on throughout the day and night to suit all guests, abilities and needs. Staff are amazing at getting people involved in the activities and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back to stay here. Sad to leave. And can't wait to come back again already.

I’m not long back from a delightful holiday in this hotel. I booked this trip last minute as a treat for myself as I wanted to escape to a dream place for a beautiful holiday in the sun, and this hotel seemed perfect. Tigotan did not disappoint. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean and all staff worked so hard daily to keep the hotel looking beautiful. All staff are so lovely, pleasant and welcoming. Staff will do everything to make sure you have a lovely stay and are so accommodating. The entertainment is great with something for everyone, whether that’s aqua aerobics, cocktail tasting, water basketball, water volleyball or foam parties. The vibe here is laid back and relaxing yet fun at the same time, I feel completely renewed after this holiday. Both breakfast and dinner provide a great range of choices, which is great if you want to try something new. The chefs also take such pride in their work and are lovely people. This hotel is great if you have dietary requirements like me, gluten free options can be provided if necessary. Thanks to the young man who always checked in to make sure that I was being catered for. And a huge thank you to Lucille (my favourite waitress) she was so kind and always took the time to chat to me everyday and check-in with me. She was also wonderful at her job and attentive to everyone’s needs at breakfast and dinner. All round I loved my holiday here, thanks so much to all staff for all that you do. I hope to be back soon once I have saved up again!

Just back from a week stay in this hotel with my boyfriend, it was our first time visiting and we were impressed from the minute we arrived. The bedrooms are a great size and spotless. The entertainment throughout the day was 10/10. Great selection of food at breakfast time. If I was staying in this hotel again I would definitely request a room that does not have an interconnecting room/door as you can hear everything from the next rooms bathroom because of the inter connecting door. The Hotel is in a great location and only an 5-7 min walk to the Main Street. 2 bus stops within 2 minutes walk from the hotel which was super handy for getting to and from the airport.
