Just got back yesterday from our 10 days stay at Tigotan and enjoyed every second of it! We had taken half board, food was plentiful and delicious, lots of choices even at breakfast (champagne included too which was a nice surprise to start a day :D). Good location, not too far from beach or a night life, but far enough so it wasn't noisy. Room spacious, conditioner worked well and room was cleaned daily. Got a perfect place with a nice view of mountains and water. Staff very nice and helpful. Different activities every day, we really enjoyed the Queen tribute. Enjoyed the rooftop were you could just chill in the shadow with a nice view, calm music and great company. Great experience, would love to come back in the future.

Perfect location. Food perfect so much choice for evey palette . We are half board, I would have liked to have option for a choice of either lunch or evening evening meal. Just to try other restaurants outside of hotel. Staff are 100% helpful and so polite everyone one of them. Rooms are perfect , bed is very comfortable and spotless rooms. We will definitely be back . Hotel has such a nice calm feeling to it .

Wow, what an amazing stay! ✨ We had such a fantastic holiday here in Tenerife. The rooms were spotless, the staff treated us like royalty – always so attentive and with a big smile. The food? Absolutely delicious, with so much variety for every taste. A huge shout-out to the kitchen team, they are just wonderful people! The entertainment was top-notch and kept the fun going every day. Even the parking was super convenient, which made everything even easier. This was more than just a holiday it was an unforgettable experience. I totally recommend this hotel and I can’t wait to come back!

This was my first ever holiday and I couldn’t have wanted it to be any better than what it was. Tigotan is and was an amazing luxury hotel. Loved every second of it from check in to check out. The staff were always very helpful and made us feel very welcomed. Especially the waiters - Lucille in particular she was always very attentive to us when we came for dinner and was lovely chatting with her - made us feel like we mattered. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a fantastic holiday to Tenerife to pick Tigotan. Will definitely come back again and again and again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

While the location is nice and very close to the beach, and the service from the staff was very warm and hospitable, the quality of the stay was not really worth the money paid. The room was a decent size, but we had ordered for 1 bed and were in a room with 2 beds pushed together. The bathroom was a bit bare bones and we had multiple instances of large bugs being in the bathroom, bedroom, and even seeing a cockroach in the buffet. The food was average, and while there was a lot of variety, didn’t come off as spectacular. Considering the price we paid, of over 1000€ each for our stay of 5 nights, we were expecting something of better quality overall.
