Everything was amazing at Tigotan Lovers and Friends in Playa De Las Americas, Tenerife. Very attentive staff, polite, courteous and friendly. We spent most of our time on the roof at the brilliant Cafe Del Mar, it has wonderful cocktails (non/alcoholic) and sunbeds galore. You need to book these through the Guest Experience desk in the downstairs lobby. We also had a couples massage which was amazing and included an afternoon on on of their Bali Beds which again was very welcome after a very relaxing massage. We did venture out of the hotel on a few occasions for shopping, lunch and an evening drink. We were half board and both breakfast and the evening meals were great with loads to choose from. We caught most of the Nightly entertainment from our balcony and the quality was fabulous. A perfect Belated honeymoon trip to a place we have always wanted to visit

Absolutely beautiful hotel, close enough to all the local attractions without being right on the strip. Lots of entertainment opportunities for everyone, our personal favourite was the Sangria demonstration. The biggest pro of our stay though were the lovely staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we couldn’t fault it. Rooms are spacious and kept to a high standard. I will be coming back. Thank-you Tigotan! x

Already looking forward to staying here again! Hotel is in perfect distance from the beach to veronica strip, had so many choices of foods during mealtimes. I would recommend the rooftop bar and pool as the views were amazing. The staff were so kind, extremely welcoming and committed to making it a pleasant time for us. The entertainment they provided in the evenings, was brilliant. Facilities within the hotel were maintained really well.

We only spent a few days at this hotel, Tuesday - Saturday but we had a great time!! Food was very nice and there was a great variety morning and evening! The room was always cleaned to a high standard and the hotels general cleanliness was spot on everyday. Animation team were fantastic! We met Fabio, Aaron and Anton! They were great with everyone and everyday when they saw us they always said hello and came for a chat! Great team work and great energy for this level of entertainment. Safe to say we will be returning next year!! Keep up the good work everyone Katie

All in all a great hotel. First we had some misunderstandings regarding the room we had booked (with a poolside view) but we got a room with a view outside the hotel. However, we got to change the room to the one we had originally paid for and got a compensation for it as well, which was great. The food offered variety, but some of them could have had more flavour and salt in them in our opinion. Most of the staff was polite and the view from the roof terrace was amazing!
