We had an amazing stay! The team at Tigotan Hotel is absolutely fantastic! The service we received was exceptional, from our arrival until the time of our departure. Our stay was excellent and the whole experience felt relaxing and well- planned The staff were friendly, professional, warm, and genuinely dedicated making the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable! Delicious breakfast and dinner buffet with a huge variety of freshly dishes cooked every day! Absolutely all the chefs and restaurant staff were wonderful! I would like to say a big thank you especially to Francesco, David, Abdul and Torres! They are absolutely amazing, very professional, hard workers and extremely intelligents! They are all multilingual! I truly appreciated the opportunity to communicate with all of them in both English and Italian. We hope that the management will recognize your value, as you are a true asset to Tigotan Hotel! With love from Romania 🇷🇴

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel has a fantastic adults-only atmosphere, perfect for relaxation, and everything was beautifully designed and well maintained. The rooftop area, especially Café del Mar Rooftop Bar, was outstanding. The views, drinks, and overall vibe were exceptional and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. There are only two small points worth mentioning. First, it felt a bit unusual not to have coffee and tea bags available in the room, which is something we normally expect at this level of accommodation. Secondly, the massage experience did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, it felt like a waste of money(€210): there was a strange noise during the massage,Ive made it present to the therapist during the massage, the therapists were whispering to each other, and the massage itself felt more like gentle touching rather than a proper treatment. Also, our preferences were not discussed beforehand, which would have made a big difference. Aside from these minor aspects, everything else was absolutely superb — from the hotel facilities to the service and atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return and recommend this hotel to others looking for a relaxing adults-only experience.

We stayed at the hotel in December 2025, and my birthday on December 17th was made truly special. The hotel surprised me at breakfast with birthday pastries, candles, and a song, and later in the day we also received sparkling wine in our room – such a wonderful and thoughtful gesture. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and a special thank you to Lorena who truly went the extra mile 🌟. She was always kind, caring, and positive, making every guest feel seen with her warm smile and positive energy. I felt genuinely cared for and happy throughout our stay. Clean rooms with sea views, amazing staff, and a great sense of community. Highly recommended!

Stayed for 2 weeks, we had a top floor romance room, which in winter is well worth the upgrade as it has evening sun and fantastic views. We could also listen to the music in cafe del Mar or shows by the pool. We enjoyed the huge jacuzzi and they left us some cava and chocolates 💕 Great pool areas, well maintained and friendly staff and animation team. My only issue is the sun bed situation, it’s beyond a joke, they try their best but it’s completely reserved by 8am ! The poor guy then goes around wasting paper with a written note, he then takes towels off, but then places them on a table next to the bed.. yep then whoever comes back to their moved items has an argument with the person who “ Took their bed” As we booked exclusive upgrade we could book daily beds on the rooftop - there is no shade but stunning views, it’s a shame as we just felt out of it, there is even a nice section of double beds downstairs by the exclusive lounge but again this was taken daily. I normally start work at 8am so I needed a rest and just couldn’t deal with the embarrassing sun bed wars.. Half board exclusive came with a drinks lounge, this was nice with beer on tap and premium drinks from 10-6 the snacks were pretty poor and heavily picked over. They have such a nice selection at breakfast and dinner of meat/ cheese etc I’m not sure why it’s not utilised in the lounge? Meals were fine, they are catering to a large crowd, we felt there was a large selection at both and it was well managed and very clean, the food could have been a hotter temperature is my only complaint .The Santa grill was a nice change in with our package. The pool bar food was nice as was cafe Del Mar at extra cost. The night time lounge was comfy and good drinks prices. We felt the hotel really make efforts to entertain guests throughout the day and in the evening. Highlights are the staff, in all areas of the hotel , especially when we had storm Claudia they tried especially hard to look after everyone and keep the water at bay ! Given the location of the hotel, and facilities,adults only, we would definitely return , just a few small changes would make it perfect 🤩 Thank you for a fantastic holiday 💕☀️

5 stars for food and staff! A star lost for annoying and costly towel deposit system. All-in-all, we had an excellent stay. The staff and food are fabulous. All the staff were friendly, professional and super helpful. In particular, Lorena and Mon in the restaurant. Lorena went out of her way to ensure my partner had gluten-free options and always greeted us with warmth. Mon attended to our table daily and was beyond efficient — nothing was too much for him. Huge compliments to all the chefs for the wonderful quality and variety of food. The steak on the first night was exquisite and the paella fresh and tasty. A special mention to Brahim who always served us with a smile and cooked our food to perfection. The cleaning staff also deserve a mention as they were universally friendly and kept the whole hotel spotless - they all worked so hard to ensure the environment is a pleasure to relax in. In reception, Giorgia was especially helpful and extended our room as Dreamplace members. Thank you also for our arrival gift. Aside from an issue with our first room (which the reception staff were quick to correct), the only other issue was the cash deposit for the towels. The hotel is cashless so we only took card and had no euros. Given no alternative option by reception staff, we were forced to use the hotel cash machine and pay a 25% surcharge in fees just to get out €40 to have towels. This was a costly annoyance and unnecessary. This occurs for other international guests and seems a very odd system for a cashless hotel. Why can’t the deposit be simply put on the room rather than costing the guest to get cash from the hotel cash machine? Reception's explanation was that it made easier for them to use cash. But that’s not easier (or fee-free) for the guest. Aside from that issue, our stay at Tigotan was a delight.
