Such a lovely hotel, we stayed in May 2025 and couldn’t fault it at all! Facilities were top notch, staff were the friendliest I have ever come across, so helpful with any query we had, very good with our 5 year old son. Entertainment each night was good, kids club was also very good! Food was brilliant and had such a variety and changed every afternoon and evening. Very clean and plenty of sun beds each day! Would go back in the morning, really enjoyed it. Only downside I would say is location, it’s a bit away from the main ‘town’, it’s a 5-8 min taxi but long enough walk and very hilly coming back to hotel, taxis were very reasonable so didn’t mind! Also supermarket across the road from hotel for all your needs! 10/10 lovely hotel and can not rate the staff highly enough, every person we came in contact with was so friendly’

Lovely hotel and staff very helpful. The kids loved all the activities and rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily by polite cleaners. When I got home I realised I had left my hairdryer, straightners, curlers and my laptop charger totalling approximately £500, thinking I will never see them again! Only to receive an email the following day to say they had been handed in by the cleaner. So nice to know there are honest people around! Highly recommend! Thankyou Togaro

Just leaving this hotel after our first visit. Could not have had a better stay. The staff were amazing and so friendly. The day time entertainment was so good so much to offer for the whole family to get involved in. Night entertainment was also good. The food was always nice and the snack bar was great with lots to offer. Great choice of drinks. Loads of trips available in the area. 20 minute walk to the beach/market or a 5 mn taxi. We enjoyed it that much we are already looking to book back up for next year

We have picked it up during the best time - low season. So, there were not so many people, very good service, nice food. The people who work in this hotel do their best and are very nice and ready to help. The buffet is complete and you always find good vegetables, different animal protein, snacks - all good and tasty. We have a quite experience in the hotels in Canarias and appreciate this super cool quality-price equilibrium. Children were super happy here. Unexpectedly surprised by this hotel, as we thought that it is old and maybe too much of mass tourism. Very pleasant stay, definitely to came back.

Absolutely lovely stay. We had stayed here 4 years ago but was hard to judge as it was the middle of Covid. It was so nice to see everything open. The staff here are so nice that makes the stay. The location is a little out of the way & up a horrible hill but it’s worth it.
