We had an absolutely incredible time here! The location was great amd super close to the souks but not loud and the hotel so beautiful. Lots of fruit trees and sun loungers to enjoy the winter sun. The best thing about the hotel has to be the restaurant staff. So friendly, so helpful and such a joy to be around. This hotel definitely deserves more awards! The only thing to improve would be to allow heating in the rooms as they can get a bit cold, but nothing that wearing a hoodie can’t fix. Absolutely will be coming back here!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at TUl Blue Medina Gardens! The food was fantastic, the taff were super professional and friendly, and the whole atmosphere was just perfect. A special mention to the entertainment team, especially Black, who truly made our stay unforgettable! Without him, it wouldn' have been the same. We came here for our honeymoon and had the best time ever. We'll definitely be coming back, and honestly, more young people should visit this resort because it's such a great place to relax and have fun!

Best location for everything, staff are all very good and welcoming, didn't have to worry about getting drinks as the bar staff are always on the ball. Tui team are great, entertainment was amazing in the evening and most the time really funny too. The food is beyond words and plenty of choice, no way would you go hungry here.

First impressions of the hotel were really good and the staff are all very polite and lovely. As we arrived after the restaurant had closed they kept it open for us with a small selection available to be able to eat after a long journey, which was nice. The sunbeds are a bone of contention. The hotel states that you cannot reserve beds and anyone that does will have their towels removed. This doesn't happen, so if you want a bed by the pool be prepared to get up early or wait for something to become available. Having said that, as long as you don't mind not being by the pool there are beautiful gardens that have lots of loungers dotted around the place. The food was disappointing there was no cohesion to the dishes being put together and on themed nights, the food was quite bizarre. We had a seafood night but there were only 3 dishes on offer! Fried fish (which was there every day anyway), salmon and a seafood stew, which was only luke warm. The chefs dish of the day was braised beef and mash potatoes, on seafood night....! They say the sheets are changed once per week but ours weren't, so we had to request they be changed after 9 days. I personally wouldn't go back to this hotel, and even people that had been going there for years said this is the worst it's been.

First trip to Morocco, had the most amazing 10 days. The hotel was beautiful and the house keeping was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great. The bar staff especially Hanna, who was always making sure we had drinks and loved a chat! Okey-dokey is a great asset to the team as well :)
