Absolutely fantastic stay! The location is beautiful, the villa (gran majestic) was spacious and clean, and the service was impeccable. We loved the heated pool in the villa, and the daily restocking of coffee and drinks in both the room and kitchen was a great touch. The spa and massage were phenomenal — pure relaxation. The staff and hotel manager were extremely helpful and kind. And the live violin music during Saturday breakfast? Magical. We’ll definitely be coming back!

From the moment we stepped into the Royal Garden Villa, we knew we were in for something truly special. The attention to detail, both in the elegant decor and the warmth of the staff, was beyond exceptional. Every corner of the hotel exuded a sense of luxury and care, but what truly set this place apart was the incredible team who made us feel like family. Fiona, in particular, left a lasting impression. Her kindness and thoughtfulness went far beyond what we expected, and she truly made our stay unforgettable. I mentioned in passing that I’d love to bring home a scent from the hotel for my mother-in-law as a keepsake. To our surprise and delight, when we returned to our room, there was a bottle waiting for us, a thoughtful gesture that touched my heart deeply. The dining experience was equally remarkable, with every meal being a celebration of exquisite flavors and beautiful presentation. The restaurant is a true culinary gem, and each bite was a reminder of the quality and care the hotel pours into every detail. The spa was another highlight — a sanctuary of serenity and relaxation, offering an indulgent escape that left me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. From the stunning ambiance to the impeccable service, Royal Garden Villa offered a truly magical experience. This is a wonderful trip so far the restaurant is a delight being served by biliana and renato was a joy, great (amazing!) steak tartare. Hotel reception is great, WhatsApp service is perfect. Actually the entirely experience is well curated.

We had an amazing stay in Villa Miami at RGV. The palatial surroundings were simply WOW with an East Asian vibe! From the villa balcony you have the lights of the southern resorts and the Adeje mountains - breath-taking. The attention to detail is remarkable from the mood lighting to stone fountains and various frogs throughout the grounds were delightful. The staff were extremely attentive and efficient and made the whole experience a memorable one. We look forward to returning in January.

This is a truly amazing place to spend a few days with your loved ones. The villas are spacious are very well decorated. The hotel grounds are amazingly decorated as well, the gardens are lush and burst with plants of many kinds. Heated pools are a big W as well. Service was very good as well.
