Great location for Times Square!
Rooms are clean and not too loud. The window separating the room and bathroom can be off putting with friends or families but quite jazzy. My room had 2 queen bed and a sofa bed, so plenty of space. View from the window not so great but at least was not to noisy either! Reception staff are helping but there ain’t enough and there seems to be always a queue ! Overall functioning good and easy to find with decent rooms and good price !
Breakfast is good but chaotic and big queues, it’s a great canteen and you be full up for the day.

Great Stay Near Times Square!
Staying at a hotel near Times Square was an incredible experience! The location was perfect—right in the heart of New York City, with easy access to Broadway shows, restaurants, and iconic attractions.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. Despite the busy area, the rooms were quiet and provided a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.
I highly recommend it for anyone looking to be in the center of the action while enjoying great service and convenience!

Very good hotel. The location is perfect. We were there for 5 days in December and would choose the hotel again at any time. The queues at breakfast are minimal. The rooms are perfect and clean. The staff are really friendly and always helpful. We can only recommend this hotel. The only thing is that the return of the deposit takes ages. We are still waiting.

Staying at this place was simple and a lot nicer than other hotels in the area. However, I think the employees could be a little kinder to the guests (specifically the people at the front desk.) The bellman are always nice and handle your baggage with care. The rooms are definitely something else, our beds were so close together that it didn’t even seem like there was 2 twin sized beds and just 1 queen. The location, however, is perfect. It took us only maybe 10 minutes or so to get to time square.

We didn't stay here but friends did - we stayed at the other riu down the road.
This location was a little but off for us - great for hells kitchen but not quite as central and safe feeling as the other riu
Breakfast is also a bit more commercial and "plastic"
The bar was not as good - service was OK and drinks were the same but the vibe and atmosphere wasn't as good. They also weren't as attentive and the mood felt low in comparison.
Rooms were slightly bigger here and the views from rooms were better.
