Great Hotel.....perfect location! The room was clean and had everything you need, coffee machine, nice shower and comfy bed. Breakfast was great at the different times we went, includes hot and cold choices and the staff were always very friendly in the morning. Checking in and out was so simple as we checked in online first and then you just drop your key when leaving. The bar is nice and has a happy hour and there's a nice coffee shop attached to it. The best thing about the hotel is its location.....superb for access to everything you want to see and it just so happens some of the best rated restaurants are on the same street! Don't be put off by previous reviews, it's a great hotel

We stayed here for four nights in February 26 and we are glad we did. Staff are friendly and polite, always on hand to help. Our room on the sixth floor was clean and tidy, modern and fresh. The location couldn't have suited us any better. We were within walking distance if everything we wanted to visit. A taxi from JFK worked out around $100 one way. Breakfast service was well organised and the food was plentiful. It can get busy during peak times but if you avoid the rush you can enjoy breakfast in a comfortable environment. The WiFi was fast and reliable. We'd return if we ever go back to NYC. Thank you!

Situated one block from Times Square and close to the Subway, this hotel gives you a perfect base when you explore Manhattan. When you enter the hotel, the lobby offers a spacious area for sitting and relaxing. It also boasts a bar/restaurant and a cafe. Restrooms are available. Check in staff are friendly and polite. 1 of the 6 elevators can take you to your room, they were fast and reliable. Rooms were clean, and offered a large screen tv, extra large bed, which I found very comfortable but my husband didn’t like it. A small desk and a large, very nice shower room. Constant hot water. Shampoo and shower gels, fluffy big towels and nice clean toilet. Unfortunately for me, we had an interconnecting room, this made me be able to hear every word coming from the room next door. Disappointing. On the day before we left, a coffee machine turned up in the room. Was a little annoyed that they had forgotten to put it back in the room but the coffee from the 7/11 from over the rd was fabulous, so I didn’t complain. Breakfast was good. Selection was varied from full English to continental. Lots of fruit and different hot/cold drinks on offer. Staff worked quickly and were polite. Only 1 bad thing for me, the lids to the food were heavy and would not stay up. There was no room to put your plate down and hold the lid so it became a juggling thing. The breads and cakes were above the hot food and being short, I could not reach them. Not ideal as their lids would not stay open either. Didn’t like the fact you were leaning over hot food either. In all, this hotel offered the perfect base for me.

We stayed here for 6 nights. We had a room on the 27 floor, the view was amazing. The hotel is very beautiful. The breakfast was great with a lot of choice. We did eat breakfast early every day at around 6:45, if you went between 7 en 8 it was more crowded and then there was a possibility that you had to wait to enter te breakfast rooms. The location of the hotel is amazing, just a few minutes to times square, the broadway musicals or the Disney store. We had a amazing stay and the next time we are in New York, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

This is around us six stay here and I can honestly say it’s the best hotel serves great breakfast in the morning ready for your morning commute and sightseeing lovely rooms and a great ambience. Customer service was good so overall and absolutely comfortable. Stay the location for this hotel is absolutely perfect. Just a block from Time Square and a walk to Columbus Circle and if you’re brave enough a straight walk downtown we walked to Hudson yards intrepid from our hotel, which was just a straight walk. I can honestly say that this is the best hotel that I have stayed in in New York.
