We booked this room because we were going to a show and it was a great time! The location was fantastic and was convenient to where we were going.. Everything from booking online, to check in, and check out was great! We were allowed to do an early check in which made everything easier, the room/bathroom was clean, and we had a great view! The breakfast was amazing and there was def alot to choose from! The entire staff was courteous and professional.. Based on my experience, I def recommend this hotel!

We stayed here in May as a couple and we were really impressed with this hotel. It is about a 2 minute walk to the "steps" in times square but a bit out of the busy-ness of it all. We were facing times square but heard no noise, it was amazing.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had a cancelled flight and they helped us to call back to the UK.
We were worried about the breakfast reviews but we thought these reviews were ridiculous as we only had to wait once and this was for about 2 minutes as we came down for breakfast at 8am, which we were warned was a busy time anyway! Definitely better to get breakfast in early though as slightly quieter.
We loved our room, the only downside is the lack of privacy due to glass sliding doors to the bathroom, I'd imagine if you were with a family member it might be uncomfortable.
If it's your first visit to new York like it was for us, then we would thoroughly recommend this hotel. You are so central that when you come home you can pop out for food or literally any type of entertainment as everything is so close by.
We would definitely come back here in the future and for the price ( we booked a year in advance) it was well worth it and cheaper than most other hotels! 5 stars all round

This hotel was booked as part of a package holiday with BA. My wife recommended this and the sister hotel 2 streets away. This was a bit cheaper as BA had the best deal I could find online.
The good: The hotel was clean. Airy. The lobby was cheerful and spacious. The location was perfect. A stone throw from Times Square and commuting links. Housekeeping amazing (Thank you). Staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi is fast and reliable. Good coverage
The not-so-good: The room was small. Possibly the smallest I'd ever been in by comparison. I would not recommend the breakfast. Did not mind having to queue to get in. Coffee was bitter. Eggs unflattering. The spread did not look impressive.
No restaurant (I appreciate so many restaurants in the area so might not have been cost-effective to have one).
Conclusion 4/5. Food and room size were a letdown.
Would I recommend it? Yes but with 2 caveats go bigger room-wise and book room only.

We three of us spent a few nights here and were very satisfied with the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with something for everyone! The rooms were clean, typically small for America. And the location was perfect!

First time to stay in this hotel. We stay in family 2Double bed with sofa bed . We really loved it nice and quiet.Amenities : Small fridge , Iron,Extra pillow and blanket, Hair dryer .
Staffs are very nice and helpful.
Breakfast included. It’s a nice breakfast. Not a lot of hotel in time square offer a breakfast. Room very nice and clean. Comfortable bed . Bathroom big and water pressure very good but only one thing just be aware the water will leaking out from the shower door.Make sure you put some extra towels around to stop the water go everywhere on the floor. I don't know every room happening like this or only my room.
Overall recommend. The best hotel so far. 😊
