Perfect hotel! The rooms are brand new, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The selection of food and drinks available all day long was exceptional, with plenty of variety for everyone. Choosing the Adults Only category was definitely the best decision. The pool area was perfect and never felt crowded, making it easy to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The beach is beautiful, and although it can be a bit windy at times, when the weather is calm the water is crystal clear and absolutely stunning. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality vacation.

We stayed in Riu Palace twice during our trip. Our experince was varied. The first time it was perfection, the second time they seemed to be working with reduced staff and most of the senior staff wasnt around. It took them 2 hours to not get our luggage. We requested a room change and that added to the wait but the team was sweet enough to upgrade us. Their app works well most of the times. The WIFI service can vary based on your room location. The food is amazing, entertainment is fine. Cocktails are fantastic. The beach wasnt windy and suitable for swimming which we loved. The Kayak and SUP rental center is near Rio Turq. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay for upto ten days. The Le Morne Barbant hike is nearby. You can drive to two different start points.

We opted for an all inclusive and it is really worth it. The separate restaurants offer great food, and the cocktails are delicious! Good choice of buffet food available and coffee shop has the best coffee and cakes. Staff are really friendly, helpful and courteous. Rooms are comfortable and soundproof. Never once heard our neibours. Pool is a good size and plenty of sunbeds available on the beach as well. We had a great time,I even got a bottle of bubbly on my birthday. Thank you Riu Palace!

My partner and I booked our honeymoon at the Riu Palace through Riu Class, and we fell absolutely in love with this place! The entire experience was pure magic 🙌, and we are already planning to book our next stay here ! The reception staff welcomed us with so much warmth and were incredibly,even let us check out late for free! When we arrived, our room decoration was stunning for our honeymoon, and the complimentary wine was a beautiful touch 🥰 We spent unforgettable days relaxing by the tremendous pool, burning off energy with the fun aqua-sports 🏊‍♂️, and dancing at the amazing White Night concert. And the food? The buffet was just wow every single day! 😍 A piece of our hearts stayed at La Rivière Restaurant, thanks to the wonderful Lola. 🫶🏻 Thank you, Riu Palace, for the honeymoon of our dreams. We can’t wait to come back! ✨

The hotel is very clean throughout, the rooms are big, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Lovely big bathroom, good shower etc. The air con worked well, and the buffet was a strong point with plenty of options, including good quality steak and different pastas. The location is also excellent, right by Le Morne beach which is absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing and very attentive throughout our stay. They let us stay and have lunch after we had checked out still included with our all inclusive which I think is great. That said, there were a few downsides. The hotel is very large, which meant it could take 5 to 10 minutes just to walk from the restaurant to our room. While there are four restaurants, we were unable to get reservations for the any of them, despite staff trying to help, which was quite disappointing and made it feel like we did not get the full experience. It is also quite hard to describe, but the hotel felt a bit soulless. The bar area has a good atmosphere, but the overall architecture and layout, combined with the size, made it feel a bit clinical at times. The beach chairs were plastic and not particularly clean, which did not feel in line with the level of the hotel. It would also have been nice to see more gluten free options, such as pancakes. Overall, a good stay in terms of comfort, food, and location, but a few things stopped it from feeling truly premium.
