Had a nice stay here. Rooms were a bit outdated but clean. Food was very good. Breakfast, lunch and diner had something different every day. The snacks during the day could be better though. The entertainment during the day was a bit too much. Just do 1 activity a day and leave everyone alone for the rest of the day. Also please change the music playlist. We heard the same songs multiple times a day every day during our entire stay. It got really annoying. Anyway, all in all, we enjoyed our stay here, the food was good, rooms were clean, beds were ok. Good Price/Quality.

Please be aware My Wife & I both very ill after 2 days, Vomiting Diarrhea Terrible, no in house Doctor or help when we reported it, there seems no procedure to isolate or test guests, so illness is allowed to spread .Hotel told us they know theres possible Norovirus. 35 rooms with illness, they do not alert guests so possible virus or illness spreads, had 2 days holiday out of 7 days. could not face eating , food not hot , resturant chairs very grubby dirty , Bread in resturant left open with many diferent people cutting slices, holding the crust with bare hands. furniture in room all sticky, paint grubby, floors not cleaned properly, smoking in public areas around pool , ash trays on tables, smoking smell on our cloths ,smany sunloungers taty, advertised 4 star , i do not think its worth even 2 star. in my opinion missold , the hotel will say they do all they can, but in essence what does that mean, if they do not tell people about possible illnes or evan a possible virus Like norovirus. Cats everywhere the hotel encourages them, actually feeds them , they are in Hotel and inside and outside rooms more like a cat sanctuary . there poo can be seen nest to pathways everywhere etc.

Arrived home yesterday from our holiday, safe to say we will be returning! The hotel is fresh, clean and the staff are all helpful and friendly! We only booked for a week and regretted it straight away, we wish we'd of booked for longer! Considering this is a 4 star hotel, it exceeded the 5 star we stayed at in Kos through Tui. The food is fabulous, plenty of choice, even for picky eaters and there was always plenty of food, we never went hungry! Location is perfect! The pools are lovely and really clean! It was lovely to see the pride all the staff took in their job and the surroundings! Would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Just got home from spending 8 days here and we had a fantastic holiday overall. We stopped in the family rooms that are adjacent to the main complex, these rooms and pool area are very dated, however we didn't spent much time there as the main pool is heated and pleasantly warm :) if you're in these rooms take an extension plug socket as we only had 1 plug socket in our whole apartment! also no aircon, although its not really needed as the nights in April are quite cool. Our little boy absolutely loved kids club and the 2 young ladies there were lovely not sure what their names were. food was always warm and good, typical all inclusive, although not that much of a choice and gets extremely busy! My only negative about this hotel is the French animation team only caters for the French, if you're English you may as well be invisible! you're totally excluded from all activities! :( again overall we had a fantastic time, we absolutely love Puerto del carman. ps if your there, please feed Garfield the very old ginger cat, bless him.

The hotel is well located to all restaurants and bars. The food is very good and the hotel is spotless.The entertainment team makes the hotel they all work very hard to make your holiday. The entertainment in the hotel is ok, but the show the entertainment team performs on a Thursday night is outstanding. Franklin is so professional in what he does in the show. Jenni and Raquel are in the kids' club, and they are fantastic with the kids. You can tell that all three of them want to make you have the best holiday. I would definitely return to this hotel as we were made to feel so welcome by the whole entertainment team.
