Our room was very dated, but grounds were lovely. Great location. Disappointed to see cockroaches in the restaurant on two occasions, maybe that related to my son and husband being ill.Not enough staff in restaurant clearing tables and resetting, sometimes difficult to find a vacant table. Good hotel but needs serious updating if staying in family rooms

From start to finish we were made to feel like VIPs. All staff were polite, welcoming, helpful and friendly. They all work so hard but always took the time to give us a smile and nice greeting. Our room was just right for us, had a nice view and was kept very clean each day. The animation team were not pushy when trying to get us to join in with events. They were friendly and welcoming, and even remembered our names! This encouraged us to take part in one or two events or at least watch. The food was delicious with so much choice. The beach and shops were within reasonable walking distance. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and we hope to be back soon.

We really loved our stay in Olivina and especially with the lovely Animation Team that were always with great energy and had a great dance show. Plus the White Party night which was one of the highlights for us. Apart from that the location is great and they have many different pool areas, so you can be at the one closest to you or you have some which are more or less noisy. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcomed. It was indeed a lovely vacation!

Really enjoyed our stay: the all-inclusive buffet was very high quality, lovingly presented and constantly varied. The facilities were similarly great. The rooms are a little tired, but great size and wonderful shower. The biggest surprise was the complete lack of accessible power sockets in the 3 rooms we had, meaning we had to reach behind the television (who needs a TV on a beach holiday), unplug it and install an extension cable. It might have been ok for 1980, but not for a modern family with a need to charge multiple devices. Great access to the beach and in a quiet location

The hotel could do with a little bit of a refurb as some parts were outdated. Restaurant was crowded and not enough staff to clear tables for next people to sit down. Had to look for cutlery and coffee cups on a daily basis. Staff in the bar were good especially Chedey who was very friendly and Levi but at times there were queues to wait for a drink. A five minute walk to the centre was good.
