We have just returned from a fantastic week at Relaxia and would definitely go back. Our holiday was made mostly by the amazing animation team, who made us have so much fun and were so welcoming. Fran, Fillipo, Madeline, Emmy and Ari were all a huge credit to the hotel! Estuardo was without a doubt the friendliest waiter and bar man, and always made us smile. The pool was immaculate and there was always something nice to eat. Plenty of daily activities but no pressure to join in. Plenty of loungers so no sunbed wars, but the ones at the main pool can be hard on the back! If I had to put a negative it would be the lack of any toilets at the main pool area, which means you have to walk all the way back to reception wet if you need to change, this proved difficult for some disabled guests also. Our apartment was also as far from reception as you could get 317 and at the main road so we had a daily wake up call at 5.30 from the bin men and a lot of other noise. The rooms are old but very clean and beds comfy. The tvs have Netflix etc but do not work with the hotel free wifi so need a hotspot. The safe is payable, and to keep the room on till 6pm is €43 which we did. White night is a Friday and great fun. Bring you're white party outfits, get you're fave painted and dance to the DJ! We would not hesitate to come back, my girls adored the animation team, but would request a quieter room. Location is also good. Make sure to pop in to the white lion for cheap but delicious cocktails, and visit Pablo in the upstairs crazy golf ⛳ The hotel is mostly French guests, but we also met people from all over and being Scottish we enjoyed speaking to everyone. Language isn't a barrier if your friendly and make an effort, although not everyone remembers to queue and will try and skip lines haha!

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The area's good weather helped a lot. Overall, the hotel staff is great, but I must single out Frank for his work in entertainment; he was very friendly and polite. I really enjoyed his stretching. In short, everything was wonderful.

Absolutely fantastic Fran is the best! He will help with awesome stretches especially if you have back pain, absolute diamond ❤️ All staff were brilliant 🌟 Entertainment crew are absolutely amazing! Made such a brilliant holiday for myself and 12yr old nephew 🙌 took him as his gran had sadly passed away the week before, everyone was awesome and so so helpful. Entertainment staff were so good and work so hard ❤️ Water games, volleyball, African fire dancers and all the fun. Pools are clean, good food, comfy beds, great air con in the rooms. We made made some lovely friends too 😊 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 💖💚💖

I enjoy time in this hotel. There are plenty options for food to choose from and overall food is very tasty. The hard-working animation team will make the days and evenings full of fun and brings smile on my face. Especially Fran, he is friendly soul to everyone, from little ones to adults.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice this year, and both times were truly fantastic thanks to Filippo. He did an incredible job getting everyone involved in activities and making us all feel welcome. Nothing was ever too much. His energy, positivity, and language skills are outstanding! Filippo really made both of my visits memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.
