I always stay in this hotel when I go to Palma for work (which is very often) and my experience is mostly very positive. The only improvement points would be that there is no complementary toiletries (i.e. body cream, shower cap, etc) The gym needs a bit of maintenance, the machines are a bit old. However the rooms are always super clean, comfortable bed and the breakfast is just amazing. Also the new swimming pool area is comfortable to accommodate a lot of guests. I will return for sure!

Such a lovely hotel with a great pool area overlooking the harbour. Rooms are large, great beds and bedding, though wardrobes not long enough for dresses. Breakfast was plenty full and tasty with a huge range to choose from. Sitting outside in March is perfect for breakfast. Easy walk into the centre though the main road in front of the hotel was under construction so a bit noisy and dusty and difficult to walk on in heels. This is due to carry on for the rest of the year I was told.

We had a great stay here. They even let us into the room early, at 11:30. The bed was huge and very comfy, good pillows. We had a very large balcony with amazing view of the marina. Good value for money. 20min walk to the cathedral, Lots of restaurants and bar very close to the hotel. Would recommend to stay here.

Great value for money, although it was a business trip in Jan. spectacular view of the marina, well located with restaurants around the area. Hygienic, super helpful staff, and nice spacious room for a single occupancy for business. Did it for me.

My family and I were very happy with the hotel facilities and services. But we were shocked when we went for a wander around the area, to find it full of Chinese "massage" parlours. You can tell by the women sitting outside that they're offering something more than a relaxing massage! Very surprised that this beautiful city allows it right in it's touristic centre. Come on Palma, you can do better!
