Very disappointing! This hotel doesn't deserve even 3 stars! Dislikes: - old and very noisy AC (couldn't sleep because of it; sometimes it makes noises even when turned off) - double room is actually a twin room with 2 beds put together - old, stained and uncomfortable pillows and sheets - old, not well maintained furniture - no slippers (for a 4 start hotel) - old, not well maintained bathroom: rusty toilet brush, rusty shower head, stained and old toilet seat, stained shower, low quality shower gel, no soap: just a reserve bottle with shower gel - very bad drinks: juices and spirits, even the tap water was bad - if you want to relax, this is not a good hotel to stay in: big hotel with activities and loud music until 11 PM Likes: - very polite, kind and hard working staff (always smiling and eager to help) - decent tap beer (San Miguel) - very close to the beach - beautiful view from the terrace

We booked this hotel via Love Holidays as a group family holiday. The hotel on arrival was great, the rooms are nice nothing amazing but a good size. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, be prepared for a sore back and neck. The location of the hotel is brilliant with a lovely view of the sea. The pool was great for kids as it gradually gets deeper and not too deep at the deepest point however, parents be aware you are not allowed rubber rings or inflatables in the pool. We spent nearly €30 euros in the shop over the road to be constantly told by the lifeguard to get them out of the pool, which didn't go down well with our children. I've never experienced this in any family pool on holiday before. I can't say the staff go above and beyond and I struggle to agree with previous comments because the snack bar lady was very rude and threw a used salt wrapper back on my father in laws plate. One of the bar men told me off for ordering my drinks too slow with him and shouted "lady I have a queue of people to serve" he was extremely rude, while other bar member huffed at my children if they asked for a hot chocolate or ice creams which made them not want to go up anymore. I didn't find that the entertainment team encouraged the children much and found that the activities were mainly for adults. The night time kids disco there was no encouragement for the kids to go up, sometimes children just need someone to ask them to go up to help with their confidence but they weren't interested. The food was awful, we endured 5 nights eating at the hotel but then spent the last 5 nights eating out because our group couldn't bare it anymore. There isn't a great selection for children either. I know it's hard to cater for everyone but usually in hotels there is a kids section which makes it easier for parents. Also, apart from ourselves there were only one other couple that were British, it was mainly French and German. We will not return back to this hotel purely on the food and the bad service levels from the staff.

Friendly staff, rooms are cleaned daily, and there is excellent fresh food, as well as a wide choice of themed dinners. Children's animations are held every evening, followed by adult animations. We were very satisfied. The location of the hotel is amazing and the view from the window is great 🙂

The stuff is friendly. The location is perfect. Our rooms were oriented to the beach. The hotel needs some kind of renovation. Several times shrimps and fish were served completely raw without cooking at all. The forks and the plates were not clean. It looked that the kitchen could not afford big numbers of guests. So we had to be careful with food.

I would never return to this place, never one to complain however this was the worst experience holiday I’ve ever had. The staff are incredibly rude in the dinner area. We had to change rooms as the rooms looked nothing like the photos on line at all! You would have thought it was a different hotel when you stepped into the room. In the first room there was stains all over the toilet seat and the wardrobe door was completely broken, The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the entertainment group are at a high standard toward this hotel, Also barely any English there entertainment was never in English Also all food was frozen food was horrible
