We stayed at the hotel for a week with their ‘Premium’ package. The rooms were modern and very clean, there was a variety of entertainment throughout the week which was enjoyable, there’s lots of different pool available throughout the complex, all the staff were friendly & enthusiastic, the food is what you expect from an all-inclusive hotel and there were lots of drinks, including cocktails available. Some downsides are the location of the hotel as there isn’t much around the area to go see during the day, so you are confined to the hotel, the cleaners came into the room early in the morning (8am) which was unexpected and the ‘double bed’ is actually two single beds pushed together meaning that you constantly fall between the two during the night. Overall, we enjoyed the stay but wish there was a bit more around the area to visit.

Myself and my family spent a week here at the end of May and loved every minute. The staff were amazing, they put on great entertainment that the adults and kids enjoyed, their service behind the bar was great and they were all super friendly. The rooms were modern and extremely clean, with fresh towels everyday and had a pretty balcony view.
We chose the premium option which gave us access to 2 more pools and a separate bar which looked over the sea beautifully. I would recommend getting this as it felt worth it to all of us! These pools were quieter, had sun lounging canopy’s and staff would often come round with food on trays for you to try.
The beach was not even a 10 minute walk down the coastal path and was beautiful. The water was amazing and I would definitely recommend visiting Martinelli Beach Club right next to it. The cocktails and food are incredible.
Overall we had the best week and we would 100% come here again!

We are just back from a weeks vacation here and had the BEST time. We booked through Love Holidays and I must have read about 100 reviews before choosing to book. I am not disappointed in any way. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, entertainers (who worked night and day) were excellent. I'm a fussy eater but I don't think I've ever seen such an array of great food. Apart from breakfast/lunch/dinner, there is also food available at the bars throughout the day. Fresh crepes are also made between 4pm and 5.30pm every day. We had booked premium so had access to the extra pool and bar areas on the lower level which was lovely and quiet but all the fun was up at the main pool area. The cleaning was beyond excellent, we had fresh towels in our room every single day. Sheets were changed regularly and beds made up every day. The area the hotel is in is based in one of the oldest resorts in Majorca so it is dated however that didn't bother us one bit. There are some shops and bars across the road from the hotel. We honestly will so look forward to going back here and we will also be checking out some more of the Palia hotels!!! Thank you for a great week!

Just returned, 25/5/24, first the positives, staff, pool area, Olympics size swimming pool (class),. Food is OK, typical all inclusive grub, bit repetitive but always found something to eat, drinks.. Cleaning staff are amazing by the way.. Negatives, no toilets where they do the main entertainment on a night time, nearest must be 180/200metres away, so only went once, if you like a busyvresortvthiscis not for you, but the pubs shops restaurants are literally across the road. Make sure you get a private transfer from the airport, can't recommend to much it took us 54 minutes, the Jet2 transfer took over 2.5 hrs,. I would definitely return, enjoyed my stay.

This hotel was rated as a 4 star. Lovely modern room and very clean throughout the complex. Took 2 premium rooms that had a sea view.It also gave us access to the VIP area. This has a separate pool bar, two pools, and enough sunbeds for all. There were also Bali beds that we used for some of the days.
Staff behind the bars, very friendly and would come round with treats during the day. After breakfast, both parts of the hotel would have cakes and pastries from around 10.30 to 12, followed by pool food freshly cooked at pool locations, including burgers, hot dogs, salad , fries or wedges, and pasta dishes, cakes and other things.
About 4.30 freshly cooked crepes.
One buffet restaurant that over the week was very good. Breakfast wide variety of rolls cooked meats, cheese. Hot food was boiled scrambled and fried eggs some days omelette as well, different types of european sausages each day (1 day UK pork) mushrooms, beans cereal fruit.Churros and pancakes ( might have missed some things). We never did lunch, only did the pool. Dinner was 19.30.
Soup, variety of chicken/beef/pork dishes. Various potatoes boiled chips, etc. Pre made salads,a separate salad bar, pasta/pizza station. Cakes and ice cream. Unlimited soft drinks wine, spirits beer, and cocktails.
A bottle of water was supplied in the room and guests were encouraged not to ditch the bottle and refil from the various water fountains around the complex, which I observed most other guests doing so with a number had their own recepitcals.
Entertainment. Hugo and the team were all excellent! They did a couple of shows themselves, external acts a few nights. Throughout the time they facilitated various competitions for all eg archery rifle shooting, volleyball pop quiz list goes on. There was a kids club and at the main pool there was also a small kids water park.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay location lovely staff excellent!
