Me and my partner stayed in this hotel for a weeks holiday and we absolutely loved it.
The room was a good size and always clean, the staff were all really friendly. We loved the outdoor entertainment which had a different theme each night. The food was ok, normal all inclusive food and the snack bars were fine too. The location is great, a 5 minute walk from everything you need with some shops directly opposite the hotel.
We were always guaranteed a sunbed, there was no rushing around early in the morning to reserve one. We went to the adults only pool most days which was really nice, over looking the sea.
We had such a great holiday and would definitely recommend!

It was my first time travelling solo and I didn't plan anything for my trip. The staff made me feel very welcome and was very helpful planning my excursions and answering all my questions. My booking was for a standard room which was very loud (I could literally hear the people next door snoring) and facing a pub which was opened until 5am, so the receptionist went above and beyond to find me a premium room. The upgrade was worth the cost, I loved the features included in the premium package. The pool overseeing the sea it's breathtaking and the room was much more comfortable (although I would have preferred a double mattress rather than two single ones put together, I ended up in the gap every night!). Restaurant was busy, but the wait was never too long. The buffet offers a variety of food to suits everyone, I had all inclusive and I enjoyed every meal. The hotel is also a 10mins walk from the a beach which was stunning, but small so you will need to go there at the right time to find a good spot. Would definitely recommend and suggest premium!

Giant kids pool but there is also two adults only pools with a great view of the ocean 🌊
Yes there is only two lifts so during meal times it can be a bit of a wait but you’re on holiday what’s the rush?
Probably one of the best all inclusive hotels I’ve been to. Self serve soft drinks. You only need to queue at the bar for alcohol so the queue isn’t very long
Food, during meal times there’s plenty of options something to suit everyone. If you happen to miss meals there’s two snack bars that serve food through out the day. You definitely won’t go hungry.
I booked this hotel on a very last minute holiday and I couldn’t have been happier.

Just got home from one of the best holidays we have had! To start with the hotel was lovely it was a beautiful spacious hotel which was really big and had stunning views! The rooms were also really nice they were large and spacious and very clean, housekeeping came in everyday and did a brilliant and thorough job! The food was also incredible, we were all inclusive and there was such a wide range of selection everyday which tasted amazing!
The pool was also very large and there was also plenty of sun beds so you never had to worry about not being to get a sunbed.
The location was also lovely it was a really close and beautiful walk to the beach and also right opposite some bars and shops.
The best part of all was the entertainment they had there all day and night! They were incredible!! We were so impressed with how they were so enthusiastic and entertaining the whole time and they made our experience so enjoyable. It was very entertaining for both kids and adults as they hosted games and parties so a massive shout out to them they were amazing!

No real issue with the hotel,just it's location. Cales de Majorca isn't a great resort,no front with bars/restaurants. Limited variety of the same in the town. If you've had AI before,you what to expect food wise in the hotel. Service was very good.
