It was a very bad holiday. About the hotel. Reception indifferent incompetent. The rooms are small and not clean, you hear the voice of the person in the next room, the bed is very uncomfortable and itches constantly. The food is very poor quality oily raw cold and the same things everyday. The pool is very cold and the water comes from the fountain all the time, it's annoying. The young people by the pool were disturbing, and they acted inappropriately for the family. The entrance of the hotel is like coffee, smoking is like coffee. It's like the staff is being forced to work. The money you gave was not worth it. It was a very bad holiday

i would like to thank the hotel reception staff firstly, LOVE HOLIDAYS really messed up the first day of our holiday and left us stranded with no hotel before finding us this place late in the evening. Reception staff could not do anymore for us if they tried, we arrived as a party of 5 with 2 young children and their main focus was getting us all fed and something to drink before even booking us in! so a huge thank you! The staff are absolutely brilliant and all so polite and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and well presented. The family rooms are a bit small. The only thing i would criticise is the rooms could do with an update. The food options for adults is brilliant with a great variety but sadly for children they aren’t the best. The salt water pool was also a bit of a let down as well, my youngest son didn’t want to spend much time in there learning to swim as it stung his eyes and almost made him sick when he accidentally got some in his mouth. I found that the majority of guests were German and not very polite towards me and my family, very rude and we constantly had a feeling that we were being stared at and judged as an english family in a mainly german occupied hotel. Very rude and arrogant. Apart from the rude guests a very nice clean hotel in a great location!

Second visit in our hotel. I really appreciate the big garden with the pool. The food is very tasty, a large selection of food, perfect service (special dinner 2 times of the week) The reception is open 24 hours a day. They are very helpful (especially Simona and Susana) The beach is close, lots of activities for children nearby. We were so happy we met in miniclub your entertainer Patricia again. We are very grateful to her. Our daughter spent every day in miniclub and this year they have more activities for children (thematic days, pool games,..). Her attitude how to work with children is admirable.We were sure our daughter will have fun during the day and we can take a rest. We participated few adults activities for adults and we enjoyed sport and fitness activities with Beno and Misha. Other entertainers should “enjoy” their work more. Minidisco and evening show wasn’t bad but we would like to recommend you to add more songs for minidisco because your entertainer sometimes talked a lot instead of dancing and we prefer when children can dance - it is minidisco. But songs was funny. Hope to come back soon.

This hotel is family friendly, it has good level of services, staff is friendly and competent. As for food offer, I couldn't be happier. The hotel has one letdown, and that's it's age, it would use reconstruction, but that's nothing and not going to ruin your vacation. I recommend this hotel for its atmosphere, services and location.

We were at the Mariant Park Hotel in July. They are very helpful at the reception, they gave us the room we asked for. Food excellent. I appreciate the big garden. The staff was excellent. Animation team have program every day. I want to praise the animator from Exim tours and also Charo and Eddie who were perfect. We love evening show and sport activities for adults (zumba, pilates).
