Family room was OK. Not very spacious but not too small as well. Very convenient location - very close to Waterpark, superstore, gift shops and public beach. Tourist shops nearby are very good as well. Amadores Beach by bus no 9 is one of the best! Evening entertainment is not to the quality of the TUI Blue ones.

Despite mixed reviews we've actually quite enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I will say I agree the food is poor and there is a complete lack of thought given to children's food - no chicken nuggets which is a shame as it's all our 2 year old normally lives off. The rooms are spacious and the shower is great, they could do with modernising and some TLC but no real complaints here. Cleaners work to high standard and we've had no issues with items going missing. The location is good in that they have the water park and central entertainment area in the square facing the hotel, although if you want to go anywhere it's a bus/taxi, which is fine but Google maps gets really confused about travel times to nearby Mogan for some reason. The bars facing the beach nearby are good and the food is decent if you want to mix things up, you could get away with staying on resort your whole stay if you wished.

- hotel is not 4* but more like its other hotel across a 3* , food is miserable and seen on occasions cockroaches at the snack bar beside pool. Had fire alarms going off nearly midnight while in bed on two occasions. Only extra this hotel adds to its name is the aqua park across. - aqua park is not included on your last day of check out so if you’re staying till evening be aware you’ll most likely need to leave your bags and only use a small pool packed with no where to lay. If you’re booked with hotel need to pay extra €20 a person to avail of all inclusive till you leave which was no mentioned anywhere when booking.

Worst Hotel on the Canaries – Noise, Indifferent Recepcion Staff We're on night 5 out of 14 – worst hotel we've ever stayed in on all the Canary Islands. Unbearable noise: zero soundproofing, everything heard through the doors. Balcony doors won't close properly. Room right above the delivery entrance – from 6 AM constant noise from trucks, carts, and supplies. We asked for a room change – 5 nights, zero response. Staff completely indifferent, no help at all. After 12 days, I change the rating for entertainment to 4 ☆. Reception and management are zero ☆ because they still haven't bothered to change our room.

Had a lovely week here. Rooms are spacious and very clean. No tea/ coffee facility in the rooms though. The pool was a decent size but it was limited for beds around it. People put towels on beds earlier than 6am and the staff didnt police it so that made issues especially for family's whose kids are constantly in the water. Pool also could be cleaner as there was lots of dirt and debris on the bottom. We was all inc and that was decent really with plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Paper soft drink cups used which could be a bit bigger really but no issues as you can help yourself to soft drinks and water. Snacks are limited so more options could be improved. Other than that staff are friendly and helpful
