Had a lovely family holiday at this hotel. The service in this hotel is phenomenal! (Bar staff, waiting staff and entertainment) Reception could do with some work. My room was great, air con stated on even with the balcony door open. But other family members rooms not so much. The hotel was kept immaculate - even saw lifts being cleaned. Although the lifts in the hotel were slow, stopped on random floors and only 2 in the whole hotel! Bar and waiting staff are amazing, very attentive and friendly. Entertainment staff at this hotel are great, very friendly and try to get EVERYONE involved, not just the children - we love Maria! Facilities surrounding the hotel could do with an upgrade as there's really only gift shops around, one little supermarket and a short walk down to the beach with a few bars/restaurants.

We’ve just come back from a 10-day all-inclusive holiday at Valle Taurito and had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location — just a short walk to the beach, with shops and family-friendly attractions nearby. Guests also get free access to the nearby water park, which is a nice bonus. However, the all-inclusive package doesn’t apply there, which wasn’t clearly communicated. It didn’t bother us much, but it’s something to be aware of. The rooms are spacious and come with large balconies. While the hotel isn’t brand new, it’s tastefully decorated and very clean. One detail that stood out (in a negative way) was the worn carpet in the hallway — it detracts from the otherwise pleasant decor. A small suggestion to management: it might be time for a refresh. The food was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety. It’s not fine dining, but for a hotel buffet, it exceeded our expectations. The selection seemed geared mostly toward British guests — understandable given they make up the majority — but we would have appreciated more local flavors, especially at breakfast. That said, there were still plenty of options available. There was no kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room, which was a slight downside, but not a major issue. The snack bar, on the other hand, could use some improvement — it was definitely the weakest point in terms of food. What really stood out was how clean the hotel was and how genuinely kind and friendly the staff were. The evening entertainment wasn’t particularly strong, but the animation team gave it their all and tried hard to engage the guests — again, with a focus mostly on the British audience. All in all, it was a lovely, relaxing holiday in a clean and well-run hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for a great stay!

Located a bit in a rural area, too many hotels around, the rooms themselves are not worth 4 stars unfortunately, food ok, but mainly similar everyday, opposite hotel food served better, accurate and more colourful, nice to watch the layout. Not much entertainment around.. just a shared waterpark, mini golf and disco place, shared with other hotels as well. Too crowdy.

Had to leave an after seeing so many negative ones before and wondering what the hell I had booked. I’ve just returned for a 5 day stay here and it was great. It’s a 3.5 star so I’m not sure what people expect. If you want a sun lounger by the pool you’ll need to get up early. There’s plenty though and available all day if you aren’t fussed about where you’re sat. Didn’t see much of the entertainment team during the day, not sure on the quality of the kids clubs my boy didn’t try them. Food was ok, some more variety would have been nice but again - to be expected. What they did have was nice. Rooms - no complaints here. AC was good, water pressure good, bed and pillow comfy, very spacious and big balcony too. Evening entertainment was ok, could go on for a bit longer. 815-9 kids disco and 9-10 main show. Bring money as lots of arcades/trampolines for the kids. Hotel gym is very basic, dumb bells up to 25kg although some missing and some basic machines. Not great. No gym in the area either. Good location for the beach too, that said it is remote and if you like to explore you’ll need a bus or taxi. Not ideal for runners as nowhere to run. Not sure I’d come back but it’s certainly not a bad holiday for the money. One frustration was paper cups for beers, would be better to give proper plastic cups for a deposit you keep for your duration. Better for the environment too. Finally, we flew with EJ holidays and kept our all inclusive band on the last day.

Vert nice hotel, very clean, rooms are spacious. We had a great view of the sea from our balcony too! The staff were very polite and welcoming. I also received an unexpected special complimentary bottle of bubbly as it was my Birthday and a lovely note!
