Very nice hotel. I had wonderful time with my family. There’s some things that can be fixed. Food is nice but not that varied. Big thanks to waiters from pool bar. They do very good job. Entertainment team 10/10 they love their job. Especially Julia - nice girl. We had a lot of fun during Bingo and other activities.

We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel! The variety of food was fantastic, there was always something delicious for everyone, and the quality was consistently great. The entertainment for kids was excellent too, with plenty of activities that kept them happy and engaged throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. A special mention to Julio, who was especially kind and helpful, he really made us feel at home. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping everything spotless and tidy. Overall, it was a great experience for the whole family. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun all-inclusive vacation!

For the price we paid this is a really decent hotel, there’s a few minor issues but mostly a decent hotel especially if you’re on a budget. Service and entertainment: the staff are all very friendly, especially the entertainment team and reception staff. Shout out to Martina- she was great. Evening entertainment was good fun and the entertainment team really try their hardest to make it an enjoyable evening cor everyone. Restaurant and bar: the food was ‘okay’, wasn’t very varied and was mostly the same every night. The bar wasn’t great, cocktails were pretty disgusting and the spirits are very cheap unfortunately. Amstel is the main beer and proper branded soft drinks are served (coca cola etc) Rooms: very clean, beds seem to roll around as they’re on wheels which is very annoying. Pool area: pools clean, sun beds are very uncomfortable as the fabric has worn on most of them so the metal framing penetrates into your back. The pool area gets sun all day. Overall this is a decent hotel for the price we paid. Would recommend especially if you’re with children as there’s lots to do for them.

I wouldn’t class this as a four star resort. More 3. Grounds are well kept. Pool areas are nice. Rooms are ok, basic decor, what you’d typically expect in a Spanish resort tiled floors white walls basic amenities. The food was pretty decent. Good selection.

We stayed hear for six days room was cleaned daily fresh towels bedding if needed Both doors locked from the inside and out we stayed in the bottom floor opposite the stage all noise was gone by 11pm bar a few people taking, entertainment got better towards the end of our stay but our son loved it.. food wasn't all that great we lived off pizza pasta and chips unless we choose to eat out, the pudding side of it was really nice plenty to pick from we didn't drink the alcohol we didn't like the few drinks they had.... Any help we needed was never a problem, location is great and we spent between €7-€30 each way to travel out it was around an hour's walk to the beach which isnt nice on a hot day 😂 we spent 2 nights in holiday world which isn't overly priced and bowling over all nice hotel and we will be back in the future 😀
