Everything about hotel Lava Beach was special. The staff are hardworking, very friendly and always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean, serviced daily with free bottles of water. The contents of the minibar were free, but if restocked, there would be a charge. The entertainment was superb. We were half board, the food was beautiful with loads of choice. Would definitely recommend 👌

Our first time at Lava Beach Hotel. Truly wonderful experience and well deserving of its 5 stars. Amazing service all around; friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, excellent food at breakfast and buffet suppers, hard working and committed staff. Hotel spacious, light and spotlessly clean. Lots of spaces to chill and relax. Room cleaned daily, nothing too much trouble. Included free minibar and two bottles of water a day (other minibar drinks charged if re-stocked), use of quality beach towels (but charged if you lose them). Spacious room and balcony (Junior suite, pool facing), large wall mounted TV with English channels (e.g. BBC, ITV, film 4). Prompt responses to our email queries prior to arrival, mainly relating to travelling with our son who has a medical condition. Cannot fault at all. We had a fabulous time. Hotel Lava Beach gets the balance just right. Immaculate and attentive service but relaxed and unobtrusive atmosphere. Would definitely return for another holiday. We were immensely sorry to leave!

Absolutely wonderful stay here. From the welcome when we arrived, the 2 complementary glasses of champagne and the 5 star treatment from the staff, I can not fault the beautiful, clean, modern hotel. Rooms were generous, breakfast was vaste, pools were clean and not crowded and location perfect

My husband and I (both 30) have just left the hotel after a 7 day stay, booked through TUI. We have high standards and what a wonderful stay. Staff are friendly, attentive and helpful with any requests. Rooms were spacious, comfy and clean! Hotel was super clean throughout. Gate with direct access to promenade with bars, restaurants and shops a 5 minute walk. Amble parking outside and underneath hotel (number plate recognition). Room cleaned everyday, communal areas spotless. Fab breakfast buffett with a great range of food- fresh choices always on offer. Pool was great, good temperature and depth- really enjoyed. Can’t wait to return!

I have stayed in Lava Beach twice so far and both of my experiences were very positive. Place is clean at a high standard. Breakfast is amazing with countless options of food, so even staying 14 days across 2 different trips I did not get bored. Pool is spacious and can accomodate guests without having that feeling of overcrowed. Piano Bar service has improved in our second trip compared to the first one, which shows that they pay attention at customer's suggestions. All these points that I mentioned are important and made the experience unique, but the main one, in my opinion, is that the whole staff has accountability for their tasks. You can clearly see from the receptionists to the cleaners, from the kitchen staff to the maintenance staff and so on everybody is really in charge of their tasks and does not need a manager or someone else to keep them posted all the time about eventual issues in the hotel. We will be definetely back for a third staying, just a matter of time.
