Absolutely amazing and fantastic experience and stay. Wonderful staff who made us feel extremely at home, epitome of service with a smile.I would highly recommend this venue for peace, relaxation calm and incredible family atmosphere for both staff and guests. Loved it would definitely return. Only complaint is that they could do with better evening entertainment and better quality in respect of evening meals. Nonetheless loved every moment.

Just came back from a weeks stay, I had a wonderful time, hotel was lovely and clean, the pools were amazing! And the staff work so hard, maybe too hard, they were so helpful and polite. Only thing is I wish they had evening entertainment other than that loved it! I already can’t wait to go back!

Hotel was nice and clean, however the smell in the mornings can be very bad. I’m not sure where it comes from but can be an unpleasant lingering smell in the atmosphere especially because of the heat it can make it worse. The pool was very nice, very big pool, which was cleaned every morning, and also a wide range of sun beds are available at no extra cost. The room was nice and modern, very big room have lots of space to put your clothes and balcony with washing line and chairs and tables for enjoying some drinks. However, the bedsheets had not been changed once during the 5 days that I had been there, of course it is hot so maybe once during the course of the stay the bedsheets could have been changed but it does not change the fact that the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice, variety of different foods, and hot foods. Dessert was very nice every morning would be something different and traditional to try which is very nice. However, the staff is nice BUT if you have a child or if you are someone who is on a strict diet and cannot eat until later, the staff are very rude and disrespectful. My friend was on a strict diet in which she was only allowed to eat after 10, breakfast initially finishes at 10 so, we had tried to take her a sandwich for takeaway so she could have something to eat for later on. The staff were very rude and disrespectful when they had seen this, and had told us to put the sandwich back on the table, even though the breakfast was included in the price she had payed, If you cannot eat within the time that their breakfast is open then you cannot take something for later even if you do not eat anything in the morning. The lady there was very disrespectful and had seemed to form some sort of grudge or animosity towards us. The next morning we were told to move to another table in the back corner, however when we refused she had gotten very angry and decided to call her manager. She had been talking to her manager for a while, when we decided to go to them to discuss this her manager had stated that there was no problem and that we could sit there. The rest of the staff were very nice however be careful because if you do not comply how they want you to, they will get very disrespectful and unwelcoming. Also to add to the breakfast, water dispenser was coming out yellowish, not sure but I’m sure that the colour of water should not be yellow. Overall, nice hotel and great atmosphere, but if you are on a strict diet or have a small child who cannot eat until later, I would recommend to just not reserve the hotel with breakfast included as they will be very disrespectful and not understanding to the issue.

My wife and I went there the first 2.weeks of September 2022. We did half board. Staff are really nice. Breakfast is great. Evening bistro is okay but if we went again we would only do b and b and eat out every night. Pool is nice and clean and maintained every day. Good clean facilities. Air con in the rooms is ok ish, could be a little better. Rooms and grounds are well kept. Again the staff were excellent. Lunch time meal which has to be paid for is good. The views are great too. We would happily go back there.

Beautiful structure of this hotel, personal is very kind and happiness, rooms big and always clean it, half board is a very good option because menu is variegated and very good quality! (Otherwise you’ve to go to the many restaurants in Alykes but probably you will spend more for eat everyday the same thing) Swimming pool big with beautiful view to the city, but I recommend to rent a car and go all around the lovely beaches at Zakynthos as I do! Enjoy your vacation!
