A Memorable Stay at IHG Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar – Exceptional Service, Heartfelt Details Our recent stay at IHG Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar was shaped by consistent, genuine care—small touches that into something special. Dinner on the rooftop was a highlight, thanks to both the stunning mountain views and Vue team: restaurant manager, Vickam, Leo and other staffs that I didn’t take the name (literally the whole team). They excelled at balancing attentiveness with discretion. (We’ve also tried restaurants in Alila, where Service is super cold Shrimp wasn’t fresh. ) We complemented bartender Leo his cocktail on our first day there, mentioning hope our drinks remained just as good for the next 2 days. Later, I learned he was scheduled days off for the following days. To my surprise, he promised us he will come on his off days —simply a quiet commitment to ensuring our experience stayed consistent. Every interaction, from housekeeping to the spa and also my yoga instructor Sanskriti reflected this same dedication. This team doesn’t just “perform” service—they anticipate needs and act with sincerity. Thank you the entire IHG Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar team. You didn’t just host us; you made us feel genuinely cared for. We’ll carry these memories and gladly return.

The outdoor pool (heated, 1.45m deep) is fantastic, and the surrounding area is beautifully maintained. You can really tell that everything is almost brand new. As a coffee lover, I have to highlight the excellent coffee. The rooftop bar is a true highlight for watching the sunset. I especially want to mention the wonderful experience at the reception. The lady (her name starts with L) was outstanding friendly. Also, the warm and attentive service at the rooftop bar was exceptional.

Staying at Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar was an absolutely exceptional experience. The view over the canyon is simply breathtaking and makes the whole stay unforgettable. The Zaatar restaurant is outstanding – the food is delicious, beautifully presented, and the service is truly first-class. A special mention goes to Hammaad, who provided excellent recommendations and made our dining experience even more memorable. On the rooftop lounge, the atmosphere is magical, and the service by Vikram was flawless – attentive, warm, and professional. The entire staff go above and beyond, making you feel cared for in every detail. This hotel doesn’t just offer a stay – it offers a timeless experience. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

The Indigo Hotel is a gem! Let's start with the forecourt, which isn't very big, forcing you to park your car in the car park a few metres away once you've unloaded your luggage. However, this cramped space benefits the reception area and the pool and terrace area behind it, which I definitely prefer. The rooms are spacious, but the bathroom is on the small side, with only one sink and no bathtub. Now let's talk about the food. There's only one word for it: excellent! The staff are attentive, courteous and very friendly. Now let's go back to the pool and terrace area. Wow, what a view! You have to experience it for yourself, it's simply fantastic. I would say it's a perfect choice for anyone who wants to explore the area. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Three nights at this magnificent venue. Incredible views from the terrace, no real need to do hiking around ☺️ yet every chance to. Zaatar restaurant at its best, no matter traditional local meals or European classics - compliments to the chef and the team (particularly to Hammad and other waiters). Not easy to drive up to the plateau but 100% worth it
