I recently stayed at Indigo Downtown and had a truly wonderful experience. The stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, the amenities are great, and the food was delicious with good variety and quality. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Ayoub, Moustafa, and Alaa at the reception were incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their positive attitude and warm hospitality made our stay even more special. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable for us. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Indigo Downtown and look forward to visiting again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Downtown Dubai and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stylish, spotless, and full of character, with great amenities and excellent food. What truly made the stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Gabga and the entire reception team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. They made every interaction effortless and pleasant. Breakfast was a highlight each morning thanks to the Breakfast Service Team, with a special thank you to Wivine & Patrick. The food selection was fresh and varied, and the team created such a positive, welcoming atmosphere to start the day. At the pool, Pavan and Isak provided attentive, friendly service and helped create a relaxed and enjoyable vibe throughout the day. Big thanks to Christine who helped me find all the names I’d missed! The housekeeping team were especially helpful, big thank you to Amos and Luigi! Amos in addition to keeping my room spotless also found my missing power bank (accidentally in waste bin) and Luigi helped me to the elevator with all my luggage and shopper bags. And then Hamza from the Spa Team helped from the elevator to the reception desk. Like it was planned just for me! The team here clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

He was extremely polite, professional, and always willing to help with a warm smile. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Dubai. Here’s why: • The Service: Patrick and Helen at the breakfast restaurant are stars! They provided exceptional service and made us feel so welcome every day. • The Rooms: Very special and artistic design. • Convenience: About a 20-minute walk to Dubai Mall, plus there's a daily shuttle bus available. • Good to know: Rooms on lower floors facing the pool can be a bit noisy due to party music until midnight. If you prefer quiet, ask for a higher floor or a city-facing room. Thanks to the team for a memorable 3-night stay!
