Her assistance and warm hospitality made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Throughout our stay, Ms. Han’s ability to provide services in Chinese was invaluable to us. She went above and beyond by helping us locate a lost swim cap and consistently offering friendly greetings and assistance with transportation arrangements. Ms. Han’s dedication to her work and her genuine care for guests greatly enhanced our experience. Her professionalism and kindness left a lasting impression on us. Amazing stay in this beautiful property. From the minute upon arrival until our departure, we appreciated the entire staff's professionalism and hard work in order to provide us with an excellent stay experience at Indigo Dubai. Would like to give a special shoutout to Ken and entire restaurant staff who provided excellent breakfast service during our stay. The location of the property is very convenient for those looking to explore more of Downtown Dubai; a short walk to the Mall area among other nearby tourist areas. The rooms are very comfortable with great views all around and have a very unique interior design touch to them. The pool area was very nice and the water was quite refreshing. The pool staff was also very attentive to any needs we had which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown for anyone planning their next trip to the area!

Fantastic hotel - highly recommend. The staff were all excellent, breakfast was fantastic, and our room was comfortable and CLEAN. Exceptional value. The valet staff especially were especially lovely - and made sure our car was in and out quickly, even in peak heat! Special thanks to the breakfast staff and the valet staff - Abdul Jabbar - who made our stay even more comfortable and pleasant.

Such a lovely personal hotel. Very nice rooms, wonderful staff whether at breakfast, in the bar on level 2 or in the gym. You can technically walk to Dubai Mall if you feel like it (takes about 15 mins) but careful in midsummer… I come to Dubai a lot with work and always stay here if at all I can. Genuinely a really nice bunch of helpful people that make your stay special.
