We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown. The location is fantastic—right in downtown Dubai and just a pleasant 20-minute walk to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The hotel is extremely clean, and the reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Mostafa, who made check-in smooth and made us feel truly at home. Michael deserves a special mention for being around whenever needed. Dining was another highlight of our stay. The buffet breakfast had a huge spread with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. A special thanks to Ajay, who was always ready to help and served us with a warm smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a prime location in Dubai.

Recently visited Hotel Indigo Downtown Dubai for their brunch, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience feel very special. The brunch spread at was incredible — a perfect mix of international flavors, fresh dishes, and beautifully presented desserts. The drinks selection was excellent, and the live entertainment added a lively and festive vibe to the whole experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is vibrant, stylish, and cozy at the same time, making it ideal for family gatherings or celebrating special occasions. Everything about the brunch exceeded our expectations — left feeling fully satisfied and already planning our next visit!

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo in Downtown Dubai from November 10th to 17th, 2025. We truly appreciated the hotel’s location and the helpfulness of the staff at reception and in the service areas — always very friendly and ready to help. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and the room was perfectly cleaned every day. We also had a beautiful view over the creek from our room on the 19th floor. The Friday evening seafood buffet was excellent as well. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool was excellent for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, the service was fantastic. One slight downside is that you can sometimes hear traffic during the night. Other than that, we can only recommend this hotel — and especially the staff, who were exceptionally attentive, kind, and helpful.

We stayed at Hotel Indigo Downtown Dubai from December 1st to 10th, 2025, and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff both at reception and in the breakfast area were consistently friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. We especially want to mention Nafil, Sourov, Patrick, and Kenny, who made our mornings even better with their warm and attentive service. We also want to highlight Gabga at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful during our check out a lovely final touch to our stay. Also, Hari with others staff helping with our baggage and was very kind. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and the room was cleaned perfectly every day. We stayed in Room 1310 on the 13th floor, which had a beautiful view over the waterside a lovely highlight of our stay. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool provided a perfect spot to relax after a long day. Overall, the service was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel especially the exceptional staff, whose kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. Thank for your hospitality.🙏🙏

THANK YOU Hotel Indigo for an amazing stay!!!! Starting with a free upgrade to a suite 😍 The hotel itself was stunningly clean and with the spa being there the smell walking in was lush! The massages were spot on. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The food was actually beautiful for breakfast AND on the rooftop! The hotel is in a really good location being so close to the airport and restaurants. From beginning to end I can't describe how happy we were with this place!!!! I recommend to anyone and everyone!!!!
