I can not recommend this hotel enough. I have stayed here this past week and amongst all the uncertainty the management and staff have made me feel nothing but calm and safe throughout. All the staff are so lovely, friendly and very attentive. They made me feel very welcome and at home throughout my stay. The amenities are fantastic, great gym, spa and fantastic pool area and outdoor restaurant - the food is great! The rooms are very spacious, modern and exceptionally clean! It is also a perfect location in downtown Dubai - 5 min drive to the mall! I really enjoyed my stay here, and can't wait to return! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown. Despite the difficult situation at the time, the entire hotel team was always motivated, helpful, and consistently friendly. Pavan and Isak especially became very dear to us – they took great care of us at the pool every day. The service at the reception and in the restaurant was also always attentive, warm, and accommodating. The hotel is a bit more expensive, but the quality and service are absolutely worth it. We can definitely recommend it!

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown and truly felt taken care of from beginning to end. A special thank you to the bellman Ayoub, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional — he made us feel welcomed right away. The front desk team was very sweet and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. A big thank you as well to the bar team — Bibek, Wahid, and Theresia Ajay — for their outstanding service. They were attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming, which made our evenings feel relaxed and special. Housekeeping did an amazing job — our room was spotless every day, and everything was perfectly arranged. We truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. The restaurant staff were excellent too. Although we don’t remember all their names, every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and wonderful. Thank you to the entire team at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at Indigo Downtown and had a truly wonderful experience. The stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, the amenities are great, and the food was delicious with good variety and quality. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Ayoub, Moustafa, and Alaa at the reception were incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their positive attitude and warm hospitality made our stay even more special. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable for us. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.
