We had the pleasure of being invited by Nedal for Iftar dinner, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely amazing—everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. A special thank you to Ajay and Mehdi for their excellent service. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the evening. Their hospitality really made the night even more special. Highly recommended, and we’re so grateful for the lovely Iftar! 🌙✨

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Dubai and had an excellent experience from the very beginning. The service is truly outstanding. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything you need, which makes a big difference when traveling for work. The facilities are very well maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offers a good variety to start the day right. What stands out the most is the customer service. I would recommend this hotel 100 percent for both business and leisure stays.

What a nice hotel at a fair price. So close to Dubai mall with free shuttles at certain times. I’ll 100% come back to stay here. Homeboy Ayoub helped us hail taxis and gave us so many tips to make the most out of the stay, what a friendly personality. Our friend Mustafa at the reception was on point as well. In fact the entire staff team was excellent and kind - way better than the Armani hotel that we visited. Try to get the view overlooking the Dubai river. What I would like to see improved: 1. Pls add more shuttles - maybe once every hour ? This would make this place undefeatable. 2. There was a bit of noise due to construction and road noise. They do acknowledge this and provide ear plugs. Just something to note. Overall fantastic place. Keep up the good work team indigo & the Bhatias 👌🏼

From the moment we checked in, at 2am, we were greeted by smiles. So pleased we chose this hotel-the location is great-walking distance to the Dubai Mall and about 15mins from Dubai Airport. We have a room in the 14 level with creek views. The room is bright and light with every amenity you need for a trip. We have taken the opportunity to use the pool on the 2nd floor, very relaxing and the staff there are very attentive. Breakfast is a must, the buffet is plentiful for all appetites-and the coffee is flowing. the egg menu is a good feature and quickly delivered to your table-thank you to Helen, EI Ei and Patrick. Will stay again 🙂

Hotel Indigo is the perfect location in the heart of downtown Dubai. It was super easy to get to the hotel from the airport and is walking distance from Dubai fountains/mall/ Burj Khalifa. The staff was amazing also! Michael the concierge host is extremely friendly and makes sure your stay is pleasant. From organizing taxi pick ups to mailing postcards for us he is very attentive and adds to the positive experience. Mostafa the front desk host was also very nice and made us feel welcome right away. He ensured all our needs were taken care of without question and made sure we were having a great time. Lastly Nur was amazing and made sure our room was spotless and always stocked with towels, coffee, etc. He was extremely responsive and accomodated any need within minutes. Overall the staff was amazing but Michael, Mostafa and Nur went above and beyond! Highly reccomend to stay here.
