What an amazing hotel !! It's not the structure but the people who work here that make this hotel stand above all other hotels. The staff make you feel welcome. They will approach you to be of service. You are not left waiting, nor wondering what to do or how to organise anything. The staff have magnificent intuition and sense when a guest needs assistance. The layout of the rooms, the pool area met all of my needs. It is an exceptionally busy hotel, most likely given the proximity to Dubai Mall. They run a shuttle service to here and Kite Beach. I will be recommending to my friends, to stay here in the future.

Hotel is extremely calm and clean. Very nice interior decoration. Staff including front desk receptionist are friendly and helpful. Located in a quiet area and within 20 minutes walk to Dubai Mall. Breakfast buffet is having huge of variety that keeps all nationalities happy and satisfied. Recommended to stay.

Simply a great hotel, great location on walking distance to the Dubai Mall and most importantly, very clean, high quality service and kind staff. I stayed 5 nights with my family and we have had a great experience and they offer a great selection of breakfast. , very clean rooms and very I would like to thank General Manger for her cooperation

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, we were highly impressed by the level of service and care provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, the valet staff led by Manoj, was friendly and efficient, helping us with our luggage and parking the car. The restaurant staff also stood out, always making sure we had everything we needed and providing excellent care. The whole team is positive and full of positive energy. We could also see they had excellent leadership and worked with mutual respect. One thing that really stood out to me was the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel. Despite being a large property, it was always well-maintained and I could see the efforts put in by the staff to ensure a pleasant stay for guests. The highlight of my stay was definitely the beautiful creek view from my room. It was stunning to see the sun set over the water in the evenings and to wake up to a tranquil sunrise in the mornings. It truly added to the overall relaxing and serene atmosphere of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for both holiday and business stays. Not only was the location convenient for my business meetings, but the hotel also had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Stayed here for 1 week and had such a great time. The staff are all very friendly especially the waiters and management in the dining all. A big shout out to Soufiyan and his team. He really made every meal enjoyable and kindly giving us 10/10 service. The front desk staff all very friendly and hotel amenities all very modern. Great location easy to get to mall and burj and taxi to and from Mariana, palm, etc not that far away.
