I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Downtown Dubai and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stylish, spotless, and full of character, with great amenities and excellent food. What truly made the stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Gabga and the entire reception team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. They made every interaction effortless and pleasant. Breakfast was a highlight each morning thanks to the Breakfast Service Team, with a special thank you to Wivine & Patrick. The food selection was fresh and varied, and the team created such a positive, welcoming atmosphere to start the day. At the pool, Pavan and Isak provided attentive, friendly service and helped create a relaxed and enjoyable vibe throughout the day. Big thanks to Christine who helped me find all the names I’d missed! The housekeeping team were especially helpful, big thank you to Amos and Luigi! Amos in addition to keeping my room spotless also found my missing power bank (accidentally in waste bin) and Luigi helped me to the elevator with all my luggage and shopper bags. And then Hamza from the Spa Team helped from the elevator to the reception desk. Like it was planned just for me! The team here clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Great reception as soon as we arrived at the hotel by Seng and Kay. They gave us good advice, tips, and special attentions for my mother's birthday celebration. When we arrived at the room, it was beautifully decorated. Michael was so helpful with the baggages. Thank you for making our first day memorable and special. Ayoub was very helpful in terms of recommending activities, and give us water bottles after a long activity day outside. He is very intuitive. Bibek at the Orange Bar was the most attentive to client service, and knows his cocktails. All this with a smile.

Excellent stay in Downtown Dubai. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were very well maintained. The gym was well equipped and it was a plus to have a personal trainer available. There is also a spa, and the pool area was absolutely beautiful, with comfortable sun loungers, towels provided, a pool bar, and lifeguard service. Everything was perfectly organized and the overall experience felt high-end and relaxing. A special thanks to Mostafa and Hari, for their kindness and professionalism.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Dubai Business Bay. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a great location and a relaxing atmosphere. What truly made my experience exceptional was Ayoub, the bellman. He is honestly the best bellman I’ve ever met — extremely professional, friendly, and always smiling. Ayoub went above and beyond to help with my luggage, give local tips, and make sure everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. His positive attitude and genuine care for guests really stand out. Employees like Ayoub make a huge difference and turn a good stay into a great one. Highly recommended — and special thanks to Ayoub for outstanding service!

This was my first visit to the Emirates and I've never felt so much welcomed! The facility is well renovated and all amenities — from restaurant to the maintenance service are top-notch👌🏼 The front office team has always been very attentive & accommodating. Speaking of which, I would like to give a shout-out to Mostafa, who with his generous attitude, went above and beyond to make my stay even more memorable 🌟 Thank you very much!
