The stay here is great. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Michael and Wael always greeted us with a smile and made small chats. But the one that made a huge impact in our stay is Seng! We arrived at 5am and Seng had a lively vibe at that hour! We were laughing and smiling and knowing our Dubai trip gonna start great with good memories! Thanks Seng for accommodating to our request and please keep up with the wonderful vibes!!! 😁 We will surely come back here to stay when we’re in Dubai again. Thank you!!

Recently visited Hotel Indigo Downtown Dubai for their brunch, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience feel very special. The brunch spread at was incredible — a perfect mix of international flavors, fresh dishes, and beautifully presented desserts. The drinks selection was excellent, and the live entertainment added a lively and festive vibe to the whole experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is vibrant, stylish, and cozy at the same time, making it ideal for family gatherings or celebrating special occasions. Everything about the brunch exceeded our expectations — left feeling fully satisfied and already planning our next visit!

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo in Downtown Dubai from November 10th to 17th, 2025. We truly appreciated the hotel’s location and the helpfulness of the staff at reception and in the service areas — always very friendly and ready to help. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and the room was perfectly cleaned every day. We also had a beautiful view over the creek from our room on the 19th floor. The Friday evening seafood buffet was excellent as well. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool was excellent for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, the service was fantastic. One slight downside is that you can sometimes hear traffic during the night. Other than that, we can only recommend this hotel — and especially the staff, who were exceptionally attentive, kind, and helpful.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely excellent. Even though we originally booked two separate rooms, the hotel offers very well-designed family units where parents and children can stay together in a two-room suite that can be locked off separately. This is an extremely convenient and smart solution, and it worked perfectly for us The breakfast was outstanding. We usually came during peak hours, but there were never any issues with food or drink availability — everything was constantly replenished and well organized. The only slightly odd point is the beverage ordering system: coffee has to be ordered through a waiter. If you want a second cup, it takes some time, and a third one even longer. That said, this seems to be a typical Dubai-style service approach The location is very good. Access by car is a bit specific due to one-way roads, so getting in and out requires a little adjustment, but nothing problematic. For business travelers or anyone who needs to be close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, the location is absolutely perfect. It’s an easy 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, with no need to use a car at all, which is a huge advantage Cleanliness in the hotel is impeccable. Daily housekeeping, fresh new towels every day, and everything is in excellent condition — nothing worn or broken. The overall maintenance level is clearly very high Special mention goes to the parking system. We had a fairly large car that would have been difficult to park ourselves in the underground garage. The valet parking service handled it flawlessly, even in the narrow parking lanes. This was a major plus and added a lot of comfort to our stay The staff were simply outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help at any time. Overall, this hotel easily deserves a five-star rating with a big plus

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Downtown Dubai from December 1st to 10th, 2025, and had a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff made the stay even better. Everyone at reception and in the breakfast area was warm, welcoming, and always willing to assist. A big thank you to Nafil, Sourov, Patrick, Kenny, and Hari for their consistently friendly service each morning they really stood out. I would also like to mention Gabga at reception, who was wonderful and very helpful during check-out. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection, and the housekeeping team kept the room spotless every day. I stayed on the 13th floor (Room 1310) and loved the peaceful view overlooking the creek. The gym was well maintained with everything needed for a good workout, and the pool was a lovely place to relax after a busy day exploring Dubai. I would happily recommend this hotel not only for its facilities, but especially for the exceptional staff who made the stay memorable.
