My stay at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and outstanding hospitality that truly made me feel special. A heartfelt appreciation goes to the entire team for such a memorable experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is vibrant, stylish, and full of positive energy. A special thank you to Chef Leon, whose incredible culinary skills and refined taste elevated the dining experience to another level at Orange Feels Restaurant the dish was a delight and a true reflection of passion . At Open Sesame Restaurant, Helen was simply wonderful. Helen’s radiant smile and infectious energy, combined with Shadwan’s professionalism at orange. Feels restaurant made every visit feel warm, welcoming, and joyful. Huge appreciation as well to the reservation team Arthur, Engy, and May for making our booking process completely seamless and stress-free. Their efficiency and attention to detail were truly impressive. Lastly, a very warm thank you to Christine Wambui from Guest Relations for her gracious welcome and genuine care, which added a personal touch that did not go unnoticed. Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown exceeded all expectations with its outstanding service, amazing team spirit, and unforgettable hospitality. I will most definitely be returning bringing love all the way from Africa and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a remarkable stay in Dubai. 🌟✨

Hotel Indigo is the perfect location in the heart of downtown Dubai. It was super easy to get to the hotel from the airport and is walking distance from Dubai fountains/mall/ Burj Khalifa. The staff was amazing also! Michael the concierge host is extremely friendly and makes sure your stay is pleasant. From organizing taxi pick ups to mailing postcards for us he is very attentive and adds to the positive experience. Mostafa the front desk host was also very nice and made us feel welcome right away. He ensured all our needs were taken care of without question and made sure we were having a great time. Lastly Nur was amazing and made sure our room was spotless and always stocked with towels, coffee, etc. He was extremely responsive and accomodated any need within minutes. Overall the staff was amazing but Michael, Mostafa and Nur went above and beyond! Highly reccomend to stay here.

The stay here is great. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Michael and Wael always greeted us with a smile and made small chats. But the one that made a huge impact in our stay is Seng! We arrived at 5am and Seng had a lively vibe at that hour! We were laughing and smiling and knowing our Dubai trip gonna start great with good memories! Thanks Seng for accommodating to our request and please keep up with the wonderful vibes!!! 😁 We will surely come back here to stay when we’re in Dubai again. Thank you!!

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely excellent. Even though we originally booked two separate rooms, the hotel offers very well-designed family units where parents and children can stay together in a two-room suite that can be locked off separately. This is an extremely convenient and smart solution, and it worked perfectly for us The breakfast was outstanding. We usually came during peak hours, but there were never any issues with food or drink availability — everything was constantly replenished and well organized. The only slightly odd point is the beverage ordering system: coffee has to be ordered through a waiter. If you want a second cup, it takes some time, and a third one even longer. That said, this seems to be a typical Dubai-style service approach The location is very good. Access by car is a bit specific due to one-way roads, so getting in and out requires a little adjustment, but nothing problematic. For business travelers or anyone who needs to be close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, the location is absolutely perfect. It’s an easy 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, with no need to use a car at all, which is a huge advantage Cleanliness in the hotel is impeccable. Daily housekeeping, fresh new towels every day, and everything is in excellent condition — nothing worn or broken. The overall maintenance level is clearly very high Special mention goes to the parking system. We had a fairly large car that would have been difficult to park ourselves in the underground garage. The valet parking service handled it flawlessly, even in the narrow parking lanes. This was a major plus and added a lot of comfort to our stay The staff were simply outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help at any time. Overall, this hotel easily deserves a five-star rating with a big plus
