I stayed at Hotel Indigo Downtown Dubai from December 1st to 10th, 2025, and had a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff made the stay even better. Everyone at reception and in the breakfast area was warm, welcoming, and always willing to assist. A big thank you to Nafil, Sourov, Patrick, Kenny, and Hari for their consistently friendly service each morning they really stood out. I would also like to mention Gabga at reception, who was wonderful and very helpful during check-out. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection, and the housekeeping team kept the room spotless every day. I stayed on the 13th floor (Room 1310) and loved the peaceful view overlooking the creek. The gym was well maintained with everything needed for a good workout, and the pool was a lovely place to relax after a busy day exploring Dubai. I would happily recommend this hotel not only for its facilities, but especially for the exceptional staff who made the stay memorable.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown. The location is fantastic—right in downtown Dubai and just a pleasant 20-minute walk to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The hotel is extremely clean, and the reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Mostafa, who made check-in smooth and made us feel truly at home. Michael deserves a special mention for being around whenever needed. Dining was another highlight of our stay. The buffet breakfast had a huge spread with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. A special thanks to Ajay, who was always ready to help and served us with a warm smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a prime location in Dubai.

THANK YOU Hotel Indigo for an amazing stay!!!! Starting with a free upgrade to a suite 😍 The hotel itself was stunningly clean and with the spa being there the smell walking in was lush! The massages were spot on. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The food was actually beautiful for breakfast AND on the rooftop! The hotel is in a really good location being so close to the airport and restaurants. From beginning to end I can't describe how happy we were with this place!!!! I recommend to anyone and everyone!!!!

A Truly Exceptional Stay – Our New Home in Dubai We had an absolutely perfect stay at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown. As business travellers accompanied by a service dog, we were deeply impressed from the very first moment — this hotel is a rare combination of professionalism, warmth and genuine hospitality. Before we even arrived in Dubai, Arthur and Ahmed provided outstanding support and ensured all arrangements for the service dog were handled with care and precision. Their communication was impeccable and immediately made us feel welcome. When we landed at 2:00 AM, Ahmed greeted us with kindness and professionalism, making the check-in seamless. Ayub helped us with our luggage and welcomed us as if we were long-time friends. He showed us the dog area and personally guided us to our room — a gesture we truly appreciated. Our room was perfect in every way, with a breathtaking view of the Dubai Creek. Everything we could wish for was already prepared. The room was beautifully equipped with thoughtful details, even earplugs (although the soundproofing is fantastic). Thanks to Akbor, our room was spotless every day and always smelled wonderful. Breakfast quickly became one of our favourite moments. The amazing Sudiksha welcomed us each morning with a smile, and Lucky made our first breakfast unforgettable. A heartfelt thank-you also to Augustine, Patrick, Serah, Ajay, Wiviene, Bikka, Napil, Hellen, Angel, Althea and Hari. The kitchen team treated us to the freshest dishes and a selection that left no wishes unfulfilled — special thanks to Chanaka, Milan and the entire culinary team. Over the course of the week, the entire hotel team became like family. Their kindness, heartfelt conversations and their love for our dog meant the world to us. A special thank you to the front desk team Mostafa, Wael, Shabu and Alaa, to Joshua from security, and to Nasmeer and the transportation team for their flawless organisation. As business travellers, we lacked nothing: the restaurant, pool, gym, wellness area, beauty salon, conference room and the terrace with views of Downtown Dubai were all exceptional. The rooms are modern, comfortable and perfectly equipped for both work and relaxation. And for us, the most important aspect: this hotel is not just dog friendly — they are truly dog loving. Our dog was treated as if he were part of their own family. And of course, the greatest highlight and most iconic team member of Hotel Indigo: Soya the dog. He made our stay even more special. There is no better hotel in Dubai, and no better team. We already miss everyone dearly and cannot wait to return to our Dubai family at Hotel Indigo.

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo in Downtown Dubai from November 10th to 17th, 2025. We truly appreciated the hotel’s location and the helpfulness of the staff at reception and in the service areas — always very friendly and ready to help. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and the room was perfectly cleaned every day. We also had a beautiful view over the creek from our room on the 19th floor. The Friday evening seafood buffet was excellent as well. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool was excellent for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, the service was fantastic. One slight downside is that you can sometimes hear traffic during the night. Other than that, we can only recommend this hotel — and especially the staff, who were exceptionally attentive, kind, and helpful.
