I recently stayed at Indigo Downtown and had a truly wonderful experience. The stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, the amenities are great, and the food was delicious with good variety and quality. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Ayoub, Moustafa, and Alaa at the reception were incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their positive attitude and warm hospitality made our stay even more special. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable for us. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Indigo Downtown and look forward to visiting again.

I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Dubai. Here’s why: • The Service: Patrick and Helen at the breakfast restaurant are stars! They provided exceptional service and made us feel so welcome every day. • The Rooms: Very special and artistic design. • Convenience: About a 20-minute walk to Dubai Mall, plus there's a daily shuttle bus available. • Good to know: Rooms on lower floors facing the pool can be a bit noisy due to party music until midnight. If you prefer quiet, ask for a higher floor or a city-facing room. Thanks to the team for a memorable 3-night stay!

Excellent stay in Downtown Dubai. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were very well maintained. The gym was well equipped and it was a plus to have a personal trainer available. There is also a spa, and the pool area was absolutely beautiful, with comfortable sun loungers, towels provided, a pool bar, and lifeguard service. Everything was perfectly organized and the overall experience felt high-end and relaxing. A special thanks to Mostafa and Hari, for their kindness and professionalism.
