We arrived on October 30th and met the staff member Christine, who was extremely professional and welcoming. Even though we arrived early, she made our stay special since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. She arranged a beautiful view for us, the room was lovely, and she even sent us a cake for the occasion. On the second day, the housekeeping team cleaned and arranged the room beautifully — they folded the towels into two heart shapes with dried flowers and left us a wonderful note. We truly appreciate their effort and attention to detail. When we were checking out, the hotel staff member was very polite and helpful, and he kindly offered us complimentary water. One great thing to note is that the property is non-smoking, and all the rooms smell fresh and amazing. 🤍

My stay here has been phenomenal! The room is simply well thought out. Services have been great. Breakfast? Scrumptious! While the foods have been nothing but perfection, they are made better due to the staffs who's dedicated to make our breakfast experience memorable. Looking at you Lucky! Thank you so much for packing us coffee (for here and for to-go). They are great! And for the concierge, Michael is our guy! So great in helping us with our items. He made sure that our items are cared for and our needs well met! Thank you Michael!

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Ahmed, Mustafa, and Aneak went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism set a new standard for hospitality. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding – every team member greeted me with a smile and was genuinely eager to help. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful touches that made the stay incredibly comfortable. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. Breakfast, in particular, was a highlight – fresh, high-quality ingredients and fantastic service. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and immaculately clean, with a great atmosphere and perfect location close to Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa. I travel frequently, but this stay truly stood out. A huge thank you to Ahmed, Mustafa, and Aneak for making my visit so memorable. I’ll definitely be back – and can highly recommend Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown to anyone visiting Dubai.

Indeed, it’s a great hotel! The rooms are spacious, modern, and have a lovely local touch. Everything was spotless, and I especially loved the premium-style coffee cups and saucers. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the lady at the front desk Ms Yadanar kindly upgraded me to a beautiful suite, thank you for your swift assistance and your help. The pool bar team was very friendly and their attention to detail stood out. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Ayoub This guy from Morocco is very attentive, always smiling, and responsive. Even with my poor English, he always understood me. He always brought me exactly what I needed and really tried his best. A very hardworking and diligent young man — truly so. We are very happy with his work. I really hope he continues to grow in his career because he has great personal qualities. Thank you very much to him — we are very pleased with him. Overall, the hotel is excellent.
