I have just arrived back from my holiday in Dubai. And I had to come and write a review for this hotel, from the second we arrived our stay was made so special. The staff here are unbelievably attentive. They really care about making your stay comfortable. The food was lovely and the rooms were so clean! The hotel is modern and well looked after. I really can’t fault this place at all! I will 100% be back and I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family!

We had a great stay at Hotel Indigo. The location is central and well-connected, with a free shuttle bus that made getting around easy. The hotel kindly allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room, which was a huge help as we were travelling with a baby. They were extremely accommodating throughout our stay, making everything smoother and more comfortable. The pool was clean and quiet, which we appreciated. We had dinner at the hotel one night as we were too tired to go out, and the service stood out. Our waiter, Mehdi Ajay, was fantastic—genuinely attentive and went out of his way to make sure our baby was comfortable too. Would definitely recommend, especially for families.

I had a truly delightful stay at Indigo. The breakfast was exceptional. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The quality of the food was top-notch and it was all so tasty. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, ready to help with a smile. Whenever a request, they were quick to respond. The housekeeping service was also very attentive, and the special thank to Nur for his warm and thoughtful service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

During this trip, I tried three international hotels, but I chose to end my journey at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown, and it turned out to be the best decision I made. What really stood out to me was the breakfast staff and the valet service—everyone was genuinely friendly and always smiling. Every request was handled quickly and with great care. The service was elegant in every detail, which made the stay truly comfortable and special. As for the reception staff, they were incredibly kind and welcoming. Not only did they offer assistance with a smile, but they even surprised guests with juices and pieces of chocolate when asked a question—this reflects a high level of professionalism and hospitality. The hotel is outstanding in terms of cleanliness and service, but it’s truly the staff that made the experience unforgettable. This was my favorite trip, simply because it ended at this wonderful hotel. Thank you ❤️
