We spend 5 days at the hotel,food good and service excellant ,all the staff were friendly and courteous. In the bar on the 2nd floor Bibek Shadwan was very friendly and very good at his job. We had breakfast every day and the quality of the food was excellent. All the staff were good but hats off to Sourov who did make the extra effort and could recall our order each day,a very nice man. The only thing I did not like was the seats in the bar area on floor 2 ,very low to the ground and not comfortable. All the staff were excellent.

My stay at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and outstanding hospitality that truly made me feel special. A heartfelt appreciation goes to the entire team for such a memorable experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is vibrant, stylish, and full of positive energy. A special thank you to Chef Leon, whose incredible culinary skills and refined taste elevated the dining experience to another level at Orange Feels Restaurant the dish was a delight and a true reflection of passion . At Open Sesame Restaurant, Helen was simply wonderful. Helen’s radiant smile and infectious energy, combined with Shadwan’s professionalism at orange. Feels restaurant made every visit feel warm, welcoming, and joyful. Huge appreciation as well to the reservation team Arthur, Engy, and May for making our booking process completely seamless and stress-free. Their efficiency and attention to detail were truly impressive. Lastly, a very warm thank you to Christine Wambui from Guest Relations for her gracious welcome and genuine care, which added a personal touch that did not go unnoticed. Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown exceeded all expectations with its outstanding service, amazing team spirit, and unforgettable hospitality. I will most definitely be returning bringing love all the way from Africa and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a remarkable stay in Dubai. 🌟✨

I was walk-in guest along with my 2 young children to enjoy the buffet breakfast in the hotel. The spread was varied and got a lot to choose from. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the place and the deliciousness of the food and the hospitality from the staff. We were served by Lucky and Agustina, they were so attentive and very pleasant to talk with. They had brief engagement with other guests too which show that they are not just there to serve but also to create memories to someone's day. Very happy with the staff here and the atmosphere of the restaurant made us feel like coming back again.

The stay here is great. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Michael and Wael always greeted us with a smile and made small chats. But the one that made a huge impact in our stay is Seng! We arrived at 5am and Seng had a lively vibe at that hour! We were laughing and smiling and knowing our Dubai trip gonna start great with good memories! Thanks Seng for accommodating to our request and please keep up with the wonderful vibes!!! 😁 We will surely come back here to stay when we’re in Dubai again. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was absolutely outstanding. Every single member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help, which made such a difference throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Alaa (manager), who was truly fantastic. After a long and exhausting flight from the UK, we arrived very early in the morning and were extremely tired. Alaa went above and beyond to accommodate us and allowed us to check in much earlier than usual. That kindness meant more to us than words can say. The whole team made us feel welcome, cared for, and at home from day one. Exceptional service, great atmosphere, and amazing people. Thank you Alaa and the entire Indigo team for such a memorable experience — we will definitely be back!
