Our stay at this beautiful hotel was absolutely delightful. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, and every detail reflects a sense of authenticity and style. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to the reception team for the wonderful room upgrade and to concierge Ayub who carefully helped us with luggage and explained how things work in the room and the hotel. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. As IHG team members, we truly appreciated being treated with the same warmth and professionalism as every other guest. It was a superlative experience in every way, and we look forward to returning soon.

Exceptional Stay at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown We had an amazing experience at Hotel Indigo! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. A special mention goes to Wael, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — he was incredibly attentive and offered wonderful restaurant recommendations that made our trip even better. Breakfast was great so many options and the coffee was the best of my whole vacations. Our room was beautifully decorated for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The hotel’s design, amenities, and atmosphere perfectly blend comfort with modern style. We also appreciated their flexibility with our late check-out, allowing us to enjoy our last day without stress before our evening flight. Overall, everything — from the warm hospitality to the vibrant energy of the property — exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown and can’t wait to return!

Would not recommend this hotel given the surrounding noise, poor location, and lack of soundproof windows. Price is reasonable and pool is nice. If you do end up staying here, try to get a room that is not facing the river. We had booked a cityview but they put us in a river view room. There is massive construction happening right in front of the river that is incredibly loud 24/7. Also, it's surrounded by highways where cars frequently speed by with loud engines! The windows are not soundproof enough and if you're a light sleeper, expect no sleep. We were on the 11th floor too! The hotel provides ear plugs and offer white noise machines, but the constant noise becomes unbearable. Location is not great. It is very isolated, surrounded by high-speed highways, and for any taxis to get to the hotel requires a huge loop. Walking anywhere is also not an option as there is literally nothing nearby. On the plus side, the rooms were decent and modern, and overall service was pretty good. They offer a shuttle bus to the Dubai mall and other locations at specific times. Pool was quite nice and was my favourite part of the hotel. Lobby is quite small and the air condition was on very low, so it got very humid.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 5-star IHG Hotel Indigo in Dubai, and it exceeded all my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch – the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was beautifully designed, modern, and immaculately clean, offering both comfort and style. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere. The bed was especially comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep every night. Dining at the hotel was another highlight – the food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pool area was a fantastic place to unwind, with stunning views and a relaxing ambiance. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the Dubai sun in style. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. The hotel is just a short drive from the Dubai Mall and other major attractions, making it super convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and exploring the city. Overall, Hotel Indigo Dubai offers a truly exceptional 5-star experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Dubai. Room 617 loved it thsnkyou so much.

A hotel is a hotel is a hotel, right? In hotel saturated Dubai it's not easy to be different. For reasons of location, reasonably close to Al Barari but also proximity to Dubai Mall (Burj), Hotel Indigo ticked most of the boxes. But it is different and has a bit of a boutique hotel feel to it. It has a very unique decor and theme. It is quite refreshing and different. There are limited staff vs the average hotel but service is pretty good across the board and it is well supported. There is a good pool area with a bar and tables for the odd snack or evening drinks etc.. Nice gym too. We were in for 10 days so you get a good feel for the place and we enjoyed it and would stay here again. Versus many others, it presents reasonable quality at a reasonable price and an arty twist that takes it out of the "same same".
