We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Seminyak. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained, with a great atmosphere throughout. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to our housekeeping staff, Purna, who took excellent care of our room. The room was always spotless, well organised, and thoughtfully prepared every day. His attention to detail and friendly service truly stood out and made a big difference to our overall experience. The location is also great—close to the beach and surrounded by plenty of dining options. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Indigo Seminyak to anyone visiting Bali. We would definitely love to stay here ag

We stayed at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach (Villa) for one week, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. A special thank you to our private villa butler, Pras, who was incredibly professional, warm, and thoughtful throughout our stay. From the very first day, he welcomed us with such kindness and care. He even helped us prepare a beautiful wedding anniversary surprise, complete with a lovely little cake and sweet, fresh coconuts — which meant so much to us. Every day, Pras checked in on us and made sure everything was perfect. His attentive service and genuine hospitality made us feel so well taken care of. On our departure day, he personally saw us off, which was such a touching way to end our stay. We are truly impressed by the team and the level of service here. Have a really nice stay at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach, low key impressed. Chill energy, comfy room, and genuinely warm staff. Everything just flows. The couple massage was a win. Big shoutout to Ayu / Diana, calm hands, great pressure, truly knows what she’s doing. Left feeling light, relaxed, and fully reset. The activities were well organized and a really good experience, highly recommended. Would definitely come back with my family 🌿

An incredible experience staying at this property. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the bell team was extremely friendly. Most importantly, they were genuinely warm and truly happy to be there. You could feel that they enjoyed their work, and that kind of energy makes all the difference. I ended up spending a lot of time at the restaurants on the property because the service was simply amazing. The food at Sugars was incredibleI kept coming back! Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and the drinks were just as amazing. On top of that, the staff there were outstanding. The gelato place was also so good, and everyone working there was just as friendly and welcoming. And the breakfast buffet? Honestly, the best I had in Bali. The variety, the freshness, the quality everything was exceptional. After my stay, I went on to Apurva Kempinski Bali expecting to be wowed. But from breakfast to overall customer service, Hotel Indigo was spectacular better in every way. I had such an incredible experience. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

Huge room, comfy bed, amazing pools and honestly some of the best service during my 2 week stay in Bali. Everybody remembered my name and greeted me and no request ever felt too big or too small for them. The spa and massages were top class as well and I went twice. One morning at breakfast, I noticed another guest had an avocado and casually asked the staff about it. Although it wasn’t part of the buffet or menu, the staff member was very apologetic that they just ran out of avocados and promised to bring me a whole one the next day. They also had a dedicated area with massage chairs for guests to chill after check-out. I like the attention to details and how everyone here really went above and beyond to please their guests. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Seminyak.
