I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The service was truly incredible — every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The entire property is stunning, with beautifully maintained facilities that made the atmosphere feel both relaxing and luxurious. The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that exceeded all expectations. And the spa… simply sensational! It was the perfect place to unwind and feel completely rejuvenated. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and can’t wait to return!

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach, and honestly, it was amazing! The hotel has this cool mix of modern style and Balinese vibes that makes it feel super unique and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with local touches. The bed was really comfy, and I loved having a balcony to chill on. Plus, the little details like the welcome drinks and local snacks in the room were a nice touch. The staff were so friendly and helpful—always smiling and ready to assist with anything. You really feel taken care of here. The hotel grounds are gorgeous—lush gardens, multiple pools, and right on the beach. It’s easy to spend the whole day just relaxing without ever leaving the property. The spa is also worth a visit if you want to totally unwind. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back.

This is my last day of vacation. I stayed in one of the hotel indigo's one bedroom villa.. I rate this hotel a 5 out of 5. The villa. It's so comfortable from all the amenities in the room. The staff is exceptionally welcoming nice and courteous. I can't say enough about the staff. I had such a wonderful time at this resort. I look forward to doing it again. The breakfast every morning was wonderful. I had an exceptional waitress named Tari every morning. She would seek me out to find what table my husband and I were at. She would offer us personalized juices.I just loved her attentiveness.And all the staff are just really exceptional. loved my hotel stay. Anna

Outstanding Stay – Highly Recommended! From the moment we arrived, the service at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach by IHG was exceptional. The staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and we were even offered complimentary drinks upon arrival. We had one minor hiccup, that they more than apologized for. Our room was immaculate — spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the attention to detail, from the high-quality linens to the thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine and plush robes. The location is perfect — close to the beach yet peaceful enough for a restful night. The on-site restaurants were another highlight: delicious food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast was also a treat with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. We were truly impressed with the level of care and hospitality throughout our stay. Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach by IHG made our trip unforgettable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to others.
