The concierge desk was equally impressive—efficient, proactive, and truly world-class. A special heartfelt thanks to the receptionist who checked me in. I arrived exhausted and incredibly frustrated after a grueling long-haul flight, but her warmth and patience completely turned my mood around. She handled my arrival with such grace that I instantly felt at home. A special mention must go to the two female therapists who looked after me. Their technical expertise was matched only by their grace and attentiveness. They were incredibly professional, ensuring every detail of the treatment was tailored to my comfort. From the moment we stepped on to the courtyard we were swept up with such amazing hospitality that was present with every interaction. The breakfast buffet is truly inspiring and it seems that all cultures have been carefully considered. Free activities for all weathers, very handy in the wet season. Super easy access to the beach is a bonus. Our room was spacious, well appointed and the hotels secret signature scent is a highlight for the senses. I’ve already planned a revisit.

Come to have an appointment with the people who stayed here and the hotel was beautiful stuff. The first impression was positive. The lobby was clean, well-lit, and smelled fresh, which immediately gave a sense of comfort. The come-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and helpful in explaining the facilities. The location is another strong point. It is conveniently situated near restaurants, convenience stores, and main roads, making transportation easy. Whether for business or leisure, the accessibility adds significant value. Big basement and front lobby parking area, there's minimalist parking site next to the front gate for motorcycle and gojek. Overall the hotel is beautiful and would love to stay here next time.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Seminyak. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained, with a great atmosphere throughout. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to our housekeeping staff, Purna, who took excellent care of our room. The room was always spotless, well organised, and thoughtfully prepared every day. His attention to detail and friendly service truly stood out and made a big difference to our overall experience. The location is also great—close to the beach and surrounded by plenty of dining options.
