This is my second time at this hotel! I absolutely love the premises, the rooms, location and more importantly the staff. Dharma has been very kind and hospitable during our stay. He has excelled at his service and has been doing a really great job. It is staff like him who make this hotel. Everyone is very kind, helpful and accomodating. I went to Sava spa and absolutely loved my experience with Tari. She gave a lovely massage which left me feeling very relaxed and calm. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

We stayed at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach (Villa) for one week, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. A special thank you to our private villa butler, Pras, who was incredibly professional, warm, and thoughtful throughout our stay. From the very first day, he welcomed us with such kindness and care. He even helped us prepare a beautiful wedding anniversary surprise, complete with a lovely little cake and sweet, fresh coconuts — which meant so much to us. Every day, Pras checked in on us and made sure everything was perfect. His attentive service and genuine hospitality made us feel so well taken care of. On our departure day, he personally saw us off, which was such a touching way to end our stay. We are truly impressed by the team and the level of service here. I stayed at Hotel Indigo earlier this month, and really enjoyed my time there. I haven’t been to Bali in many years so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the Hotel was the best part of my trip. I received great service on my solo trip. Ms. Desak at the front desk check-in gave me one of the warmest receptions I’ve ever experienced. She answered all my questions about the hotel and the neighborhood, even going so far as to give me her personal WA number for recommendations on food and beach clubs. By luck, I happened to see her again at check out, and I felt like seeing an old friend, ha! The pool attendants, one of whom was Ms. Dewi, were attentive and friendly. I had some disturbance at the quiet pool because a family decided to bring their own speakers. I wished the hotel would help enforce the policy for the quiet pool, since the attendants had to speak to them multiple times to no avail. Other than that instance, I enjoyed my time sunbathing and swimming. The spa treatments were wonderful, if you have a chance to enjoy a massage I highly recommended it. If you’re an IHG member they’ll give you a discount for their massages, among many other things at the hotel. Location wise, the hotel is right by the beach. Technically there’s a small street, but there was always security helping me cross to the point where the beach was just the hotel backyard. If you to experience a lively neighborhood and beach in Bali, I think this is one of the better places to stay.

This hotel is absolutely incredible! From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, you feel so special. This is our third stay here, and we keep coming back because the staff are simply amazing—especially Ratan, who was so helpful via WhatsApp throughout the whole process. We were celebrating our anniversary, and she made it truly special with flowers and champagne! I can’t believe the level of service. The food is incredible, the hotel is incredible—I’d recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you to everyone who made it possible!”

Amazing stay at Hotel Indigo Seminyak. Warm and friendly welcome from Mr. Yaza at the front desk. The room had a beautiful view, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the overall experience was excellent. Breakfast service by Miko at the restaurant was outstanding and very attentive. A special thanks to the duty manager for the exceptional care during a health issue I experienced. His genuine concern, follow-ups, and regular check-ins truly reflected outstanding hospitality and made me feel safe and well cared for. Highly recommended! I will definitely return for a longer stay.
