Loved everything about this hotel! The design is stunning, blending modern style with Balinese charm. I stayed at One Bed Room Vila with Private Pool. The room was spacious and comfy, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They remember your name since the first time we came, and always greet every time we meet them. Breakfast at Sugarsand was delicious with lots of options, and the pool and beachfront views were perfect. Great vibe—relaxing, stylish, and welcoming. Dinner at Makase also has million options. Not to forget you should try enjoy the afternoon tea at Pottrry Cafe. They have many fun activities during our stay, I love every wellness sessions. Would love to come back every time I go to Bali.

A brilliant hotel, the staff have been super kind and helpful, and it’s been a really relaxing stay for all the family. Breakfast has a huge range delicious food to choose from, and the room service menu is brilliant. The Balinese food here is exceptional, often you get lower standard room service local food in 5 star hotels, but not here. Had a great massage from Juweni at the spa who I would highly recommend. I would definitely use the spa again. I would have liked to have had hotel umbrellas on the public beach, but nobody does on this beach so there’s not much you can do about that. The beach could do with a clean up too. Plenty of pools to enjoy in the resort regardless. All in all, very happy

Service throughout the hotel was exceptional—staff were attentive, friendly, and always eager to help. Dinner at Makase, the hotel’s in-house restaurant, was a highlight. The atmosphere was relaxing and tastefully designed, and the food was both creative and delicious. I really appreciated the balance of local flavors with modern presentation, and the service team there was warm and professional. Another big plus: the location is convenient but peaceful, with easy access to the beach and a sense of privacy and calm within the resort. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali—whether you’re here to relax, explore, or experience Balinese hospitality at its best.

Wow! To be honest, we forgot which or what kind of hotel we booked, so we were blown away from the start till the end of our stay. We had a heartwarming welcome and an absolutely beautiful spacious room. Someone really thought about interiordesign and usability, what i really like. Also the area around the pool was incredible beautiful, we loved to discover every corner and took so many pictures to show everyone at home :) But without the people around and the perfect service it wouldn't be this awesome. We want to thank all of you guys for always being this kind and genuinely friendly. Greetings to Henrik, who always open for a conversation and his recommendations.
