I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant experience. I will definitely be coming back!

The rooms were homey and essentials were provided. The location is strategic being near the train stations, convenience stores, food courts and shopping areas. The staff also have pleasing personalities. Will recommend!

My no 1 pick if I’m visiting singapore and have business in orchard. Been here twice and is always satisfied with service, especially the indian receptionist girl please give her a raise!! She’s always helpful if we ever need anything and always greets us with a smile. There’s also the lobyboy, and old uncle but is always friendly and helpful to take us to our room. I notice he’s also nagging the other staff that are unprofessional so props to him for always making sure all the staff members are behaving professionally. The hotel itself looks old from outside but it’s actually quite modern on the inside. The smell of the hallways and room is nice but the elevator isn’t and kinda hot so maybe management should look into that. The hotel is also very cheap, maybe the cheapest I can find in orchard. But the quality is not cheap, it’s really good value for the price. Overall I’m very satisfied with my stay

Our rooms consisted of 2 single beds. They have breakfast buffet. I loved the place since it is very near to the orchard road. Receptionist were Filipinos and that is good for us. Very accomodating staff.

Helen and Mary are very accommodating and polite. They were able to address all of our queries especially in terms of transportation. The housekeeping staff is also commendable for keeping our room neat and tidy on a daily basis. We’ll definitely book again in our next visit.
