    We had a great stay here. Terrific location just off Orchard Rd. Staff were friendly and approachable. Bathrooms a little dated but were nothing to complain about. An added bonus in the room was the wall mounted urn - not having to deal with a comically small hotel kettle was a blessing. The rooftop pool was great as well. We found this hotel sat perfectly in between a sub par 3 star and overpriced 5 star hotel.

    The room was quite small but well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, the bathroom did not have a bidet spray. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast options were limited, but overall reasonable for the price. The hotel’s location was convenient and easy to access.

    I am curious as to why this establishment has been awarded four stars. It seems that essential amenities, such as conditioner, body wash, and lotion, which are typically provided by other four-star hotels in Singapore, were not available, and the receptionist denied as well. Furthermore, the breakfast area appeared rather simple, with limited options, which was somewhat disappointing. Basic items like fresh plain yogurt and whole fresh fruits were also missing. I would strongly recommend that they consider reevaluating their star rating, or at the very least, that potential guests review the existing feedback, which regrettably, we overlooked.

    This hotel is a solid, no-frills stay right in the heart of Orchard Road. The location is its biggest win. just steps away from shopping, food, and MRT stations, which makes getting around super easy. The room is clean and decently sized, though the interior feels pretty standard. It’s more functional than fancy, but it gets the job done if you just need a comfy place to rest after exploring the city. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in our room was broken, but when we requested a room change, the hotel staff immediately gave us another one.

    The room is big enough for this price (RM480++) to be stayed in Singapore central area. The room has installed with Water Dispenser thst has hot and cool water. The room also has bathtub but no bidet. T he hospitality by the Front Desk Staff is weak and did not greet the hotel guests . Hardly to see happy face or smiling face from the staff. The daily breakfast did not meet my expectation. The fried noodle is tasteless. Not much of choices for the breakfast. The waiters at the restaurant look like not being paid enough because hardly to see thier smiling face too. The rooftop swimming pool is good. The Housekeeper served on 6th Sept 2025 at level 4 is nice and friendly and very helpful.
