We had an amazing stay at Hotel Grand Central during our trip to Singapore. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Miss Jane at the reception, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. ☺️Her helpfulness and patience were truly appreciated. Miss Cherry and Max were also incredibly kind and always greeted us with genuine smiles, making us feel right at home.🥰 The breakfast section was another highlight of our stay. Mika and Raymond were absolutely fantastic 🤩 super friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help. They really brightened up our mornings with their warm hospitality. ♥️ The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it easy to explore the city. But what truly stood out was the team of amazing people who made our visit so special.👌👌 missing them already We highly recommend Hotel Grand Central to anyone visiting Singapore you won’t be disappointed! Rooms are spacious, identical with the neighboring hotel. Dispenser in-room, bathroom is cutely-sized, amenities also available. No netflix, but have cable channels. No bellhop. There’s a kiosk below selling toiletries, snacks, charger — pricing def on the higher side. 7-11 just a 5min walk. No coin-laundry, but there’s one available outside the hotel within 5min walk.

We enjoyed a 6 night stay here, location was great as it's so close to bus and trains as well as different shopping malls closeby in walking distance. Our room was a good size and had 2 single beds with ample wall plug ins. Room was clean and everything worked good, except the tv was a bit hit and miss if it worked, for example the live tv sound would play at the same time as trying to use YouTube etc. We liked the water machine as it was handy to refill water bottles to put in the fridge, and hot water for tea. All staff were nice and friendly, lifts came in good time and we only had to share a lift a couple of times. We used the pool almost every afternoon and only saw other people there twice. The view is nice from there as you can see Marina Bay Sands. Make sure to collect your pool towels from reception.. though the pool towels looked quite old and used they were clean. The pool itself is clean but the area around it could use some work, eg. old bandaids stuck on the wood, wood splintering etc. The shower was a good pressure, however the wall for the bathroom is frosted glass so when you turn the light on at night it lights the whole room up. We didn't eat at the restaurant so I can't make comment on the food, we just had cereal and juice in our room with paper bowls. I would stay here again as it was good value for the price considering it was during Lady Gaga concerts. Definitely better value than the ibis I had stayed at last year.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms and services provided were good. Smiling staffs and very clean. Breakfast was very good with variety of food.

With water dispenser inside the room. Not so clean room, i saw trash maybe from previous guests that were kicked under the beds. Slippers not enough for guests (there were 2 of us and it was never added). They gave us a room with 2 double beds because they are fully booked. AC seemed to be centralized for a specific period of time at night. They were kind enough to let us stay for additional 30mins since my class ends at 12:30pm. Wasn’t able to go to the roof deck coz it is only accessible using Lift 1. Very near Orchard Plaza and Orchard Central
