Hotel Facilities:
The hotel is undergoing full renovation, including the reception area and all facilities. It has also been renamed! We had no idea about these changes before our arrival, as we were not informed when making our booking. Unfortunately, there are currently no gym or other facilities available at the hotel. Additionally, the elevator is consistently dusty, and it's the only one accessible during our stay.
Room Facilities:
There is no shower curtain available in the bathroom, making it very difficult to use the wet toilet. This constant moisture has left the room feeling humid and damp, with no chance to dry out. We were only informed about the shower curtain upon check-out; there was no indication in the bathroom, and it was not mentioned during check-in.
Tea/Coffee Amenities:
The cups, spoons, notepad, and pen were hastily displayed and looked unprofessional and messy on the table.
Air Conditioning:
The air conditioning is excessively cold, and despite adjusting the temperature and airflow, it remained uncomfortable throughout the night, constantly blowing onto our heads.
Room Service:
We were informed that there would be no cleaning service during our stay, but it would be done on the third day. However, upon service completion, only half of the room was cleaned—the bed and garbage bin remained dirty. Additionally, after the service, our room was locked, and the key was non-functional.
I hope the hotel management addresses that these issues. Personally, working in the event industry, such poor service and experiences should not occur for customers.

Very basic hotel but great value for money. The rooms are absolute, no frills but very well designed and the location is really good. Service is very basic because that’s the intention of the place. I really liked it.

We stayed couple of nights there. It is worth the money. No extra frills. You get what you need. Great location.
We were even staying there during the renovation. It did not bother us.

I used to really like this hotel when it was Hotel G. It was a cute hotel, every room was a bit different, nice amenities in the room and a personal touch. The current remake feels extremely corporate and cold, the rooms are barebones, and then the prices increased. After staying 4 times previously, I won't be coming back

- the hotel staff are helpful and polite 😃 they will help you with a smile on their face
The Room
- I booked a solo room and I am satisfied with the room that I had. It's clean and comfortable. Though I expected it to have more space, it's still good considering it's actually a solo room and the price I paid for it.
Tip: you can get your dental care kit, shaving kit, etc. in the reception area at Level 2 😃
