We've been twice to this wonderful 5-star hotel and will be surely coming back soon. The staff is very welcoming, the hotel complex beautiful and very clean. The same can be said about the rooms, very spacious, with fantastic views to the ocean/pool. For breakfast and dinner the choice is very big, even for fussy eaters. The only problem we had was that it was difficult to get a table outside, when you were more than a party of 2. So we always had very early dinner at 18:30 (otherwise it would be dinner inside).

This is a fabulous hotel. Immaculately clean. Sheets changed every day! Towels changed every day, sometimes twice a day when they were doing a turndown. Chocolates were left in the room every evening. Nice little touch! Breakfast was so fresh! Staff were all lovely & friendly! One little niggle, was you couldn't make your own tea's & coffee's, which I prefer, as it was sometimes difficult to get a waiter's attention and then waiting a while for it to arrive as they were so busy! So personally I would prefer to make my own! Great location! Couldn't fault this hotel in any way! Definitely a 5 star hotel!

Revamped up-market hotel. Impressive Fab Meal in Restaurant. Great Piano music in Lobby too. Wonderful views inside and out! Fab redesign a statement in itsself. Retail gallery shop is great addition..Didnt get acess the VIP Roof pool. Lovely walks gardens and new spa.Asian Restaurant a major addition.

Carried half a suitcase of my gym stuff for a weekend stay only to find out the gym works like 2 hours a day so it closed before I got there - and nobody warned us of the short opening hours even though I specifically asked about the gym at check in. Also, you get one 0.5 bottle of water per day per person with no refill taps anywhere in the hotel and have to queue for breakfast for 10 minutes before they check your room number and take you to a table (even though there are plenty of tables available). No wine glasses in the room. Nonsense, and a shame because this could have been a nice place if they fixed these minor but very annoying issues.

If you come to Lanzarote, do yourself a favor and stay at the Fariones. There are too many positive things to list but the most important: First the staff, they are all extremely friendly and will do everything to meet all your wishes. Second, the hotel and the outside area are stunning. It really feels like being in a little slice of Hawaii! After just a few days here, you will feel renewed and relaxed. Of course it‘s not exactly cheap, but it‘s definitely well worth it. Thanks again, to the Fariones team. You are wonderful!
