Although the room was small it was comfortable, the only issue was the lack of electrical points. The rooms were well maintained and cleaned well and efficiently. The staff were excellent and helpful always pleasant and friendly. The dining facilities are well spaced and multiple serving points were well stocked. The location was great being near the beach and walking distance to the town. There were many lovely walks nearby and transport was readily available and regular. The grounds were spacious and the pool was large enough for everyone with enough sunbeds for everyone and plenty of choices where to rest. There was entertainment was varied and enjoyable and extra activities means there was plenty to do. An excellent experience all round.

Fabulous clean, spacious hotel. The grassy areas near the pool have lots of sun beds and are great if you like some space and peace. There was loads of choice of food at mealtimes, couldn't fault it, though the restaurant was far too busy at times. Lovely short stroll down to the gorgeous beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here

Beautiful 2 weeks in a wonderful location in a traditional Spanish hotel. Grounds are so peaceful and plentiful, no scrummaging for sunbeds at any time of day! Food is delicious and the choice is amazing something for even the fusiest of people. The rooms are more traditional than the newer hotels and this adds to its charm. The staff at Exagon Hotel are brilliant I cannot thank or praise them high enough. I am newly disabled and this was my first trip abroad, Exagon park and all it's staff made me feel well looked after and valued as a guest. the entertainment was varied and of a very high quality and the entertainment crew again were brilliant making everyone welcome. A special mention to the pool bar staff who were simply outstanding throughout our stay

This lovely hotel is a real gem, far enough from the main town giving a peaceful atmosphere but only a five minute walk to shops and a small beach and 20 minute walk from there along the sea front to the main town, or a short bus or taxi ride there is also a road train that stops outside the hotel. The hotel is great, very clean. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The food is brilliant, lots of choices with themed nights and always something for everyone. The pool is great with a shallow and deep end and sectioned baby area, the surrounding area is very spacious, never a problem to get a sun-bed. The animation team are brilliant, Chris and Luke are great always ask if you want to join in but aren’t pushy. The night time entertainment is the best I’ve seen anywhere and the bar staff and waiters are excellent. This is my second year here I will definitely be coming back

The Exagon Park was a good all round hotel. Location was fine for us as we had a car, which we could park in front of the hotel. This was very convenient as it can be difficult finding street parking The rooms are past ready for a refurbishment, though they had plenty of storage and hanging space. There was a smart tv, which is always a bonus The food was very good. Most other hotels abroad that are buffet style have the usual complaint-Luke warm or cold dishes-this is certainly not the case here. There was a good selection of hot dishes on offer no matter how late in service Couple of things that were negative: The man frying the eggs was rude, my wife ask for a fresh one to cooked as there were only a couple on the dish that had congealed. He told her there were no more, which frankly I don’t believe. It was five minutes before end of service. From that point he was ignorant with my wife so I got her eggs for her. You really need to teach service staff about dealing with customers. One of the receptionists was rude too. The night they opened the gate to let me drive my car in, the second night, we got back and I asked for the gate to be opened. The receptionist said “park on the street” again very rude. I had to tell them my wife was disabled, then she let us in. Your policy should be clear, can we park in hotel grounds or not? On the first night they didn’t know my wife was disabled, they just let us in For these reasons we will not be returning to this hotel. I can’t abide rudeness, it has no place in the service industry
