Very disappointed. Me and my partners first break for 4 nights away from our son, even our first holiday together overall. I got food poisoning the first night so 2 days was written off for our holiday, leaving us only ONE DAY holiday. We told the staff about my food poisoning in the morning whilst It was still ongoing, and they didn’t care at all. The receptionists words were “what do you want me to do about it?” VERY rude and not a care in the world, she got the director and even he had the same attitude, in denial it was from the hotel when it definitely was as it was the only place I had eaten and had only had ONE drink that day so definitely wasn’t alcohol either. Didn’t even get an apology. They just shrugged it off and sent us on our way. They said “we’ve got 600 people in this hotel and no one else has it” yet. They cook the meat portions differently and in separate chunks so obviously I had picked one that wasn’t cooked properly. It was pork, fish and rice I had, wasn’t sure which one gave me the poisoning. One lady at reception was constantly rude and so unhelpful. Although, beautiful setting and some of the bar staff were brilliant. Also there was a lot of Europeans there, ( I don’t mind ) but they seemed to favourite them (I’m British) and they always turned their nose up at us and was very rude. One particular bar staff member was brilliant and we kept tipping him (of course) we would have tipped all the staff if they were nice to us…

It’s our third time staying at the Exagon and it was great. The staff work so hard and are always happy to help. The food is good there’s a wide selection to suit all tastes. The pool is fantastic plenty of space and sun beds so no need to go down at silly o’clock to put towels. All in all a great holiday and would highly recommend to both couples and families.

Our 3rd visit to the hotel. Again as the last time nothing to fault. The outside space is amazing, you don't have to fight for a lounger always loads spare!!! Entertainment team brilliant Luke,Chris and Maud do with a huge smile all the time We will go back, rooms aren't super modern BUT spotlessly clean.

First thing to know about this hotel is to NOT go all inclusive. The food has to be single handedly some of the worst I've ever seen at a hotel. We ate breakfast at the buffet every morning and I had hot food maybe two times.. I am seriously concerned about the food hygiene standards at this place considering the heat lamps on the buffet didn't give off any heat and were even turned off sometimes. Watching the chefs cook your food to order on the grill is quite the experience also, I don't think they've done their cross contamination e-learning to say the least..I watched a chef putting raw meat onto the grill with the meat he had already been cooking and was far past done, then throwing it in with the meat he'd cooked 15 mins earlier that hadn't been taken by anyone yet. I could honestly go on for hours about the food at this hotel it is truly awful I can't wait to get home and have a bacon sandwich that isn't anaemic and riddled with food poisoning. Rooms are small but acceptable, apart from the fact there is ONE singular plug socket. Also two single beds pushed together ruins the romance of going on holiday with your partner. Service is decent except half the staff don't speak English unfortunately, the pool team were really fun, Chris and Luke shout out to you guys. Location is good if you like quiet holidays, 15-20 min bus journey from alcudia and decent prices on the transport.

Fab hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Make you feel at home. Rooms could do with a bit of a makeover. Food excellent.. No reason why you would go hungry. Animation team excellent. Can not wait to return.. Always my go to hotel in majorca.
