My experience here was generally great from the welcoming ambience at the reception to the nice smelling environs to the food etc. what’s not to love?! The reception staff were very helpful especially one lady who smiled most times (I couldn’t get her name but she has a curly hair I think she was a team leader there). She helped with a lot of things and gave me directions every time I needed one to get around the area. The cleaning lady was warm too, does her thing very well. At some point my mattress felt a bit depressed so I made a complain and it was changed quickly by the maintenance team. I was able to rest well for the rest of my stay. The restaurant staff were always on the move making sure that residents were comfortable. The kitchen had loads of food variety everyday and the leader of the restaurant team, PACO, was very kind, funny and helpful. I am a very tall guy and with this comes some discomfort for example I had to request for an armless chair on my first visit to the restaurant to accommodate my wide hips and this was done for me and from then on, whenever PACO saw me approaching the restaurant, he just arranged an armless chair for me. The hotel’s location was peaceful as well, surrounded by a great amount of nature (which was my main reason for booking to stay there). I will definitely recommend this hotel Exagon. I had a great time here and I miss the place….I and my wife miss Paco a lot. He was off work on the day of our departure (well deserved day off) so we couldn’t say goodbye. The whole team here are just fabulous!!

This was our fourth visit to Mallorca, this was by far the nicest hotel we have stayed in. Excellent service from all the staff, very friendly, very attentive. Rooms were nice, everything was was very clean. Set in lovely, well kept grounds. Food was good with a decent amount of choice. Will stay here again.

Lovely hotel, fantastic views of forest, nature reserve, walking distance from a cut little beach at Son Baulo along a path via a back gate at hotel. Food lots of choices and all staff were excellent, friendly and hard working I felt very welcome. Would recommend a stay here if you don't like being in a noisy resort in main Can Picafort which you can get to via ting ting train that stops outside or a fairly long walk..30 mins along sea front..I don't walk very far now but very doabl if your more active. We enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous clean, spacious hotel. The grassy areas near the pool have lots of sun beds and are great if you like some space and peace. There was loads of choice of food at mealtimes, couldn't fault it, though the restaurant was far too busy at times. Lovely short stroll down to the gorgeous beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here

Although the room was small it was comfortable, the only issue was the lack of electrical points. The rooms were well maintained and cleaned well and efficiently. The staff were excellent and helpful always pleasant and friendly. The dining facilities are well spaced and multiple serving points were well stocked. The location was great being near the beach and walking distance to the town. There were many lovely walks nearby and transport was readily available and regular. The grounds were spacious and the pool was large enough for everyone with enough sunbeds for everyone and plenty of choices where to rest. There was entertainment was varied and enjoyable and extra activities means there was plenty to do. An excellent experience all round.
