Had a wonderful two nights at the Equatorial. The room and pool were great and the staff were superb. A massive thank you to Kevin, David and Nelly for their impeccable service at the buffet last night - they could not do enough for me and my girlfriend. Also a massive thanks to Vincent and Dante at the pool bar - who worked incredibly hard to make our stay enjoyable. I hope we meet again

We had a enjoyable stay at the hotel. The breakfast was tasty and had a great spread. The bahn mi was great and is a must try! Room was spacious and modern. The staff, led by duty manager Ms Tayce Nguyen, were friendly and responsive to our needs. Overall, would recommend Equatorial to travellers going to Ho Chi Minh City.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making me feel right at home. The location is very convenient, close to many attractions, and they even provide a complimentary shuttle bus to District 1, which made it easy for me to travel around Ho Chi Minh City. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and professional service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city and would definitely love to come back.

I recently stayed at Hotel Equatorial Ho Chi Minh City with my family, and it was truly a delightful experience. The hotel excels in hospitality — the staff are extremely courteous and attentive. The breakfast spread was rich and diverse, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Indian tea along with three authentic Indian dishes thoughtfully included in the buffet. A special highlight of our stay was my wife’s birthday. Upon informing Duty Manager Tayce, the housekeeping team went above and beyond by decorating our room beautifully with towels, flowers, and balloons. When my wife returned from sightseeing, she was greeted with this wonderful surprise, which made her day — and mine as well. It’s a cherished memory we’ll always hold dear. A big thank you to the entire team at Hotel Equatorial Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam, for making our stay so memorable!
