I stayed for about a week at the Equatorial hotel, and I had a fabulous experience. Excellent service, the staff is very kind, many options for breakfast, a little chocolate delivered in your room at night. The hotel was very clean. I encountered some issues with arranging the taxi pick up at my arrival, but the concierge service apologized for the issue and they offered to bring me back to the airport free of charge. The pool was very nice as well. The location was convenient for me. I would definitely come again!

Great sized rooms in a very accessible part of the city. Included buffet breakfast was excellent, with a large variety of choices to meet all types of travellers. We were able to get a late checkout on the day of our departure from Vietnam which was greatly appreciated. We also booked a massage at the in-house spa and wellness facility. Kevin was very welcoming on arrival, and our masseurs (Mary and Helen) were very good, removing our aches and pains from two weeks of travel. We would highly recommend using the spa and wellness facility within the hotel during your stay

We had a enjoyable stay at the hotel. The breakfast was tasty and had a great spread. The bahn mi was great and is a must try! Room was spacious and modern. The staff, led by duty manager Ms Tayce Nguyen, were friendly and responsive to our needs. Overall, would recommend Equatorial to travellers going to Ho Chi Minh City.

Had a wonderful two nights at the Equatorial. The room and pool were great and the staff were superb. A massive thank you to Kevin, David and Nelly for their impeccable service at the buffet last night - they could not do enough for me and my girlfriend. Also a massive thanks to Vincent and Dante at the pool bar - who worked incredibly hard to make our stay enjoyable. I hope we meet again

The stay started off nice, but unfortunately went downhill at checkout. We were wrongly charged for a broken glass we did not break. After receiving a letter, staff told us it was “for information only”yet the charge still appeared at checkout. When we disputed this, the manager was rude and dismissive. We were traveling with a baby, and if a glass had actually broken, we would have reported it immediately for safety reasons. We also experienced disrespectful treatment that felt racially biased toward our ethnicity. Vegetarian breakfast options were very limited. Overall, very disappointing and would not recommend.
