I had an excellent stay at Equatorial Hotel in District 5. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and varied, offering both local and international choices. The highlight of my stay at Equatorial Hotel was the outstanding service. Every staff member I met was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff. They always greeted me with a smile and went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for. Their hospitality truly made the whole experience unforgettable. The location is also convenient, just a short ride to Ben Thanh Market, the War Remnants Museum, and the city center. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Ho Chi Minh City, and I look forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful stay ( 3 nights) at the Equatorial hotel last month. Very warm , caring and attentive staff from the reception to the coffeehouse , spa , poolside etc. Everything about this hotel was 5 star. Rooms were beautifully renovated and beds were super comfortable. Tried the food in the cafe on our first night there and it was amazing. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in HCMC. Highly recommended 👍🏻

All the staff that we encountered at the hotel are very friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. Their services and attitude are commendable. Special thanks to Kimny Ny Liuh from the Spa Salon for her amazing gentle facial massage and kind heart. Also my great appreciation to the respective free shuttle limousine chauffeur for his patience and dedication in making our touring around the town easy.

What I truly appreciated was the sincerity in their hospitality. Whether it was the front desk, the restaurant team, or the housekeeping staff, everyone treated me with warmth and respect while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making me feel right at home. The location is very convenient, close to many attractions, and they even provide a complimentary shuttle bus to District 1, which made it easy for me to travel around Ho Chi Minh City. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and professional service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city and would definitely love to come back.
