Absolutely astonishing some reviews I’ve read about this hotel, spent 7 days there last week. Allocated a room with no air conditioning over looking noeisy bars and shops asked for a move was told no other rooms available not true as another couple got moved a few hours after us asking. Hotel is clean but very dated booked all-inclusive breakfast editable lunch and dinner of a very poor standard tried a couple times but ended up eating out. First all-inclusive I’ve ever been to that doesn’t provide a snack bar in your holiday deal. Checking out was at 12.00 our transport to the airport was at 5.00 was astonished when they removed our wrist bands at 12.00 meaning not able to use the bar facilities unless paying full price. To be totally honest this should be awarded at 2 star and absolutely no more.

Loved our stay here, will definitely come again. We were in an apartment - A block, self catering, the rooms were spotless. Excellent locations close to shops and bars. Lovely pools with plenty of sun beds. Would definitely recommend!

A really nice hotel. Staff are very pleasant and polite. Rooms are basic but clean. Lovely pool areas which are clean and have a nice bar area. The food is not great. I appreciate it is hard to cater to everyone's tastes all the time but the meat options in particular are very dry and overcooked. They desserts are good. Location is good and only across the road from the market and a short walk down to the beach.

I think the rating of 4 stars is a bit exaggerated. The hotel needs some maintenance, all over...rooms, restaurant and around the swimming pools. The food is fresh and there are plenty of choices. I can't tell the same about drinks, doesn't matter if you have the all inclusive or pay individually. They are serving the cheapest make of whisky/rum/gin/beer, etc. Coffee is not good either. Probably another coffee machine or better coffee beans can make the difference.

Just leaving a 5 night stay, we booked with our friends and had an apartment per couple. On arrival, we were given an upgrade to 1 bed apartments from studios, check in was smooth - we arrived early so was allowed to store our luggage and head to the pool. Apartments very clean, spacious and equipped with what you need in the kitchen. The only thing I personally struggled with was how cold the apartment was in the evening. I asked for a heater at the reception but it's not something they provided. The pool areas are clean, tidy, lots of seats and loungers, no fighting for a seat. The staff all fab, clearly happy to work there and very pleasant. The location is great, with the shops and restaurants on your doorstep, a 15 minute walk to the beach with more shops etc. The market is across the road, every Thursday and Saturday morning which is nice and makes the area much busier on these mornings, otherwise it's very calm and chilled out. We went self catering so can't comment on the food, but the drinks were good (very generous with the alcohol!). The entertainment every evening is a nice touch, something different each evening to suit various ages. Checkout is at 12pm, so with a later flight it is tough. However, you have the luggage store and you can book the use of a shower room for 25 mins to freshen up before your flight. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
