We stayed here for 7 nights. It was our first holiday abroad with two kids and it really was great! We as a family are very picky eaters and there was always something for us to eat. The entertainment was great they have a kids mini disco then either quiz or bingo then entertainment and each night was different which was great. We went to the bigger pool when having a pool day and the kids absolutely loved it, they had inflatables for all guests to use and there was no race for us beds so even if you went down later on you still got a bed. You are right next to the shops which has a supermarket there which is really handy if you need things. So many walks around and although the beach is a distance and a hill back to the hotel that didn’t put us off. Fresh towels everyday also. We had to strip the main bed and left the sheets and came back to a freshly made bed. Would definitely stay again and it made our first family holiday abroad experience great. Children were ages 8 &12.

We have just spent a week in this hotel and I can honestly say it’s a great hotel. Spotlessly clean, there is always someone cleaning somewhere which is lovely to see. We had an apartment which was filled with a full kitchen and living room area… very spacious. The balcony was huge with a pool view which was lovely. Don’t get me wrong rooms could do with a bit of paint as was a little run down but that didn’t impact the stay. Only criticism was no air con just a fan which did nothing, it was cooler outside than in. Food was good as a picky eater, there was always something I could eat which makes a change. Would have been nice to have snack bar in between meal times. Location was okay too plenty of shops around and opposite the market which was ideal, a bit of a walk to the beach and main area 20-30 minutes with a huge hill to come back. Main Pool area- plenty of sunbeds and there wasn’t any race to get them always some available throughout the day, there wasn’t any race also inflatables available for anybody to use in the pool. The pool was a great size also. Overall, lovely place to stay and would recommend this hotel.

Today we returned from our 10 days all inclusive family holiday and I would like to give my sincere feedback on this hotel. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Cleaners come in every day changing towels, filling up toilet paper and also clean the apartment. Beds are very comfortable, wardrobes spacious with plenty of hangers. You also have a free safe to keep your passports etc. safe. We stayed in a studio apartment and I was very pleased with it . I had the ocean view and a nice little balcony to chill outside in the evenings 😊 Service - every single member of staff works very hard to keep up a good standard, making sure everyone is happy and comfortable. They always have a big smile on their face and welcome you no matter if it's morning or evening. A big shout out to the entertainment staff keeping adults and children entertained throughout the day 😊 Location - the hotel is located in a very good area with a short distance walk to shops, bars, beach etc... There is a shopping centre right on the front of the hotel, I found that very convenient. Food - Food was good and freshly cooked every day. There's plenty of choices and a good variety of everything. Overall I recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Tenerife with family. If I return, I will be definitely visiting this hotel again 😊

The hotel was very good. We went all inclusive for a week as a family and it was very enjoyable. All inclusive food was okay and edible with lots of choices.Around the area the beach is a 10-15 minute walk and if you continue a little further their is a harbour where you can book water sports such as jet skis.It is overall very clean.the local area shops by the beach shut at about 11 pm on weekdays except from a few bars so it’s very family oriented area. Overall the hotel is quite good for families and would recommend.

We stayed here 16-27th sept 25. Arrived during Calima so the standard room was like a furnace. Not the hotels fault about the weather but all rooms I’ve stayed in before had air con, we had to hire an aircon unit at €10a night from the next day. The hotel itself was very clean except round the big pool at the end of the day where people just left their trash. The pools don’t open till 10am and close at 6pm. They rope them off. I usually like to sit out early and relax. The location of the hotel I was led to believe was more central, yes there’s a shopping centre right outside but it’s alot of designer stores I can’t shop in even if I had the money to. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach and as I have mobility issues I’d never make it up the hill back. Housekeeping the first week tended to come between 5-6pm which is when we were back in the room getting ready to go out in the evening. We put a do not disturb on the door one night and they didn’t come for 2 days, and they had taken off my bed sheet and left just the mattress, oh and the bed took some getting used to, it was do soft you sank inthe middle setting off my sciatica. The room location was perfect god us, top floor over the duke mall at the end, was very quiet, the rooms overlooking the big pool would be noisy overlooking the evening entertainment. There was a lift in our building, most days it stank of cannabis as did the stairwell. Had to hold my breath or put a tissue over my nose as I can’t stand the smell of it. Now the biggest negative, the food. Now this is where I put my work head on as I’m a chef, the hot holding was scary, I saw food being topped up by putting new on old so many times. The food on the griddle cooked fresh was usually a good bet till I had a pork skewer which the middle of the pork was not cooked. There was alot of fish which I don’t eat and meats I don’t eat like goat, rabbit and veal. The allergen sign just said ask the chef, when I asked a couple questions I got shrugged shoulders. The signs which said what food was what were often wrong or mixed up. So I’m lactose intolerant and it was easy to see creamy cheesy fishes, which there were a lot do again I couldn’t eat those. But if you had an actual allergy I wouldn’t trust the food at all. And in the 11 days there I didn’t have 1 hot meal from the hotel. I had a bad stomach every day with eating there, even plain food set off my IBS. Now the positives, the staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful. The all inc drinks were perfect for me, the pinas were very pineapply not creamy. Would of liked snacks at the bar instead of having to go to lunch as we stopped going to breakfast. The pools were nice and halfway through we swapped to the smaller pool which was quieter. The other pool is great if you love activities and have kids. It was nice seeing kids enjoy themselves but after a while being hit by balls and hot at by water guns and run into by all shapes of inflatables is not for me. It was all a bit too peoply and overwhelming. So all in all that’s it for us and Tenerife as even assistance at the airport forgot us and we nearly missed our flight home.
