Nice hotel with good amenities but I can’t classify it as a 4 star. The room was ok but walls weren’t in great condition. Staff was friendly. Nice room to secure bikes in garage. Breakfast buffet is huge and really good. Great location by one of the best sections of beach. Rooftop bar is great for sunset viewing.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we could not have been looked after any better. The Eden is bright modern and clean. The staff are friendly approachable and very knowledgeable. The location of the Eden could not be any better. The beach is right on the doorstep an abundance of fantastic restaurants and bars within a very short walk. I must give a special mention to the rooftop bar and the fantastic staff. It's a must to go to the bar to take in the sunsets, you will not be disappointed and the cocktails are equal to the sunsets. Also the breakfast buffet is tasty and there is a fantastic range to suit all tastes. The pool area can be very busy early but the staff in the area are more than happy to help you out. Finally the hotel bar at the pool area is also brilliant and although can also be busy the food, drink and staff are brilliant also. We will be back....

Pluses: location, room size, sea views, roof top bar, pool
Minuses: parking is charged, room servicing variable and catering average
We stayed 6 nights at the Eden Soller in August 2023, half board – 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Overall we had a good time and would recommend it. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the bay, you are 2 minutes walk from the beach or the pool is also lovely and set above the beach so also away from the crowds.
We went half board, as the majority of guests seem to. There is a wide selection of food on the breakfast/dinner buffet and mostly good quality. It’s worth noting though that half board does not include any drink allowance so wine (from c.20 euros/bottle), soft drinks and water (2 euros 70 for a half litre bottle) are all charged extra. Also food tends to run down towards the end of the slot so much better to go early. Coffee not great in our view (machine or canister) so we tended to buy coffee elsewhere mid-morning.
Superior rooms are spacious and the sea view is worth paying for in our opinion given the wide vista across the bay and balcony to enjoy it from. Housekeeping is a bit hit and miss though. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly every day and one day the bed was made but cups/glasses not changed for clean ones. We had to ask for the shower gel to be replenished, but the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. There is a kettle and an assortment of teas in the room, but no coffee or milk sachets. There was also no clothes iron in the room.
One other point to be aware of is parking – whilst the website says under FAQs that the hotel has private parking they fail to mention that it is limited (no spaces available when we arrived) and that they charge (10 euros per day). The car parking near the hotel is also restricted given the location so most people end up parking in the public car park up the street which charges 8 euros per day – an unexpected expense from our perspective. Also the car needs to be moved every 48 hours.

Wonderful beautifully remodeled property. Light and bright and feels like a tropical get away. Wonderful facilities and great breakfast. Ocean view rooms are like a dream. Mar was incredibly helpful and kind at the front desk 🙏🏼

After looking at the reviews left by others I didn’t hold out too much hope . But I must say I don’t know what other people expect it has a perfect location the food is good and plentiful . There isn’t a lot of sun beds around the pool so that means you have to walk 15 seconds to the beach the staff are helpful and always pleasant. My room was very clean and was cleaned every day .You can get beach towels from the reception and the rooftop bar has spectacular views over the port . If you fancy going into Soller you can jump on the vintage wooden tram that runs past the steps of the hotel. If you feel adventurous you can hire a bike and ride up to the lighthouse.
