Absolutely stunning hotel. Rooms are a bit dated but have stayed in much worse too. Food choice not amazing but it is very quiet at the minute so likely not running at full menu. Trade off for being able to easily get a sunlounger, no queuing for anything, not too many people around. I take that all day. Staff very polite and helpful. Bit of a walk to any shops of significance, about 15 to 20 mins and beach an extra 5 to 10 on top, advise shuttle bus or taxi. Overall, very happy with the hotel, exactly what me and the 3 kids needed, calma and relax.

(Solo trip) I had an amazing time here; people were lovely and friendly, the room was big and comfortable plus felt safe, the food and drinks were great that I got absolutely stuffed! The pool area was great and I did some exercising in the pool with a few older ladies which was fun. The all-inclusive is a must have! If you want me to nickpick, I guess a small amount of cutlery wasn't as clean and some foods didn't satisfy me, but that is honestly 2% of the hotel; everything was great! They do give you a map of the hotel which you need because I got lost a few times haha! Staff were helpful and chatty, they say hi and thank you for cleaning after yourself, which I clean up after myself anyway. They helped me when I needed it and directed me to items I didnt know where. Overall, this was AMAZING for my very first solo trip, please book this place!

We stayed at this hotel for a week. We chose it based on the good reviews, but in reality it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The rooms are old and clearly in need of renovation. The air conditioning did not work at all, and there was a damp smell in the room that made it difficult to breathe. Every time we used the shower, there was flooding because the water flowed through the glass wall directly onto the floor and then into the room. In addition, there were many small ants living inside the sofa. The sound insulation was extremely poor. As for the food, the strong alcoholic drinks and house wines were of low quality. The alcohol added to the cocktails, which was supposed to be tequila, gin, and similar spirits, was not authentic but rather some kind of unidentified spirit. It was impossible to drink. On the positive side, the food itself was very tasty, although the selection was quite limited. I also really liked the view from the bar — it was absolutely fantastic. I would not recommend this hotel if you don’t want to ruin your vacation.

I've taken one star off only because of the animation team - being not approachable in play with the kids around, not enthusiastic about offering any entertainment, not providing various toys or games for the little ones. The hotel is considered and advertised to be a family friendly holiday place, but there was not actual entertainment for children. Otherwise there is a kids club with a small playground and a small concrete ball games space which was locked in the evening. Evening entertainment was zero - one speaker playing loud music is not called disco, but that's my personal understanding. The family room we had was spacious and clean, housekeeping was excellent. Dining experience was ok, food options were also good. Swimming pool was clean. Sunbeds were not very comfy, some broken. Overall experience for 7 days holiday was very good. Quiet and relaxing.

Stayed two weeks Feb - march 2026. Hotel clean and friendly staff especially Antonio the life guard and Ana from the snack bar and the German lad sorry forgot his name from animation team for aqua gym which was the best I've ever done . Location wise nothing around on an hill and two many steps in hotel especially using a walking stick and the lifts confusing as they don't go to all levels. Entertainment for junior disco really good but for adults just bingo,karaoke and games and live entertainment on a Saturday . Only one day out of two weeks was there vegetarian dishes and some plates, cups and dishes with cracks and some days was hard to find spoons .Also the mattresses need replacing as you wake up aching through the springs digging in you. And the sunbeds are old and need replacing All-in all the hotel needs upgrading in places but your holiday is what you make it .
