Just back from a 3-night stay at this stunning hotel in Mallorca with my boyfriend, and even though the weather wasn't great, the hotel made sure our spirits were high. The restaurant served some of the best meals we've had, the breakfast was more than generous, and the spa was the perfect escape from the less good weather, with lovely jacuzzi and steam sauna. Loved every moment of this stay, we even got an upgrade!

I have rarely been so blown away by a hotel experience! The rooms were very well designed and chic, with stunning ocean views (+ lovely to hear the ocean waves throughout the day and night). The staff were super attentive and friendly / casual fitting the resort vibe. The pool, swimming cove and positioning on the Med are definitely what sets the hotel apart though - I loved swimming in the Med and in the 2 lovely pools throughout the day. The restaurant in town recommended to us by the concierge was also very cool (and so popular, glad we booked ahead). Overall a 10/10 experience with nothing to complain about

I chose a hotel for the weekend for a long time and I am absolutely satisfied with my choice. Perfect location, cozy bays with incredible water, delicious breakfast. I advise you to choose half board, so you save good money, as menu items start from 25 euros. it's a quiet place with great staff and lots of places where you can be quiet and private. 🤍

The stay was not good at all and I don’t think I would ever come back. I travel more than 20 times through the year, and only leave a review when my stay at the hotel was bad.
First of all, on the first day, I got a room with twin beds instead of a king bed. It could be acceptable, but for more than 500 euros a night, it is really bad from them not being able to find me a room with a big king bed.
Secondly, the first room they got me initially was smelling cold cigarettes and it was absolutely impossible to stay at that room for the whole trip. An employee at the reception, an old guy with some glasses, was really agressive when I asked to switch to another room. He was clearly not helping me at all and after he talked to me really bad many times, I had to call the GM. Just because of that employee it makes me want to stay away from any Melia hotels if that is the way they treat their customer. HOWEVER, The GM was really kind and comprehensive even if the solution that she gave me was just okay (still got a room with twin beds and at 19h).
Thirdly the cleaning staff forgot to change the hand towel from the previous customer which is really nasty. The room was also really dirty, you could find hairs on the floor.
At 8 am, be prepared to hear the cleaning staff, they talked very loudly in front of your room and in the hall. And at 9 am, if you are still not awake, you can hear in the whole building someone playing piano, it will definitely wake you up.
Not worth 500 euros at all. Lot of potentials for this hotel but really bad handle by the staff.
