I was a little hesitant at first. But cannot fault this hotel. Its not the most plush hotel. But for what it is they do it well. Breakfast the omlette was super good. Sometimes I cant eat eggs, but i managed to have a omlette each morning and not feel sick after, so this was good. Dinner also, I don't eat a lot of meat, so the fish and veg options were good for me. On NYE they put on a super spread. I had 2 of the lobster tail starters (devine). Complementary champagne cocktail on arrival and complementary drinks with meal. People got dressed up, sequin dresses everywhere. There was a party to welcome in the New Year. We went to the centre where the municipal put on a live concert and then fireworks on the beach all free. It was fantastic and then joined the party at the hotel after. The view from our room 1005 was stunning. The balcony received the sun all day. And although on 21° it felt like 28° there. Staff are super accommodating. I arrived with the flu and wanted my sheets changed after 3 days when I started to feel better. Staff used Google translate to understand my needs and did it without any concerns. Did I mention the location. Slap bang in the middle of everything. But somehow not overwhelming. Ha ha there even a Maccie Ds downstairs. I went in the first night as we had no kettle and I needed lemsip. Oh the next day I asked for a kettle and one was delivered to my room! Lots of walking and if you left the promenade lots of hills. But I enjoyed myself much more that I imagined I would. Big shout out to Carmen in the beauty salon. Who gave me a fantastic massage. I may visit again as I am now torn between the white sandy beaches of the south and the calmness and amazing views of the North......

3 star hotel Tenerife comfortable and safe There was no overcrowding or sunbed wars. McDonald’s underneath and plenty places to eat out Shuttle to Loro parque outside the door, beaches ,good big mall a short walk away , hyperdino mart for convenience, the public swimming pools are amazing along the shore line. Definitely recommend. The hotels own pool was great , staff were great, breakfast was good but the other meals were not so great. Really enjoyed joining in the hotels daily entertainment games we had a lot of fun with the team and meeting other holiday makers it was the highlight of staying here but the equipment of everything and hotel is outdated. Night entertainment was not great, Lovely time exploring the whole surrounding area beautiful then on to catching buses to the capital and more popular resorts of Tenerife.excursions to the volcano was a must see. Mount Teide. We loved learning about the history of Tenerife.

Hotel in a great location. hotel itself could do with a good steam clean- and maintenance on doors and floors- in the room - no sockets at bed to recharge phone/Reception could do with some fresh paint - notice Bord needs to be changed-entertainment room could do with a bit of imagination and revamp - entertainment not great. Good variety of food in dinning room - but lot of noise when plates/cutlery been collecting during meal time. It is hit and miss with the room you are given-

The hotel closed 30 years ago. The rooms and equipment are very outdated and broken. The water smells strongly of chlorine. The price definitely does not match the quality. Breakfast? I haven't had a worse breakfast in a long time. Unfortunately, it was a very bad choice of hotel for us. I will never stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone else.

A very dated hotel, needing refurbishment. Pool and gardens are very good but the interior and the rooms haven't been upgraded for many decades. Food is plentiful but tasteless, paella especially was terrible. It's a 4 star hotel but I rate it 2 star.
