We had a great stay here with our toddler last week. The service was very good. There was a good selection at breakfast. The hotel had a mini disco in the evenings which was enjoyable especially for children. The hotel was within walking distance to Port de Pollenca!

Have just come home from a week here. Can't fault anything about this hotel. Food was so good. So much to choose from at every sitting. I loved the paella every lunch time. Rooms were very good we didn't have one of the refurbished rooms but it was very clean and nice. The spa was lovely as well . All the staff were very friendly. The only thing that I would say they could do is have more parasols around the pool area. Also the splash park for the kids is amazing. I would definitely return and recommend this to others. It would be enough to just say "The best holiday ever," but I'll elaborate a bit. The hotel is in a beautiful location, about a 3-minute walk from a stunning, clean, sandy beach with a gentle entry into the sea. As for the rooms, we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious they were, with beautiful, modern furnishings, an amazing bathroom, and overall cleanliness. The food was fresh, and there’s something for everyone – a good variety to choose from. Just a small note: maybe consider offering fewer fried options on the kids’ menu. Still, the selection was good. The staff at the reception, restaurant, and bars were excellent – kind, smiling, and incredibly hardworking. If hotel management is reading this, please send our warm greetings and thanks to the entire team (even though we also thanked them in person). What really deserves praise are the animation programs and their animators – both the children's activities and the evening entertainment for adults were fantastic. We had a great time. The water attractions were also excellent. Once again, thank you sincerely for a wonderful holiday, and we truly hope to return again.

The hotel itself is has many amenities, e.g. gym and spa etc. Indoor (small)and outdoor (large) swimming pool, water play area for children and outdoor bars. However, if you do not want your sleep disturbed ask for a front facing room as the karaoke from the neighbouring bars is ridiculously loud until midnight. Mallorca is a cyclists paradise and very busy between October and November.

Had a lovely stay here on a cycling holiday. Room was great, large and clean. Good balcony. Very nice bathroom with an amazing shower. All areas of the hotel was great. Decent breakfast with lots of choice. Nice swimming pool and area. Perfect location.
