We stayed here July 2023 2 adults and a toddler. For all inclusive the food was amazing, especially as I’m a fussy vegetarian! The pools are great, a huge water slide area for kids, plus a really good outdoor play area. And they have a foam party once a week!! Next time we would upgrade rooms as it was just a bed, no seating area indoors. The only negative is that the balcony lights go off at 11pm and we liked sitting outside playing cards. An amazing hotel, we will definitely come back!

Great hotel for families friends, couples and bikers. We go all inclusive so no worries about paying for anything. Food is good loads of choices. Staff very helpful and friendly. You can rent an iron for use then get your money back after using it. The rooms are cleaned every day and have kettle & tea coffee cups in them plus a fridge. The hotel has lifts too. Outside a pool bar where you can get snacks and lunchtime food. Round the back is a new play park for kids and tennis for adults. There is a Spa too inside the hotel. Its situated about 5min walk to beach shops over the road and pubs and restaurants around the corner.

Stayed for a family holiday, the hotel is really nice in a great location with mostly friendly, helpful staff. The animation/entertainment team are great!
We stayed in one of the older rooms, which is ready for a refresh but was still nice. The double rooms are small though especially with two adults and a child sharing a double but as we didn't spend too much time in there it didn't affect our enjoyment of the holiday.

Similar to other 2/3 star reviews. I don't understand all the 5* reviews. A lot of the facilities are out of order, one of the 3 small lifts was broken the whole holiday, the spa only seemed to be working one day, they only open one bar at a time so you're always queuing. Doesn't feel like an all inclusive as quite often throughout the day there's no food available. The staff do their best and make the holiday bearable but it's basically a budget hotel doing the bare minimum. Won't be returning.

We stayed here in July and really liked it.
We stayed in a superior sea view which was recently refurbished. It was nice but small for two adults and a 3 year old but we didn't spend tonnes of time in the room so didn't matter too much. We only had breakfast, there were plenty of options and was nice buffet food.
Kids spaces were spot on and plenty of fun stuff on in the day.
The down sides for us were -
The air conditioning would not get the room below 24 degrees. We asked the hotel to look at it on two separate occasions which they advised there was no issue but they wouldn't say if the minimum setting their main unit ran at as 24 degrees. 24 degrees was just too hot in our room at night.
The sound proofing isn't great. You can hear your neighbours pretty clearly. Not bad for me as I'm a heavy sleeper but my wife isn't.
The main pool at times felt a little bit dirty. Some of the tiles around the edge were yellow which was a bit off putting. Having said that there were staff cleaning it fairly regularly.
My final issue is that they allow the sunbed reserving mayhem. There are signs but no enforcement. I think anyone reserving a sunbed should have their towel removed if they try reserve and leave.
These are minor issue for me and we would stay there again as the staff, food, entertainment, room quality and decor where all very good.
