Absolutely fantastic hotel especially if you have kids. Location is great, staff are all friendly and happy to help. Entertainment is great throughout the day. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Great facilities and nice size rooms. Only 1 complaint and that was they didn't serve pancakes 1 morning for breakfast!! Try explaining that to a toddler!!!

Great hotel , spacious and cosy rooms . The hotel is clean and very stylish . Lots of entertainment for kids . I was here on my own but would definitely come back with a family . Food is really good too , I booked all inclusive, I was really impressed with variety of food . Every day there were seafood or fish for lunch and dinner , good quality coffee and even celery smoothie for breakfast. There is a big pool for kids and short walk to the sea . Great place 👍🏻

I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions since 2017. To say this was the worst one would be an understatement. The overall hotel is situated in a lovely location which I what I always come back to. Unfortunately this time round, the food was not good at all. We had hard pasta, undercooked potatoes and uncooked rice on many occasions. The selection was limited each day and the staff seemed stressed beyond belief. Compared to 2 years ago this was a very different hotel. Our room was also in a tiresome state, as pictured there was dirt on the wall, a crack on the wall and much else. When offered a different room, we encountered a similar situation and had to endure the mess with no money back offered. The bar each night was packed and the queues barely unmanageable, with just 2 barman it is not a surprise this is happening and felt really bad for the staff for this. This has been such a shame as this is one of many trips I have had to this hotel and compared to the first trip back in 2017 this was a completely different experience.

This beautiful hotel was the perfect spot for our choir visiting from Dublin. The quality of service and value for money was terrific. The hotel is situated near the beach and a range of lovely restaurants and shops. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and will certainly stay here again next time we're in beautiful Mallorca! Thank you to the wonderful team who helped make our stay so memorable!

Average hotel: as you would expect for the price/from the photos. Everything was adequate, some rooms have been renovated, some not - so it massively depends what experience you’d have based on this. No sound proofing so you can hear everything from next door and in the corridor. Shower cold at peak times, nice and warm outside of this. Extremely comfy bed in my newly renovated room. Stayed a week, housekeeping didn’t clean the floor of my room so got quite dirty. Food was average at dinner, but breakfast was very good. The spa and pool are pleasant enough, but could do with some maintenance and updating. Overall as you’d expect for this sort of ‘resort style’ hotel, was an ok base for our large cycling trip but could do with better (fresh veg & meat) food options at dinner - even if you had the option to pay more for this, and some sound proofing in rooms are my two bits of feedback.
