We had an amazing all inclusive stay! Hotel is in great location only couple minutes from the beach. Hotel staff is very friendly food was really good. Drinks cold and served in large cups :) Thank you

The last time we stayed in this hotel was approximately seven years ago ( what a difference a day makes ). Having had a number of good holidays here it is bitterly disappointing to see how a hotel can change so much for the worst. I would go as far as to say some of the staff actually don’t want the English here . Having spoken with the manager about the rudeness of one or two of the staff, and being assured that action would be taken, the person in question was extremely rude during breakfast today. We have a junior suite and that’s why I gave a high rating for the room, but overall this hotel isn’t worthy of anything over three stars ( more like two ). Needless to say we will never return again and strongly advise against coming unless you have children and you are able to switch off and let them do what they want. A sad end to some very good memories.

First visit to Pollenca April 2025. Great experience. All of the staff were brilliant. Such a lovely location and an excellent hotel. Affordable and comfortable. Pool of a good size and well maintained and the spa was such a nice finish to a day.

Rooms are quite small, TV had masking tape over part of the sensor making it difficult to put on/change channels etc. Unfortunately view from balcony was over the bins and delivery area, which was quite unsightly. I was with a group of 9 people, 7 cycling, 2 enjoying a break and supporting their partners. 5 of our group had contracted stomach problems (unable to eat or cycle for a few days). There was also news of another group who had the same issues. The spa facilities were good, apart from the children who kept jumping into the pool, and others using it as a play ground. Staff should be monitoring this area a lot closer as a spa facility should be for relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cabot Pollenca Park Spa. The entertainment team Julia, Angela and Jose were lovely. With Julia making particular effort with the little ones, my daughter loved her! There's a 30 minute disco for the kids each evening. The adults entertainment is hit or miss. Great kids swim play area and big main pool, with great kids club. This is a huge plus Bar food is okish, but honestly not great. Generally the staff are great with the odd sour faced lady on reception which lets it down a bit. Close to the beach with a 10-20 min slow walk to plenty restaurants. Its away from the main port but we really like the location.
