Absolutely flawless!!! I'm not sure where to start but overall this is a can't miss choice. The breakfast was great to start your day, and we have to give a special thank you to Manuel and Donald. They were the most gracious hosts you could imagine and I'd say they are the example that others should follow. Michel at La Hacienda was also absolutely great for our dinners. There is a ton to do on site and/or plenty to do within walking distance. Their Club House (for excursions) was simply top notch. Finally, we have to give an enormous thank you to housekeeping. We rarely saw them, but the room was always made up with fresh towels, organized everything, hell we even got nightly chocolates. I'm going to just say they are magical. Just make this your choice, you won't be disappointed. We WILL be back.

I love this hotel but I'd like to see some changes before i book again. As a disabled person it is always hard to find hotels suitable for the needs of people who depend on wheels and sticks. The hotel made a big effort to make our room accessible and the staff were extremely helpful. But the swimming pools are extremely difficult to use as the steps into all of them only have one handrail! I saw many people struggling, even nondisabled, but for me, I needed a lot of help getting out of the pool. Just some simple additions would make the pools much more accessible. One pool has a chair that the lifeguard operates to get the wheel user into the pool. It's a horrible experience! You're dropped into deep water, out of my depth, and to get out, someone has to find the lifeguard to operate the chair. Decent steps would solve the problem for many people. Such small bits of infrastructure would transform the experience of many disabled people.

Terrible client treatment! No chance to speak with reception manager. Phone didn’t work. We asked to have a tour, but stuff is not interested. Why I should pay for this hotel, if other hotels much more welcoming?
UPD: It's great, that you replied to me after 5 days. Five days ago I visited 6 hotels in the area, had a tour, picked up one for this time and had an excellent experience with another hotel. I have to say, that my privacy during my stay at another hotel was completely safe, however, the staff was friendly and showed me the hotel before my decision. Meanwhile at the same day I asked your “entrance boy” to contact me with a reception, and he said that nobody wants to speak with me. Really? Reception don't want to speak with a client?!

Really nice hotel, good vibes, staff were great, breakfast was very good.
My only real issue was the air-conditioning in the room wasn't working great otherwise it would be a score of 5 out of 5, it's a really good place.

I've stayed at this hotel before, and it was amazing. However, for a 5 star hotel, their service in terms of simply answering the phone and taking up to 48 hours to answer a reservation enquiry email is shockingly poor. I have called 4 times and the phone just rings out... Obviously they have enough business that treating prospective customers like this doesn't impact them, but this is not 5 star treatment, and that is something I'll remember when I'm back there in December.
