Generally great-lovely quiet hotel great location and sun bathing/pool facilities. The aircon wasn’t great in the rooms so they got quite warm overnight. House keeping didn’t come in once to change our towels etc. Ana in the restaurant was amazing-she never stops! Remembered us every day and super friendly, very patient with my basic attempts at speaking Spanish. Would definitely recommend.

Had a 4 night stay in April and can't fault the hotel. Our room was lovely and clean, and we had a balcony looking over the beach. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was ideally situated.

Recently stayed at this hotel, at first sight it's pleasant and fancy, the staff are welcoming and very accommodating. They was always happy to help. For me as a 4 star hotel I'd like to have seen more things being replaced rather than just repaired as this doesn't look appealing. And the door frames around the doors need replacing as it makes you feel uneasy staying in rooms that look like there about to fall apart. The cleanliness around the hotel was spot on asking as you don't move the beds apart as it's very obvious they go around the beds. And the lift being out of order for a few days was a slight nightmare but they accommodated and allowed us to use the service lift.

Stayed here recently for 10 days and honestly I cannot fault it . The staff are what make this hotel such a pleasant stay , they always have a smile on their faces . The beach is accross the road and lots of nice restaurants around . Thank you to all the staff for such a welcoming pleasant stay 👏

Absolute shambles. No hot water when we stayed and the reception staff didn’t make any effort or care. There was a lady on reception in the evening who tried and moved rooms for us but still no hot water. Breakfast was not good so we didn’t bother after the first morning. Lift not working, had to use service lift which was ok if people had shut the door when they vacated or the service staff weren’t using it. Beds very uncomfortable. Would not stay again, plenty of other hotels on that stretch of sea front.
