We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Great location and fantastic view over the sea from the balcony. The hotel staff in the restaurant were extremely friendly and always greeted us with a huge smile. At the reception desk Serafin was very friendly and helpful, we arrived in the morning and he let us check in a couple of hours early free of charge. It was a really enjoyable experience at this hotel.

The staff are wonderful, they all work so hard with a smile in their faces. Anna greeted us every morning for breakfast and served us in the bar late at night, amazing woman, alwaus so happy and helpful, not only to us but everyone she came across. They couldn't do enough for us. So central, right next door to some amazing restaurants and bars. Definitely be back

Arrived Friday, a problem with the booking, the hotel was full but they got us in, we had to change room the next day, but it was worth it. The man on reception at night sorted it , and he is a diamond. Great location in Palma nova, right in the centre. We only found out there is a lovely restaurant and bar on site, it was never explained to us. We will definitely return. The staff are so helpful. We had a breakfast and I have to say the buffet was awesome. Thank you. J and c 613

A relatively small adults only hotel on Palmanova Beach. Directly opposite the beach with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Nice beach with pedalos and paddle boarding, great fun. Nice reception and bar area, great breakfast, lots of choice and very friendly staff. Tables outside by the pool, which does get shade during the day. Not a large pool but big enough for a decent swim. Accessible by an outside lift is a very pleasant sunbathing area behind the hotel. Our room was good size with sea view, all facilities you would expect including a kettle. Shower room could do with an upgrade and the bed sheets we're too small for the very comfortable mattresses. We did ask for them to be changed and they were the same day. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.
