Very comfortable hotel with excellent service and rooms. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming it really makes a difference. The hotel is right opposite the beach in a slightly quieter part of Palmanova. Lots of restaurants nearby but it's a short walk to the main bars area. Hotel is adults only and no stag or hen does so it was blissfully quiet. Room was spacious with a very comfy bed a fridge and a good bathroom. Tv was hopeless but you don't come to Mallorca to watch tv so bring lots of stuff to read. The sea view rooms are worth the extra money. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice from the buffet

Checked in, late at night, man was very unfriendly and didn't crack a smile, obviously didn't like working late. After that it was all positive. Woke up to an amazing sea view with the sun sparkling on the water. Room was spacious enough. The water from the shower took so long to go down the plug hole. I mentioned it on the way out that evening and a maintenance man was there at 9.30 the following morning to fix it. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could want from a breakfast was there. The staff we had contact with were really smiley and friendly. The roof top was quiet and clean and the chap serving drinks up there was also so happy and friendly. Location was just amazing, beach across the road, shops and bars left and right as you left the hotel, bus stop both ways , just outside to the right. All in all, a really good place to stay for the money.

Stayed here over Easter 2025 and had an absolutely fantastic experience! I was initially a bit hesitant after reading some mixed reviews, but I truly can’t fault this hotel at all. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and every member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to Livia at reception—she greeted us with a big smile every time we saw her and was always more than happy to help. Her warm and cheerful attitude made a great impression! I give this hotel a solid 10/10 and will definitely be returning in the near future!

Flawless experience – excellent hotel and exceptionally kind staff Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well organized — every detail shows care and quality. The entire staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. We’d especially like to thank the front desk manager, whose warmth and dedication truly made our stay more enjoyable. We had a lovely time and would gladly return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Mallorca.

I arrived today for a week’s stay at Agua Beach hotel, and am already extremely disappointed and let down by the service received. I arrived at the hotel early and was advised the room was not ready which is totally understandable. I was advised check in was 3pm but to come back at 2pm the room should be ready. I returned to reception at 2.15pm and the room was not ready so I left and returned at 3.30pm when I eventually received the keys. The receptionist told me I was not staying in the main building, but the annex down the road. He walked me to the front of the hotel and tried to explain where I would find the entrance which was not in eye sight. A bit bewildered, I took the keys and lugged my 20kg bag to the entrance of the other building with no offer of assistance from this gentleman (I am a solo female traveller). I found the entrance some way up the road and once again lugged the large suitcase up to the second floor. When I found the room I opened the door and was shocked to find that the room had not been cleaned since the last guest - dirty bed sheets strewn across the bed, cigarette butts on the balcony and even dirty cotton buds on the dresser. I tried to phone reception from the room but to no avail, I had to take the suitcase back down the elevator and down the road back to reception in the main building. I was asked what was wrong by the receptionist and I stated the room was not cleaned. I was understandably irate. A blonde lady receptionist took over and started making calls, saying nothing to me during this period. I felt she did not believe me as there was not a mention of an apology from her. After a few minutes she said she would have to give me a room in the main building, to which I stated that was what I paid for. A few more minutes passed and she eventually gives me the keys to a new room. Again, no apology, I am the inconvenience after all! The lack of customer service here is quite something. For a paying guest to be made feel like this situation is somehow their fault and an inconvenience for staff is unforgivable. All in all a bad start to things at Agua Beach. First impressions are everything and as such, I would not recommend or return.
