our wonderful summer vacation. The hotel, staff, service and food are all excellent. The hotel is located right next to the beach a few steps away. There are many delicious restaurants around. We were quite surprised when you prepared a birthday gift for my wife. In general, I recommend you come here to have a comfortable vacation

Our holiday at Agua Beach was brilliant. The hotel is just across the road from a beautiful beach with sun beds and parasols (20.50€ but that's not the hotel's fault). The staff were very obliging and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was number 216 on the second floor and was quiet. I was happy with the food that was provided but there may not have been a big enough choice for some people.

The hotel has a great location, right by the beach. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful, always greeting and smiling. The food was ok, but nothing very special. Breakfast is typical English breakfast, which I did not enjoy. Dinner was better, a litle more variation. The cleaning was not the best, we found the room with dust on the floor. Although they came almost every day to clean, it was some things left undone (not changing the bedsheets/the towels/not washing the floor). I was very surprised that the duvet did not have proper duvet cover, just a bed sheet. Some parts of it make this hotel more like a 3 star hotel, not 4.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Great location and fantastic view over the sea from the balcony. The hotel staff in the restaurant were extremely friendly and always greeted us with a huge smile. At the reception desk Serafin was very friendly and helpful, we arrived in the morning and he let us check in a couple of hours early free of charge. It was a really enjoyable experience at this hotel.

The hotel has an excellent location. Beach across the street and bus stop 150m. We chose it because of the possibility of storing bicycles and the proximity of the rental office. The hotel met our expectations. Among the minor shortcomings, I can mention the insufficient wifi signal in our room on the second floor (225) and the noise coming from the equipment located on the roof (probably an outdoor air conditioning unit). It may be uncomfortable for some during a longer stay. On the other hand, I have to mention the staff. The young lady at the reception and the hotel manager helped us a lot right at check-in. We were robbed on the way from the airport and they both helped us manage this stressful situation. I also appreciate the attitude of all the ladies in the restaurant. Despite the hard work, they were always smiling and helpful
