We booked this hotel before reading reviews. PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THIS We are so glad we booked and went here. Some of the reviews were utterly ridiculous and I felt quite embarrassed for the reviewers upon reading them. The Hotel is very nice. Clean, spacious, rooms are spotless and most of all the staff could not be anymore helpful. The staff are there to help you enjoy your holiday, they will help you out as much as possible and genuinely so nice. The staff were also super friendly towards the kids in our group and the kids loved it. We all had no issues with the food. It was always full of flavor and choice. We did see reviews saying it was inedible and no choice. Quite frankly. If you want a full English breakfast and a fish and chip supper. Go to Skeggy. This is Turkey and the food is very tasty, they cater for a variety of nationalities so there is lots of choice. The hotel was very quiet when we first got there so some of the shops were closed and the evening entertainment wasn't what it would normally be. We all still had fun in the bar with the staff and other guests. None of the above bothered us at all. The bottom pool had lots going on most of the day. Some great music playing, darts, water polo plus lots of other games happening. Our only gripe was the top pools slides didn't open until 2 o'clock for some reason. However one day there were quite a few kids in and around the pool including our own, so I went and asked at guest service to the slide times, the lady made a phone call and before I got back outside the slides where running. I'm sure this wouldn't be the case when it's busier. The rooms are really nice. We just had a standard room with sea view. It did us a treat. The aircon was not working the whole time we was there, but we just left the door open and all was fine for us. We also read a few reviews saying about WiFi not working in your room. Sorry but get a life. You're on holiday, leave Facebook and tic tok alone, talk to people and keep your kids entertained. But don't panic, you could use the WiFi in the communal areas to update your status there. All in all it's a great place and we all had a fantastic time. Hope you do too.

Very far from the beach, very rude personal on the reception, so limited and untasty food, only apples and pears, desserts are like all from the same pot just different Colors very untasty. Not a family friendly hotel, nothing to entertain for kids. The icecream is artificial and it’s impossible to eat it. The lunch is at 13-14 and the dinner is at 19… nothing to eat in between. We were starving. We needed to go out of the hotel to the restaurants near by because their food is impossible to eat. No lights in the hotel during the day, they make such a huge economy that is disgusting. The WiFi you need to pay extra. In the bathroom they just clean a bit on the floor and just changing towels. No hangers, no soap, just one spot for body and hair that is very very cheap and ruins your hair and skin! Please, Turkish authorities, take of the stars from this hotel because it is maximum 3 stars… not even close to 4! People who book online they are indice in error! All the possitive reviews are about people who don’t know what is 5* hotel should be!

We had an amazing time in Horus Paradise. All of the staff treated us kindly. The complex was spotless as was our rooms. I seen lots of negative reviews before our holiday which had me worried, but we decided to go with an open mind and judge for ourselves... Im so glad that we did. My only criticism is that some of the food wasn't to our taste... but there was plenty of options so we never went hungry.

Horus Paradise is a great Hotel, its the 2nd time we have stayed here. Warm and friendly staff. Great facilities and food is amazing. It's a big hotel so plenty to do. They had everything we required. Evening entertainment was fun. The team here have always made us feel welcome and comfortable. Notelbly Elif, Armaan and Tamer at the restaurant. Also the guys at the juice-bar have been a great help and check regularly to see if we needed anything.

Definitely not a 5 star place. No cleaning service in a 7 day stay - had to take my own rubish out Water slides opened 4h a day and even then somedays they just don't work Very limited food options Scammers calling u through the room phone selling overpriced trips Round the swimming pools very dirty, cigarettes on the floor and plastic cups everywhere Icecream available 1h a day and by the time u get through the que they tell u it's closed Other than the price nothing is 5 star
