Nice hotel, with good ameneties. There is a biliard table(you'll have to pay 1 Euro to play a game) and table tennis available. The staff is really nice and helpful. The food is great and theres a large variety of it. Everyone can find something to their taste. It's really hot and humid so having AC in the room was a great thing to have as well as a ceiling ventilator. There are many pools available. All in all we had a great time.

A wonderful place, even though it's large, it is well-structured and well-distributed. People do not all gather in the same spot, thanks to the five pools, the beach, and the entire island to explore, they easily spread out. We were in a sea-facing room, and hearing the sound of the sea as soon as we woke up was something wonderful, not to mention the sunsets and the view. Something unique. All the services are flawless, from the always varied buffet, to the staff always attentive to restocking the buffet to ensure nothing is missing, impeccable cleanliness. Everything is clean and well-maintained. I could go on writing a poem of positivity; everything was 100% impeccable and perfect, nothing to complain about.

In this hotel, the service staff, from the reception to the restaurant staff, have no understanding of service. The reception has only one answer to everything you ask them: "No, we don't have that". We asked for a warm bottle to relieve our daughter's cramps. We even showed them a photo, but the young lady at reception acted as if she had never seen anything like it. The restaurant staff will look after you if you order alcohol. If you ask them to set a table for three instead of two, they either don't understand or forget your order. The only place in the hotel where the staff is friendly and cares about you is the Lithos Bar. If you are used to good service in hotels, this is the hotel to avoid.

Terrible service, the manager of the hotel Dio Markou agreed to join a meeting on two occasions and on both times ghosted communication at the time of the meeting. In addition, the reception said they could not pass me despite being passed over 5 minutes earlier and dio saying she was about to connect. This lack of education and respect is something that all customers should be aware of.

Super friendly family resort with well sized rooms that are comfy and modern. The resort is very green with lots of garden areas and small houses so it doesn‘t feel like one of these huge hotels. The beach is private and clean and there are 4 different pools with beach beds that never feel overly full and the atmosphere is super friendly. The buffet-style food is very good and especially the service was excellent, first and foremost Christos at Symposium was super helpful with any special requests we had. There is also an a la carte restaurant, Mosaic, where for an extra 15 Euros you can opt for a fine dining experience and get a 4-course dinner instead of the buffet option - absolutely worth it! They also serve nice drinks. During the day there are different bars and tavernas that offer reasonably priced and good menus. The hotel has a mini market where you can buy all necessary small items including diapers and baby food. The only improvement needed is at reception - while staff everywhere else at the resort is super friendly they are a bit less so here and outdated information was displayed. Overall highly recommended it you‘re looking for a resort-style family vacation! Good value for money!
