On route back to the UK after an incredible stay at Hollywood Mirage & I couldn’t leave without sharing just how special this trip has been. This review is dedicated to the outstanding animation team - especially David & Laura. You both truly went above & beyond to make our stay absolutely unforgettable. From warmly welcoming me to join in the daytime activities to creating the most amazing atmosphere in the evenings, your energy & enthusiasm never went unnoticed. The evenings were without a doubt the highlight - full of dancing, laughter, & unforgettable moments, especially at the Pink Party! The effort, passion & professionalism from the entire animation team is exceptional. You are all incredible at what you do & it genuinely makes such a difference to the guest experience. If you’re looking for a place that offers a fantastic variety of entertainment & a team that makes you feel completely included, Hollywood Mirage is the place to be. I truly hope to visit again in the future & hopefully see some familiar faces around!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Good value for money for some winter sun. The main pool area was such a great vibe! Popular music, dance routines, competitions, really friendly animation staff. Pool drinks great, pool lunches a little pricey and could be better. The views from our balcony were great and the shower pressure was a dream. Plenty of street parking around the hotel if you rent a car

The resort looks nice from the outside and has good facilities. There are several swimming pools, as well as a gym and a spa. The breakfast was very generous and nutritious, with plenty of options. The staff were also friendly and helpful — they were happy to assist with things like calling a taxi. On the downside, the location is a bit inconvenient. The resort is quite far from the beach and sits on top of a hill. There is a free shuttle bus running every hour, which is helpful. However, if you have early plans (for example, our diving started at 9:00 am), earlier than the shuttle service begins, you’ll need to walk downhill to the beach yourself. The room itself was fairly average. The furniture felt quite old, and unfortunately the bed sheets and blankets didn’t seem very clean, which was a bit disappointing🥲

The hotel is big and has lot of rooms. There are 3 pools that can be used. Stuff is saying they are heated when I tried the water was cold. For Christmas and new year the hotel is organizing special dinner, but alcohol needs to be payed. Kids play ground is open only one hour. In general nothing else for kids. In the night there are some shows but usually not many people. The rooms are clean, but furniture is a bit old. In the room there is frigider, cooking space etc. Food is most of the times acceptable. There is small supermarket next to the hotel.

It is an ok hotel. Arrived in hotel early and room wasnt available till four. Asked the lady on reception could she call us if it was available earlier and got a smart reply back. Kids pool was absolutely freezing 6 out of the 7 days to the point where no kids were going in. Could hear everything from next door apartments and above. The hill was a nightmare to come up. The plus side is the entertainment crew were excellent 👌 pool bar staff the same. One or two on reception could do with cheering up after all you are the first people customers see when coming to the hotel. Overall an ok stay. But would I come back I dont think so.
