Overall Experience: We had a good stay – the location is excellent and the staff are truly amazing. Room: We stayed in room 6205 with a balcony overlooking the main area and the pool. Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproof at all. We were traveling with a baby and could hear everything – doors slamming, music from the hotel’s evening events, and even noises from the neighboring rooms. In addition, there was construction going on right next to the building. The hotel never mentioned this in advance, and the drilling and heavy machinery made it difficult for the baby to sleep. Food: Breakfast was tasty, but the same every day with no variety. Guests: Around 90% of the guests were Israeli, which could be an issue for those looking for a more international atmosphere. Pool & Facilities: The pool area is nice but lacks enough sunbeds, and the floor is very slippery, which felt unsafe. Summary: I would return with family, but I don’t recommend it for couples or families with very small babies due to the noise and construction.

Whilst the hotel is situated perfectly near the fisherman market, we were surrounded by a beautiful broad-walk. perfect for shopping, restaurants, massage and beauty shops, and excellent relaxing nightlife. The hotel staff were brilliant, especially the breakfast service (highly recommended) under the management of Sam who did everything to make us feel comfortable. Pool lovely and hotel facilities were great. House keeping daily and front desk service went out of their way to assist where needed.

Rooms are new and equipped with what you need but they are very very basic. The resort is suited for very young kids but nothing much for the older ones (9+ years) food service is very poor and breakfast buffet is busy and messy. There’s plenty of delicious food but it’s just crowded. Rooms are noisy at night, street noise as well as corridors so it’s not ideal for light sleepers.

Our room was generously sized and came equipped with all facilities. The layout, however, is a bit odd as the toilet shares the same access to the room as the main door. Thus, blocking exit if someone is using the toilet. The food here is amazing and so the drinks. The coconut creme brule was a stand out for us and we ordered it several times. The hotel probably has the best kids club from all the hotels we have stayed at. On schedule were a host of activities to keep kids entertained while mommy and daddy needed some downtime to lay back and relax. The kids pool and splash pad were a hit with our five-year old who could spend all day there. The staff is also very friendly and cordial. The only criticism I have is that the towels were tired and worn out especially the ones by the pool. They could definitely use a refresh as they are not the standard of even a three-star hotel, let alone a four-star establishment.

This is an awesome resort to stay at! The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were spacey and clean with a very resort vibe to them. Great location for day trips since most tour companies will pick you up from the hotel and is short ride after that unless your doing pig island then it’s about a 45 min drive. Fisherman village market is also right there with tons of food options and vendors. Really cool fire show on the beach most nights which is only about a 2 minute walk from the Resort itself. Would absolutely stay here again!
