We had the most wonderful one-week stay at this fantastic family resort, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. What impressed us the most was the Kids Club. The entire team was incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated. A special thank you goes to Annie and Namfon, who took exceptional care of our little one (1y). We always felt completely comfortable and confident knowing she was in such loving and capable hands. The daily program was creative, engaging, and varied — there was something exciting happening every single day. We also really appreciated that the Kids Club was cleaned thoroughly for an hour every day, which gave us great peace of mind. The hotel grounds and rooms are beautiful, modern, and extremely well maintained. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The pools are fantastic and perfect for families, and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice to start the day right. All staff members throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. For us, the week truly could not have been more perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any family with little kids looking for a relaxing and joyful vacation experience. We would return without hesitation!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel has a wonderful beachfront location in Bophut, with easy access to the sea, a lovely beach, a well-maintained swimming pool, and a very enjoyable kids club. It is an excellent choice for families with children. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. The staff were generally friendly, warm, and helpful, which contributed positively to our stay. However, when our child suffered a head injury that required stitches, we had hoped for a more attentive and proactive response from the staff. While the situation was managed, more care and support during this stressful moment would have been greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly choose this hotel again.

Recently stayed for 6 nights. Amazing hotel for adults and kids. The kids club, pools, slides, gym are all amazing. We went to the Circus one night which the kids loved. Our room was amazing, and the cleaners were 11/10. The only thing we would change is the location of the pilates / yoga. It is on the grass outside where people are eating breakfast, so not the best spot for quietness. Other than this, we couldn't fault the Holiday Inn at Koh Samui. Lots of great restaurants nearby, and the night markets are great too.

Highly Recommended for Families & Kids 🌴 Holiday Inn Koh Samui is an excellent choice for families traveling with children. The resort is spacious, well-designed, and very family-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep kids entertained while parents can truly relax. The kids’ facilities are well thought out, from the fun kids’ club to the pool areas that are safe and enjoyable for all ages. The staff are genuinely warm, patient, and attentive—especially towards families with young children, which makes a big difference during a holiday. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with practical layouts suitable for families. The beachfront location is beautiful and convenient, offering stunning views and easy access to the sea. Breakfast has good variety and caters well to both adults and kids. Overall, Holiday Inn Koh Samui strikes a perfect balance between comfort, fun, and relaxation. We stayed at the hotel for about a week with our three children, The kids really enjoyed the hotel facilities, while we as parents were less impressed. The hotel felt quite crowded for our taste. The pool is relatively small for the number of guests, and the dining area was very busy. The food, however, was tasty. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages-right next the night market, with direct beach access. There are activities for children, but all of them come at an additional cost.
