The hotel has an excellent location — right on the Fisherman’s Village, with a lovely promenade for walking and beautiful beaches nearby. The property is clean, and the staff are very friendly. They even offered us two extra hours for a late check-out at no charge, which was much appreciated. The hotel facilities are great and very well-suited for families, with several pools and a kids club designed for younger children. We stayed with our 7-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son, and they both had an amazing time. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with fresh dishes and plenty of options. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded — there was always enough space and a relaxed atmosphere. This is a perfect hotel for families with young children, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for couples without kids or families with older teenagers.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Samui Bophut Beach by IHG with my wife and kid, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The facilities are outstanding, and the room design is top-notch — you can really tell it was decorated by a skilled architect with great attention to detail. One of the highlights for us was the kids’ playroom — it’s huge, full of activities, and kept our child entertained for hours. This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of comfort, family-friendly facilities, and beautiful design makes it a place we would love to return to. Highly recommended!

Love the hotel and will definitely come back again. Location was great and convenient. The hotel facilities were also amazing for kids - with playgrounds, swimming pools and water play area. The kids also have lots of fun at the kids club. Special mention to Namfon and the team at the kids club, who were very friendly and arranged many activities. Overall a great experience!

We stayed 4 nights in Holiday Inn with 2 kids, 6 and 4, and everyone had time on their own to relax and unwind. All thanks to the amazing staff at the Jungle Book Kids Club, who were patient and firm with my super active kids. Special shout out to Namfon who showered the kids with attention and care and allowed me and my husband to steal 2 hours to treat ourselves to a body massage. Thank you for going the extra mile to make everyone’s holiday special!

We stayed here for 8 days, great hotel at a great location especially for families with little kids (didn’t bother us, but we didn’t dare to use the pool. Many little kid and the color of the water was always murky for the 8 days) nice modern rooms. Service from the reception, cleaning staff and restaurants were second to none. Our only complaint as a Diamond Elite member the only upgrade the hotel will offer is to exact same room but on ground floor. To us this was actually a downgrade with zero privacy and much traffic right next to your balcony, we refused the upgrade and stayed in the same room on higher floor. The hotel had better room/suite options available but they refused to upgrade us to more than one level - I stay at IHG hotels all over the world and never had this issue. As a Diamond Elite if you come to this hotel don’t expect an upgrade, I will probably not return here for that reason. Update: Thanks for the response from the hotel, just want to make very clear - the upgrade that you offer to the ground floor same room will be considered by most people and definitely Diamond members as a downgrade (I saw other Diamond Elite members with the same complaint). So you can say all you want that you have done everything according to IHG rules, but it shows that you tried to do the minimum you had to and frankly what you consider as an upgrade is a joke. You definitely lost me as a customer and you will probably lose other Diamond/ Platinum members.
