Perhaps the ultimate resort for a family with toddlers. We came here with a 1.3 year old baby who started walking 2 months ago. This was such a good decision, I cannot imagine a more suitable hotel with such high vfm. The place itself looks awesome, especially with the beautiful main pool. Although there are many kids running around, the stuff keeps it very clean and safe. Location is ideal, on the fisherman village road, right next to Coco Tams. Closer than any other major hotel in the area. All the facilities are excellent: * Main pool is long, big and has a separate part for kids. * Kids playground pool is pure fun for kids. * Kids club is one of the best with various attractions from baby kitchen to puzzles all suitable for toddlers (no small pieces, safety nets in the inflatables) with several of the hotel childcare assistants there to check on all the kids. It's open from 9am and would be great if the hotel can extend the hours to start from 8am for kids waking up early. * Gym is solid. * There are also some activities you can book from the hotel like yoga. However, after signing up for yoga class in the morning no one showed up or let us know if it was canceled. The room itself is spacious. We had a pool view which was very nice. I didn't like having no door for the toilet though, this is where you need some privacy. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of different cuisines suitable for children and adults. All fresh and delicious.

Whilst the hotel is situated perfectly near the fisherman market, we were surrounded by a beautiful broad-walk. perfect for shopping, restaurants, massage and beauty shops, and excellent relaxing nightlife. The hotel staff were brilliant, especially the breakfast service (highly recommended) under the management of Sam who did everything to make us feel comfortable. Pool lovely and hotel facilities were great. House keeping daily and front desk service went out of their way to assist where needed.

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Holiday Inn. The hotel thoughtfully arranged our room — everything was just right, with a beautiful view and all amenities in perfect working condition. The room was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Everything functioned flawlessly. The staff were outstanding — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their service made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The swimming pool was clean and spacious, great for both kids and adults. And I must say, the Kids’ Club was fantastic! Our children had a wonderful time with fun and safe activities, giving us peace of mind and a chance to truly relax. Overall, this Holiday Inn delivered a perfect combination of comfort, service, and fun. Whether for a family vacation or a personal getaway, I would definitely love to return!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Holiday Inn Resort Samui Bophut Beach! The resort is truly ideal for families, especially if you have young children. The pools are amazing — large, clean, and so much fun for the kids (and for us adults too!). We stayed in a beachfront room and waking up every morning to the stunning ocean view was magical. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The food at the resort was great — from breakfast to lunch, there were plenty of delicious options, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always smiling and happy to help with anything we needed. Another big plus is the location: Many restaurants nearby within a short walking distance, offering a variety of local and international food. There's also a 7-Eleven just a few minutes away for anything you might need. The resort is literally steps from the beach, making it super convenient to enjoy the sea anytime. Overall, it was a perfect holiday experience for the whole family, and we will definitely come back! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Koh Samui, especially families with children.

We stayed at the resort for 6 nights with our kids, and it was truly one of the best family vacations we've ever had. The pool is large, clean, and perfect for both kids and adults. The Kids Club was a huge highlight – our children absolutely loved it and were excited to go every morning. The staff there were kind, creative, and fully engaged. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, catering to both Western and Asian preferences. We asked to upgrade our room – not because anything was wrong with the first one, but simply because we wanted a room with bunk beds for the kids. The staff handled the change quickly and with a smile, and the new room was perfect for us. But what really stood out was the incredible service. Every single team member made us feel welcome and cared for. We want to give special thanks to Pang, Tong, Lek, and Ms. Kate, who went above and beyond with their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. They made us feel truly at home. Highly recommended – especially for families who appreciate genuine hospitality and top-notch service. We’ll definitely be back!
