The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel has a wonderful beachfront location in Bophut, with easy access to the sea, a lovely beach, a well-maintained swimming pool, and a very enjoyable kids club. It is an excellent choice for families with children. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. The staff were generally friendly, warm, and helpful, which contributed positively to our stay. However, when our child suffered a head injury that required stitches, we had hoped for a more attentive and proactive response from the staff. While the situation was managed, more care and support during this stressful moment would have been greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly choose this hotel again.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Samui Bophut and overall had a very pleasant experience, especially as a family traveling with children. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, always polite and helpful. One of the highlights of the hotel is the pool area, which is excellent—well-designed, spacious, and very enjoyable for both adults and children. The hotel is extremely family-friendly. The facilities for children are very good, making this an ideal choice for families. There are plenty of activities and areas designed specifically with kids in mind, which made our stay much more relaxing. The room was a decent size—comfortable and practical without being particularly luxurious or flashy. It met our needs well and felt clean and functional. The location is another strong point. The hotel is well situated in Bophut, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and the beach. Food and drinks at the hotel are on the expensive side compared to local options, and unfortunately the quality of the food does not fully justify the higher prices. That said, the breakfast buffet was outstanding—easily the best we had during our three weeks of traveling around Thailand. There was a wide variety of options, good quality, and something for everyone. Overall, this is a very solid hotel, particularly for families with children. While food pricing could be improved, the great pool area, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and strong family facilities make this a hotel we would recommend.

We spent 10 nights at the Holiday Inn Samui as a family of five, and overall it was a great experience. The location is perfect – just a one-minute walk from Fisherman’s Village, with lots of nice restaurants, shops, and a great atmosphere. The hotel staff are absolutely amazing – always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed, always with genuine kindness and a big smile. The hotel is very family-friendly. The kids’ club is beautiful, clean, and well-run, with a lovely, caring team. Our kids honestly didn’t want to leave! The hotel restaurant is excellent, both in quality and value – when you order a main course for an adult, the kids eat for free, which is a huge plus for families. The only downsides are the pool and the beach. The pool area is quite small and often crowded, which makes it a bit uncomfortable to sit and move around since the floor is usually wet. The beach itself is also not very attractive or inviting for swimming. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for families with children – great service, great location, and perfect for kids!

Our stay at Holiday Inn Koh Samui – Fisherman’s Village was absolutely amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations – the cleanliness, the kindness, the atmosphere, the breakfast, the location – truly perfect from start to finish. A special thank you to the bellboy Golf – incredibly kind, helpful, and always with a big smile. A true service professional who made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Huge appreciation to the reception team who took care of us throughout our entire stay: Miemie, Su, Nicha, Mink, and Aof – thank you all for your warmth, patience, and genuine care. You made us feel at home every single day. We also used the hotel’s babysitting service for one evening, so we (the parents 😉) could go out and enjoy ourselves. Namfon, our nanny, was absolutely wonderful – caring, professional, and trustworthy. She deserves special recognition. This was an unforgettable experience. We will definitely return to Koh Samui, and without a doubt – only to this hotel. Highly recommended ❤️

We had an amazing stay here. The breakfast is excellent with many delicious options, and the room is well-equipped and perfect for a family with children. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower is truly fantastic. But what really makes this place special is the staff — always smiling, helpful, and incredibly friendly with kids. A special thank you to Nicha and Amp from reception, and to Pao from the dining room, for making our stay feel so warm and welcoming. And a special thank you for making our 7yo son’s birthday so sweet (: Highly recommended for families visiting Koh Samui!
