I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything worked out perfectly for us; location, facilities and staff are outstanding. Minutes from the beach and other tourist spots. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, never left unsatisfied. The staff was more than accommodating with scheduling a taxi to scheduling an excursion. Would definitely staff here again.

Family room is perfect (2 rooms with connected door), the kids rooms had a nice theme with special characters and decoration for kids, and even a play station 4 that you can games for free from the kids club! Great location and facilities. Breakfast could be better if more international options were there, but its good over all. Room service menu is extremely limited (specially for halal items)

My most disappointing stay with a holiday inn hotel so far. We got a suite for 5 nights. But the bath tub water always came out pee like color. So wasnt usable. The AC had issues everyday either at night or afternoon. After complaining i wasnt given the option of changing my room until before the last night. The call operators need to understand better english. Manager needs better attitude dealing with their hotel guests. The elevators needs air conditioning. Too hot. Breakfast had good variety but on the hot and humid days it wasnt comfortable eating. The best thing was the bed it was a huge bed and really comfortable.

Would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel to stay when you are in Phuket. Rooms are spacious, clean and have all modern amenities. Location is bang on Patong beach. Staff is very helpful and service is excellent. We were always skeptical about finding Jain food in Phuket specially in Holiday Inn, but we are wrong as staff was always ready to help and customize food options to make us comfortable. Special thanks to Chef Nathi who went out of the way to help us with Jain food as others had difficulties in understanding our food preferences. Very fortunate to have selected Holiday Inn. Made our stay special with lots of memories to cherish. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I am normally NOT a fan of Holiday Inn chain hotels, they tend to be bland and repetitive, but this is the best that I have ever visited. The location is perfect: close enough to the Patong attractions, beach and clubs etc., but not so close to be noisy. The breakfast buffet is huge and varied. The roadside cafe/bar is quirky, well-shaded, and allows you to sit in beach-wear, watch the non-residents passing by at close quarter, and who are free to join you for a cocktail. There are some fine-dining places indoors with excellent ambience.
