I recommend this hotel 110%! Service is so friendly, location is fantastic, rooms are lovely, amenities especially for the kids are great and the extra big brownie points is their breakfast buffet spread is superb! We are muslim and we so much appreciate the fact they took the trouble to label their food whether halal or not, making the spread much bigger for us to enjoy, and on top of that the food is delicious. Their pastries are freshly baked and tasted great! Staff Prea and the restaurant team are exceptional. Greeting and checking on us constantly. Gave us tips on where to go around Phuke. Also one of the males staff offered to make me thai ice tea for breakfast :) Love all this attention. Will definitely come back here again!

We had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Resort Patong. The room was great, with a beautiful balcony and pool view. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. A special thanks to Fefe at the restaurant. She was very welcoming, always greeted us with a smile, and helped us with seating. Her professionalism, friendliness, and positive attitude made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable.

We had another wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Phuket. This is our third time here, and every single visit leaves us smiling and truly happy with the service. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. The level of service is exceptional and consistent across the entire hotel. The breakfast is one of the best and most indulgent we’ve experienced rich variety, high quality, and beautifully presented every morning. A special mention goes to Oilly from the dining room she is absolutely amazing. Her warmth, attention, and positive energy made our experience even more special. We will definitely keep coming back. We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the main street, which made getting around so easy. ​The pool is excellent, but the biggest advantage is the back exit that leads directly from the hotel to the main street. It was so convenient to pop out, grab some fresh shakes or local street food, and bring them right back to the pool area. ​The rooms are decent and clean, the staff is very polite and helpful, and the value for money is outstanding. If you're looking for a convenient and friendly place to stay without breaking the bank, this is a top choice!

​We stayed in the Busakorn Wing, and it was definitely the way to go. The room was nice and the wing has its dedicated private pool which is huge and so relaxing. We had an issue with one of the lights (fridge/minibar area) which unfortunately couldn't be resolved without having to send a tech everyday to our room so we just left it as it is which is a bit of a hassle in the morning when trying to make coffee in the dark. They sent an apology card and 1 macaron for the trouble.. maybe at least one for each room occupant would have been a little bit better ​The Kids Club was great! Our daughter loved all the activities, and they even did some Easter activities. Because she was having a blast and was well looked after, my husband and I actually got to enjoy some proper alone time during the day. ​They also have a paid babysitting service, which is perfect if you and your partner want to escape for a date night/day. Charm thai restaurant is great and so is Terrazo. Noel the live singer is amazing. ​The staff were all so lovely and helpful. All in all it is a great place to stay.
