Just wrapped up a stay at Holiday Inn Resort and honestly… 10/10 experience from check-in to check-out. The room was everything you’d want in a getaway — super clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed? Cloud-level comfy. But the real standout? Breakfast. Not your usual buffet situation — it was fresh, well-curated, and full of options. Light eaters, sweet tooths, or big appetites — everyone’s covered. And a special shoutout to the chef — I’ve had my share of “Indian-inspired” hotel food, but this? This was the real deal. Authentic, flavorful, and felt just like home. Every bite took me back — perfectly spiced dals, soft rotis, and the kind of comfort you can’t fake. You could tell it was made with care and actual understanding of Indian flavors. 👨‍🍳🔥 If you’re looking for a place that blends comfort, quality, and a little taste of home — this resort just gets better and better.

I would not recommend staying at this resort for the standard room. In my opinion, it doesn’t quite live up to the title of a “resort.” I booked a standard room through the app, but it did not allow me to choose the bed size. After booking, I called to request a king-size bed, but upon arrival, I was assigned a twin-bed connected room. The front desk informed me that room assignments are based solely on availability upon check-in. When I asked whether my earlier request would be considered, I was told that requests are only noted, not guaranteed. Essentially, calling ahead or making a special request doesn’t make a difference — even if you are an IHG member. The staff then offered room upgrades at additional costs, ranging from a villa to a room in their newer building. They said they would moved me the next day to kind size bed but I called at 1:10 pm and it wasn’t ready. The standard room itself is located in an older building and feels outdated. The bathroom, in particular, was disappointing (see pictures). Shower water easily spills onto the toilet floor due to a short curtain, and the large metal drain looks unappealing. Water pressure was also weak. Cleanliness was below expectations, as some furniture had visible stains that had not been properly cleaned. Iron and hair dryer appliances are not great either. On the positive side, the bed and pillows were quite comfortable, which I appreciated. Overall, I feel the experience did not provide good value for money. Perhaps the newer building offers a better standard, but the older section of the property needs significant improvement.

Let me talk about the positives first. Excellent service and staff. All the staff are really kind and helpful. Overall positive ambiance and makes u feel relaxed. Great amenities, pool area kept very well. Food is so so, especially breakfast could be better in terms of food quality. The property has aged a fair bit so the rooms are maintained and okayish. Some of the switches may not work. Everything else is really nice.

This place is the most amazing resort you will ever stay in! The staff from the kids club (thank you to JiJi remembering my daughter showing so much love and care & Rainy I felt so safe leaving my daughter in their hands) and thank you to all the staff in pool area (Donut - monkey man as my daughter calls him & Kee) to housekeeping to reception to the manager! Amazing amazing people we were more like family! We cannot wait to be back to being our growing family!

I only have great things to say about this hotel, The service was Excellent and staff went above and beyond to help us, Our flight arrived in the morning And we were given a early check-in, which was great after a long flight from the UK, Our Room were cleaned daily to an excellent standard. The room was spacious with excellent amenities, Hotel staff, we’re always pleasant, which was a Breath of fresh air, also the free WiFi was amazing. if I had to make one criticism, it wouldn’t be against the hotel and staff, but a group of guests who stayed on our floor and had a few rooms were noisy and loud in the hallway until 3-4am. This is no fault of the hotel, Some people just need to respect other guests and obviously these people did not.
