Let me talk about the positives first. Excellent service and staff. All the staff are really kind and helpful. Overall positive ambiance and makes u feel relaxed. Great amenities, pool area kept very well. Food is so so, especially breakfast could be better in terms of food quality. The property has aged a fair bit so the rooms are maintained and okayish. Some of the switches may not work. Everything else is really nice.

We are staying in the hotel right now. We made are bookings 2 months ago. We are a big group of 16 which includes alot of kids. They provided us rooms outside in the balcony area where they have low height fence. Which is of a great risk for kids. The staff are extremely rude. We asked for plates in our room and they asked us to collect it from the reception and return it back within 24 hrs or they will charge us. Even after asking for fresh towels they don't provide the same. Most of the vegitarian items in there breakfast menu finishes and they replace it with a non - vegitarian without any tagging. There were numerous complaints for this resort. Families should avoid.

The hotel's location, service, and value for money are all excellent for a family vacation! The family room is adorable, and the children absolutely love it. The queen bed is very comfortable, and the rooms are cleaned daily with great attention to detail. The staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast is diverse, served in a spacious area, and very delicious. The kids' club is brand new and offers a wide range of activities. The children had so much fun there that they wanted to go every day. The swimming pools are large, with several available, and the environment is well-maintained. The hotel is located in Patong Beach but not in the noisy downtown area. It has a back gate that provides direct access to the beach, which is incredibly convenient! We had a wonderfully happy holiday time here.

I only have great things to say about this hotel, The service was Excellent and staff went above and beyond to help us, Our flight arrived in the morning And we were given a early check-in, which was great after a long flight from the UK, Our Room were cleaned daily to an excellent standard. The room was spacious with excellent amenities, Hotel staff, we’re always pleasant, which was a Breath of fresh air, also the free WiFi was amazing. if I had to make one criticism, it wouldn’t be against the hotel and staff, but a group of guests who stayed on our floor and had a few rooms were noisy and loud in the hallway until 3-4am. This is no fault of the hotel, Some people just need to respect other guests and obviously these people did not.

This is the 2nd time we are the same hotel . Location is superb , food is another amazing part from Italian to steak and even Indian . Peach is a superb guy at the buskaran swimming pool bar . Do enjoy there. We were here this time for 07 nights and have zero complaints . The Houskeeping is also on time & immaculate . The only thing if I had to short pick is that no spa here however plenty options outside . Overall for us it’s still the best here in terms of overall feasibility. Right outside you can access the beach , lot of times happy hours happen . It’s enjoyable .
