I recently stayed at Holiday inn resort in Patong Beach, and it was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was well-maintained, with beautiful decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. My room was clean, comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this Hotelfor anyone visiting Patong Beach. I had a fantastic stay and would love to return!

Great location but I think service can be improved. The distinction between the standard wing and the renovated wing (Busakorn) is jarring. I think its worth considering renovating and uplifting the main area because it looks dated. We saw rooms in both wings and both look good. But ended up choosing the Busakorn wing because of access to all pools, whereas the standard room only allows access to the main pool. Main breakfast area looked sad and dismal compared to the renovated wing.

I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything worked out perfectly for us; location, facilities and staff are outstanding. Minutes from the beach and other tourist spots. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, never left unsatisfied. The staff was more than accommodating with scheduling a taxi to scheduling an excursion. Would definitely staff here again.

We just love this place! The staff are always happy and welcoming. We tend to stay in the adults only pool side villas and have never been disappointed. The Holiday Inn Resort Phuket is in a fantastic location and provides everything you could wish for.

I stayed many times in this hotel during my trips in Phuket and I can say same thing : super satisfied. Very nice and clean room . beautiful garden around and nice pools. Excellent staff and service . I celebrated many new year eves here and everything was perfect. I will be back !
