This was a perfect destination for a family trip. Resort is absolutely vavavoom. From the arrival time staff Anuska from the front desk was very kind and helpful, staff Bala from Kandooma cafe made sure we enjoy our meal times and gave a very good service. There are multiple activities that one can opt for during the stay. We did parasailing and snorkelling which was absolutely a great experience and a memory to cherish always. I would highly recommend this resort for any type of vacations.

Overall, this is a very well run resort and an easy place to relax from the moment you arrive. Everything is so well organised without being rigid, the island is beautiful, and the atmosphere is relaxing, calm and welcoming. There are numerous activities but sone of highlights included snorkelling, the Kandooma swing and the lovely rooms and villas. The water there is a deep, striking blue but incredibly clear, with excellent visibility and plenty to of fish and sea life to see without needing to go far. What really stood out, though, was the people. Ranjith,& Ravindra were consistently excellent throughout the stay. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful in a way that makes a difference. Management also gave us an outstanding welcome and set the tone right from the start, making us feel immediately comfortable and well looked after. All the staff but particularly those mentioned are a credit to the resort, and I hope management takes note of the impact they have on the guest experience. A sincere thank you as well to the wider team and management. It’s clear that the standards here come from the top and are carried through by the whole staff. The combination of a beautiful setting and people who clearly care about what they do made this a memorable stay.

We spent 4 nights as a family at the Holiday Inn Kandooma at the beginning of December and it was brilliant from start to finish. The pool was beautifully clean, ideally designed with gravitating depths to suit all abilities and well heated. The ‘kids eat free’ initiative was well received and suited us perfectly. The food was plentiful and there was something for everyone. As we requested, we had interconnecting rooms which were serviced daily and kept impeccably clean. However what stands out most about this hotel is the true hospitality of all staff members. Everyone was so welcoming, kind and helpful and the colleagues at breakfast in the mornings soon learnt our coffee order without us even having to ask. Whilst all staff were wonderful (too many to mention) the shout out star has to be Maleeh, the resorts guest experience champion. What a true gem, easily contactable, kind and genuinely wanting his guests to have a great stay. I can wholeheartedly recommend this resort as perfect with young kids and we can’t wait to return.

We stayed in an overwater villa for two nights and a beach villa for another two nights. Overall, our experience was excellent. The overwater villa stay was absolutely mesmerizing and truly unforgettable. However, the beach villa lacked a sea view, which was slightly disappointing. That said, the staff were exceptional, extremely polite, warm, and attentive which made our stay even more pleasant.

Vacation Trip, November 2025. From airport arrival to resort check-in, everything was exceptionally well arranged, including smooth and comfortable transportation. We were welcomed with a lovely complimentary drink, which added a special touch to the experience. The island is truly beautiful, with clean, well-organized facilities and outstanding services. The beaches and swimming pool are stunning, and the variety of food and beverages exceeded expectations. What’s great about this resort is that it’s super family friendly with a lot of great activities and play area for little ones. Many thanks to Mr. Maleeh and his team for the warm welcome and informative orientation. The complimentary transfer arrangement to the neighboring island was a wonderful and much-appreciated gesture. I highly recommend anyone to visit this resort 🤍
