We stayed at Holiday Inn for a night and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The check-in process was effortless and smooth, which instantly set the tone for a relaxed stay. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely service-oriented throughout. One of the highlights was the buffet. The spread was extensive, thoughtfully curated and truly high quality. The rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortably managed, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The biggest plus point is the property’s proximity to the beach. Being able to step out, catch the sunset and simply relax by the shore after a packed day made all the difference. Would definitely return again for another stay.

I have stayed here for the second time, and I would definitely choose this property again in the future. My experience was excellent on both occasions, especially in terms of hygiene, the warm welcome, and the attention given to our priorities. One specific feedback I would like to share is regarding the check-in and check-out timings. The check-in time of 3:00 PM IST feels quite late, and the check-out time of 12:00 PM IST does not seem very customer-friendly. Considering the premium pricing, it would be fair to have more flexible or balanced check-in and check-out timings. Additionally, it would be helpful if guests are informed in advance when weddings or large events are scheduled on the property. Having an indicator on the booking portal would allow customers to make an informed choice based on their preferences. Overall, the experience was absolutely awesome. We had a wonderful time with our family. The location is outstanding, the property is vast, and one day is definitely not enough to explore everything it has to offer.

Huge, and nicely maintained property. Smooth check in and check out process. Well maintained, cleaned, adequately sized room. One bar area, one shack, and one general restaurant serve sumptuous food, and drinks. Direct access to mobor beach and walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf. Ideal for lazy holidays. For adventure enthusiasts, there is provision for some water sports at the nearby beach.

Staying here as of now. First November, 2025. Staying since 30th October. Location of this property is superb. It is in south Goa, 35 kms from Dabolim airport, outside the hustle and bustle of noisy but colorful and happening North Goa. Situated just on a very clean beach with fine white sand. You can walk in to beach from inside the property, enjoy perfect beach and can have a shower just after entering back to resort. There are more than 200 well appointed rooms with hot cold running water, coffee tea maker, safe locker and press to iron your clothes. There are few villa type buildings with 8 rooms in each...good for a big family. Good sized swimming pool and a good sized pool for kids too. Ther are 4 restaurants with all kinds of tasty local, continental, Indian and south indian food. Staff is friendly. There are unbelievable lush green huge very well maintained lawns in side the property. Over all a very good experience.

We enjoyed our stay. Not much charm overall and they could improve with using less single-use plastic items like wrapped cookies and tiny water bottles. Breakfast was great, beach clean and service good, although the constant asking if everything is fine was too much. Overall the air quality in Goa is horrible, not much the hotel can do about it.
