Had a great stay. Reservation was done by Bhanumaty Ma'am who is great at it. Gave me good deal and a very good accomodation based on my needs. The lady who checked us in was outstanding. Rooms 187 and 188 in villa d were excellent and 188 has a sea view from sit out. Amazing garden and landscaping. A very very hard working gardener kept it pristine. Forgot to tip him. Zest staff were very good and organized a cake cutting on our final day which was a warm gesture. Thank you. Beach grill staff are good and hard working. Could do even more better by not rushing customers to buy more items and letting them be in peace on the beach front. Buggy guys are quick and efficient. Pool bar also works very well and guys are hard working. Mr Gopal's foot massage was excellent. Ride to the airport in kia limousine was like walking in the clouds and the driver was very well behaved and caring. Overall an excellent vacation.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Resort in Goa was truly a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff genuinely went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We were traveling with a toddler, and the kind of attention and care the staff gave to our family, especially to our little one, was heartwarming. They were always attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything required for a smooth, stress-free stay. Whether it was arranging meals suitable for our toddler or making the environment child-friendly, their thoughtfulness was evident at every step. The infrastructure of the resort is excellent – clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were very comfortable, the ambiance was peaceful, and all amenities were well taken care of. The food was another highlight of our trip. Every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the kitchen staff made special efforts to customize food to our preferences when needed. The quality, taste, and presentation were consistently impressive. Service across the board – from housekeeping to front desk to the restaurant – was extremely professional, prompt, and friendly. The staff truly ensured that our stay was not just comfortable, but memorable. In summary, everything – the infrastructure, food, service, rooms, and the overall experience – was excellent. We left with beautiful memories and would highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort, Goa, especially for families traveling with young children.

Excellent I had a truly delightful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Goa. The entire experience exceeded my expectations—from the beautiful location and well-maintained facilities to the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff. A special thank you to Tanuja chodankar Manager, Piedade ,sidhanth and the housekeeping team for ensuring my room was always spotless and comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. The resort is the perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and coastal charm. We stayed at this hotel in March 2025 and had an excellent experience from start to finish. One of the best hotels in the vicinity. This place have a private beach access. Full service beach restaurants. Shower is available on the beach. Very clean swimming pool. Private suites with personal patios. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home. The hotel was spotless, with rooms and bathrooms always tidy and well-maintained. The A/C worked perfectly to keep us comfortable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the food. The in-house restaurant served delicious meals breakfast including option, with variety of food options. Incredible Service. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Great property—very well maintained with a clean pool and private beach access, which is a big plus. The beach is very clean, and both the dinner and breakfast menus offer good options. However, the rooms could be maintained a bit better to match the overall quality of the property.
