I chose this hotel for its great location and price. The room was clean amd as described, though a bit small for two beds --better suited if you're out most of the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and when I reported heater not working properly, they offered to move me in another room. Overall, a good experience with great value. I would definetly stay there again and recommend it .

We had an absolute delight staying at this property for a long weekend with our daughter. The entire staff was super friendly, the facility was ideally located and well kept, and the property was located pretty close to multiple subway stops which made it very convenient. Overall, I posted a picture of our favorite staff member who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was special and memorable. She was always smiling and was happy to provide information whatever we needed it. These are rare but valuable traits to have with somebody that deals with customers all day long. Overall, I travel a lot so I recognize quality and we had a great experience at this property! Pro tip: this property does not tolerate cannabis use which is a great benefit for a family friendly property. That sign was very appreciated as many properties do not enforce this and I would not stay in them again. Well done overall!

You pay for the location... it's ideal to visit any part of Manhattan and NYC, subway close by but also a lot of things in walking distance. The rooms were nice, tidy and functional. Staff is kind as well. We even had a direct view to the Empire State Building from our room on the 17th floor. Downside is that there are only 2 elevators, waiting time guaranteed. Also the elevators are really noisy if you have a room adjacent to them, as we did. Airco also very noisy too and warm water for showering sometimes not available. I certainly cannot recommend the breakfast, especially if not included in your room rate. Not worth the money, better off with the various bagel shops around! All things considered - due to the location and the nice and comfy room, I would stay there again.

We had a great 5 night stay here! Only things we would’ve changed about the rooms would be adding a mini fridge inside and the room was a bit cramped, otherwise it was perfect and clean with a comfy bed! The staff was amazing and very friendly, every time you entered or left you were greeted with a smile. I even accidentally spilt cough syrup all over the bed late into the evening and they were so kind to me and promptly sent someone up to help us change the bedding, never once making us feel bad (of course we still did though haha). One staff member that stood out was Rovina, she was very out going and made sure to have a quick conversation every time she saw you. She made us feel very welcomed. The hotel location was great, most places were under a 25 minute walk and the entrance to the subway was also close by. Hotel felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

I totally expected the worst because I was reading the reviews and got nervous. But from the time booking my room and letting them know I was coming in late. The check-in process was a little frustrating because the women working was the only one behind the desk and it was little busy. But while I was in the middle of my turn but there everyone needed room keys because they lost there's and they stopped checking me in to help them I was little annoyed because it was 3 times it happened but being kind I didnt react and the other guest were super nice and thanked me for letting them be helped during me being helped. The front desk lady that was working overnight was very kind and helpful to myself and well the others guest too lol. I give her mad props for the work she does and her customer service skills .The elevators where on the slow side sometimes not all the time but I completely understand when you have that many floors. I just overall really had a great experience here at the hotel the location was great the hotel staff were kind and helpful the hole time. The room was great other than some of my suggestions lol. And checking out I needed to stay little bit after check out time due to my train not leaving till later and the gentlemen working at the front desk this morning was extremely helpful and understanding. Sometimes I really have to say its not about what the hotel has or don't have ... its about the customer service and kindness abd the care you receive is a better outcome than anything and I will and would stay here again ! Great job 👏 I do recommend this place .
