Had a great time at this hotel! Location was amazing and an easy walk to many attractions. Room had a big TV and was able to fit the group and our carry on suitcases for a quick stay. Note there is no refrigerator nor microwave in the room, but there is a free breakfast of fruit and bagels until 10am. Appreciated that we could drop off luggage before check in (and after check out) to explore the city more easily.

Pros: The hotel has been remodeled, so everything looks pretty nice. A king-size bed is just enough to fit two 6ft adults comfortably. The room is small, but I don't think it's a significant disadvantage since this is NYC (we still had enough space for two large suitcases). The location is very good, right in the center of the city, but on a smaller, less busy street, and subway stations are just a few blocks away. I did not have any problems with noise either from the street or the AC. The bathroom is small but clean and has enough amenities for a 4-night trip. Check-in/check-out was smooth and fast. Cons: There are two small elevators (barely fit 5 people WITHOUT luggage), so guests might have to wait during peak hours. The microwave and ice machine were on a different floor, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, my stay here was a pleasant experience. I think this hotel is a considerable option in this price range.

The hotel is in an amazing spot in Manhattan if you like to explore. Hidden gems(coffee, bars, lounges, and thrifting stores right next to you). Near the subway so it’s an ideal place to stay at if you just need a bed to sleep in. The service was not ideal. We stayed a couple nights and not once did we get our room cleaned when requested. We had our sign to make our room the entire stay and we saw cleaning carts in our floor but they ignored us. The room itself is clean when we arrived. Comfy bed and restroom was acceptable. The room is cold always which is nice. The elevators are pretty slow and at times when we tried to get on different floors the elevator buttons will turn off and miss our floor unless we held onto the button to stay on. At one point we had to use the stairwell to get to the ground floor. The workers doesn’t have customer service values. In summary, great location and comfy if you just need a place to sleep and be gone the entire day to explore however the service is not the greatest but not a dealbreaker.

Cons: -we stayed there for 4 nights and never got our room cleaned when we had the “make up my room please” sign up all morning. and did see cleaning cart on our floor so they were just being lazy. No one answered their phones at the front desk So we had to go downstairs. When requested the front desk told us we cannot request a cleaning at the moment because it was after five pm. So we waited 40 minutes for fresh towels. -shared microwave on floor And can smell it from our room (not really a deal breaker just a warning) -1 elevator functioning, so long lines to get to your hotel room. Pros: comfy bed, comfy pillows, clean room on arrival and ac Overall : nothing crazy just a place to rest but had some frustrations. @the response: Please recheck your signage. It is clear that there are two sides: 1 side says “DO NOT DISTURB” And the other side said “PLEASE makeup my room” something along the lines of clean the room. How does no signage equivalent to clean my room up? And if this is the case why were we not told this information ? Please retrain staff and mgmt

The hotels rooms are small. When you walk in the lobby is under construction and small. At the entry people are smoking and smells like cigarettes. The rooms are small and the walls paper thin, good luck getting any sleep. You will here people slamming their doors at all hours of the night. The location is nice and walkable to some location. I would not recommend this hotels. The front desk staff is very friendly.
