We had a great 5 night stay here! Only things we would’ve changed about the rooms would be adding a mini fridge inside and the room was a bit cramped, otherwise it was perfect and clean with a comfy bed! The staff was amazing and very friendly, every time you entered or left you were greeted with a smile. I even accidentally spilt cough syrup all over the bed late into the evening and they were so kind to me and promptly sent someone up to help us change the bedding, never once making us feel bad (of course we still did though haha). One staff member that stood out was Rovina, she was very out going and made sure to have a quick conversation every time she saw you. She made us feel very welcomed. The hotel location was great, most places were under a 25 minute walk and the entrance to the subway was also close by. Hotel felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location, cannot be beaten! As others have mentioned the rooms aren’t the biggest but that’s to be expected. If I had one complaint it would mainly be the inconsistency of the cleaning/bed making (we would see people going round in the morning but wouldn’t have our room done until 5-6pm). The staff however were amazing, especially the people on the front desk. We had a lovely check in experience with Eugenia and Jonathan who were so friendly and gave us some amazing tips on what we could head out and see. We were always greeted by whoever was on each day when we would come back in the evening and had some lovely chats with various people (didn’t catch all their names). Would definitely recommend and thank you again to the lovely staff!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Manhattan 6th Ave and had a great experience overall. The room was on the smaller side, but very clean and comfortable — perfect for a few nights in the city. The location can’t be beat — close to Times Square, the subway, and lots of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. A special shoutout to Jonathan at the front desk, who provided exceptional customer service. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable.

A good place to base yourself when visiting NYC. 10-15 minutes walk to Madison Square Gardens and Macy's and 25 minutes to Times Square. Flatiron is 5-10 minutes walk away and a nice area. Some lovely thrift clothing shops opposite. Subways nearby. Hotel itself was OK. It's a bit dated in the rooms and around the building. Reception tries to feel fresh and clean. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Nice little gym room with free-weights, and bench, running machine, cross training, and cycle machine. Enough to keep you ticking over while on vacation. Cleaner was brilliant. Room cleaned every day for the 5 nights we stayed. Rooms could probably do with a bit of updating but otherwise pretty good. Being from England, it would be great to of had a kettle to boil water for tea (I hate coffee) as there's only a small coffee pod machine in the room. Nice touch on arrival with snack bag given to each of us. Not sure if that's because we are IHG members. Wifi very good. Would use again.

The staff and service at this hotel is absolutely top tier. Ravina, one of the lovely women who run the front desk went beyond out of her way to help me when I was in a bind. She was extremely kind and caring beyond what would have been expected of her. You can tell the staff care about the people who stay there and makes the entire environment feel safe and comforting. Will stay here every time I go to the city.
