I have been very happy with the staff at the Holiday Inn during my last two stays. I had previously been to this hotel and after a flight change I was leaving early, before the flight got cancelled. The staff with out frustration or hesitation welcomed me back even though I had just left they gave me a new clean room. After this experience, I decided to return. When I walked through the doors I was remembered and welcomed back like family by Destiny. She was apart of the same group who worked with me last time, and it made me happy to have a smiling face with a bit of familiarity as I was travelling alone. This was one of my best experiences staying at a hotel, and it really made a difference. Thanks Destiny!

The folks at the front desk were top notch! My only requirements are clean and safe. Y'all met both those and more. The breakfast was phenomenal. The ladies running the breakfast were great! If I get a chance to visit Manhattan again, I will stay here. Thanks!

I stayed at this location two times in the past (pre-covid) and it seems that things definitely changed. I just recently spent three days at this location. When I arrived the woman who checked me in was EXTREMELY nice. I really wish I could remember her name. I saw her two times during my stay and both times she had amazing customer service. My main issue is the bed size. I paid for a queen room and a queen bed. I can probably put on my life the bed I received was a full. That was extremely disappointing especially as I have been here before. When I asked the receptionist about this (not the original nice last who checked me in) I felt as if I was being brushed off. Paying for a room size/bed size is a deal breaker when booking and I think that needs to be understood by staff and future guest. In this case I did not get what I paid for. Also as someone else mentioned in their comments you can hear when your neighbors enter/exit their rooms quite easily. The best part was probably the convenience of the location.

Fantastic location. We was close to the subway stations and we were central for our stay/itinerary. Lots of nice places to eat & drink close by too. There was three of us stayed in a 2 double bed standard room. Very comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. We just struggled a little with luggage space . Be helpful if the desk area was more open to accommodate suitcases going underneath. Very happy with the cleaning service. The lifts drove us crazy at times as seemed very slow. Luggage was stored for us after check out and it was easy for us to collect. Highly recommend for comfort, cleanliness and feeling safe.

Excellent experience. We rented an Airbnb that resulted to be horrible, so we hit our cellphones and reserved last minute in this amazing hotel. Prices were very reasonable (we were on a budget), and we got the highest floor, with a view of the Empire State building. Room was clean, no bad odors, and the whole staff was professional and friendly. And we would like to mention Destiny from front desk, she was unbelievably helpful and proactive. We'll be definitely be back.
