Service: poor
It took multiple attempts to get extra towels. During our three day/ four night stay they forgot to clean the room on one occasion.
Rooms and bathrooms : very small but clean and functional
King size bed had the appearance of a queen size bed but was comfortable along with the pillows
Hotel gym: size of a walk-in closet(semi comfortable for two people at most)
Restaurant (closed) and entrance: very small, under construction. Outside sitting area was nice.
Elevators: very slow for 26 floor hotel.Long wait during peak hours
Location : good
Several grocery stores, coffee shops ,subway and restaurants were within several minute walk.

The rooms are remodeled and look good, but still very small. We had a 1 bedroom king. There's no breakfast offered, most is microwave on the 2 floors with ICE and bending machines. No business center. The complimentary coffee has no decaf, medium only, no flavored creamers. Wish I had booked the holiday inn Express.

This was not a great hotel. The rooms are small and the beds are far from comfortable. I didn’t sleep all night. Then, when I tried to shower the next morning the shower was completely broken. The handle turned in a 360 rotation and not a drop of water. I was very disappointed with this experience and will not be returning. They are also doing renovations and there is virtually no lobby or front desk. For nearly $400 a night, this place was a rip off.

It’s a really great location with comfy newly renovated rooms. It’s definitely on the smaller side but expected for the price. We had a view of the Empire State Building from our room which was cool with black out curtains when we didn’t want to see it.
Cons: The tub is very shallow and only really suited to be used as a shower. The exhaust fan was LOUD even with the door closed. The toilet also had random trickling sounds throughout the night. The renovation took up all of the lobby while we were there. The elevators were veeery slow in the mornings. No amenities or at least we never found them.

Excellent location to the subway and walking distance to major attractions. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning and providing things we needed. The rooms are small but it’s NYC. The room was quiet though. There is construction in the lobby but the workers were friendly and held the elevator for me a few times. Highly recommend this place.
