Update: 3/28/24 I now have been charged 4x excess charges on top of the $75 deposit. I talked to the front desk and I was hit again the next day with the same $238.49 charge per room for two days in a row on a prepaid in full reservation. So that’s almost a $1000 of unauthorized charges pending. I was assured the first time it would be fixed and the GM would reach out to me that day once it was corrected or first thing in the morning, neither happened and I woke up the next morning and see it again. This is ridiculous I would STAY AWAY from this hotel.
You can also add there is a leak around the window in our room as the carpet is wet 4-5’ under it. The outlet sparked when my daughter attempted to plug her phone charger in, this whole place is one big liability and one incident away from a lawsuit AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST.
The rooms were dirty upon arrival. One room the sink was clogged the second room the tub was clogged. We found black hair stuck to the shower wall and the light didn’t work. My daughter’s linen was dirty. The elevator doesn’t always work as expected. The maintenance and cleaning is really bad. Sad really, it’s in a good location.

If you are planning to do a lot of sight seeing and be out and about in the city, then this place is perfect for you! My friend and I stayed here for three nights, and it was an awesome experience. While the room did not have a mini fridge, I am sure some of the more expensive room options have more amenities. I think we paid about $530 for three nights, which is great for the area we were in.

I booked a King size beds for my 6’7 husband. It was advertised on their website as a king size bed.
As Per industry standards a king size bed is generally 76 by 80 inches. Their beds are 72 by 72 inches, not even close to industry standard. My husband did not fit the bed and they had no other options for us advising that the 72 by 72 were their largest King Size bed. I asked to speak to the GM three times over our stay. Each time was told the GM was unavailable. On my third attempt the front desk staff advised the GM, Waheeda Ashraf,
was in the office and went to get the manager. The staff member returned and advised the GM couldn’t see me as they had a meeting but would call me later. I was guaranteed the GM would call. One week later I am still waiting for that call.
When I checked out I asked staff how often do they get complaints over the size of the King beds. They advised ALL THE TIME. So you are well aware that your beds are not the industry standard for a King.
I cannot understand a reputable hotel like Holiday Inn knowing their beds will be too short for anyone over 6 ft and doesn’t place the dimensions of their King bed on their website. Questionable and deceptive advertising.
I also have no respect for a GM who hides behind their staff and avoids a customer who has a legitimate and fair complaint. Atrocious customer service and terrible leadership style.
Just a terrible experience all and all.
If you’re over 6 ft you may not want to book here.
And I would really like a call. It was guaranteed. It’s the right thing to do.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and every employee we interacted with was kind and enthusiastic. The only thing that would have made it better was one or two complimentary water bottles in our room.
