We stayed at the Holiday Ao Nang resort for 4 nights. The location of the hotel was great. We were able to walk to the night market, shops, and long boat docking areas. The beds were comfortable, the AC was fantastic and the room was clean. We had an adult pool access room and were pleasantly surprised to fund out that pool also had a swim up bar. The breakfast buffet is worth including in your booking. The buffet had a variety of cuisines and options. Overall a great experience and I would recommend the hotel to friends and family planning to stay near Ao Nang beach.

Our stay at Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort has been lovely overall. The location is fantastic — right by the beach and close to everything you could need, making it a great spot to relax and explore Krabi. The service has truly stood out, especially from Yaya, who has been exceptional throughout our stay. She’s incredibly attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about her job. We also want to mention Pla, Tus, and Laila, who were all so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The only downside was the room itself, which could have been a little nicer. There were some small issues such as drain flies in the bathroom and a bit of mould on the walls and ceilings, which took away slightly from the experience. That said, the warmth of the staff and the beautiful setting more than made up for it — overall, it’s been a lovely stay and we’d happily return.

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing stay. Not family-friendly at all. Specially not Indian friendly We had a terrible experience at Holiday Ao Nang Hotel and I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially families with young children. 1. Wrong room despite clear booking We booked two nights with a single bed, clearly mentioned on our voucher with no “subject to availability” clause. Even after informing them that we were traveling with a toddler and a twin bed would be uncomfortable, they still gave us a twin-bed room on the first night. We had to argue with the staff before they finally changed it to a single bed for the second night. This completely ruined our first night and overall experience. 2. Shocking behavior at breakfast We informed the hotel in advance that we would be doing an early checkout and requested if they could pack a simple breakfast. The receptionist told us we could come to the buffet with limited options, which was fine. We were only packing one or two pieces of Indian bread for our baby, who was asleep at that time. Suddenly, staff stopped us and questioned us as if we were doing something wrong. We even had to beg them to allow us to pack just one piece for our toddler — and they still refused to give us milk. When we went to the reception to complain, the staff started talking among themselves in Thai and laughing, which felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Overall, the hotel staff showed zero empathy, no understanding of family needs, and very poor customer service. We travel often, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Not recommended at all. DoNot book !!

We had a pleasant stay at Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort in Krabi. The property is really beautiful, well-maintained, and very close to the market, which made exploring very convenient. Most things were perfect, but we did face one issue around 1 AM when the AC stopped working, and we had to change our room. Also, the Indian food at the hotel was not up to the mark. Otherwise, everything else was great, and I would happily give full stars for the stay.

I attended The Sea Spa at Holiday Au Nang Resort. Had the full body scrub and a coconut oil massage with Laila which was a superb experience. Highly recommend this spa. Very professional with exceptional rooms. Wonderful start to my day.
